I was crunched for time as the place I was supposed to be moving into fell through. I found a place last minute which means I needed movers last minute. To add to the chaos, I'm leaving for Europe for 8 weeks on Sunday and packing/moving was just not something I was excited to do or felt like I had time to do. I contacted All Together Moving, and Zachariah was immediately responsive and quick to give me a quote for as soon as Monday (this was Thursday middle of the day I was looking.) Monday morning rolls around, and I was running around like a mess trying to get everything ready. Josh, Jermaine, and Darrin were my movers/packers and they were super respectful, super efficient, great communication, and got the job done almost to the T of what I was quoted. They came in, packed my whole house, loaded the truck, unloaded the truck and even reassembled furniture. I would highly recommend this company especially if you're in a time crunch and need someone to pack your whole house for you in a short period of time. I recently acquired a new Z Gallerie couch that was super long. After lugging it from Martinez to my apartment in Berkeley, my sister and I tried to no avail to get it through the stair well and up three flights of stairs. With no luck I called around to get quotes on hoisting the darn thing up to my balcony to, which turned out to be crazy exepnsive. I had to leave the couch in staircase of my mother's apartment for two days because that was the only place it would fit. I called All Together and spoke with Zach and these cats were on it! They treked to East Oakland and picked up the couch from my mom's stairway and brought the couch to my apartment in Berkeley. After attempting to get the couch through my front and back stairways, they decided to hoist the couch to my balcony - on the third floor, with just one rope! These two guys, Zach and Eric, hoisted what has to be atleast a 200lb couch to the thrid floor balcony with one nylon rope! If that ain't awesome, I don't know what is. I will definitely be referring them and using them again! read more

Great experience! Our new HOA had a very specific set of rules (such as padding down the lobby) and required COI documentation from the movers; Zachariah was always quick to respond, supplied all of the necessary information, and even purchased some additional ramboard to make sure we'd be ready for moving day. We also had a tight moving window- on moving day, our AMAZING crew of Josh, Patrick and Danny showed up early to make sure we'd get the move done in time, and they got everything to our new apartment quickly and safely! It was such a literal load off of our shoulders, and we're so grateful to the crew at All Together Moving. P.S. Zach and Danny were AMAZING! Zach was super responsive with a quote and easy to communicate with while planning and scheduling our move. On the day of, it became clear that I had grossly underestimated the amount of packing and moving we had left to do. Zach and Danny ended up spending the entire day with us, moving our things until well past dark. Despite lifting heavy things all day, maneuvering around steps and tricky corners, and dealing with our indecision and frazzledness, they were so calm and kind, moved quickly, and kept a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this small business that clearly takes pride in Great Service. Zach and his well-chosen staff were by far the best movers we've had. They not only did everything as you'd hope -- no issues, no damage, no mistakes -- their extreme attention to detail was so helpful, such as regarding items they had to disassemble -- ensuring every little screw was tracked -- and the same even for items I had disassembled but accidentally left loose screws/parts floating for. Hands down the best movers I have used. They helped me move my 1bedroom in the city to a storage unit in Belmont. From the moment I made a reservation they made moving a piece of cake. They arrived within the window they provided, tackled getting my big couch through the tiny doorway, safely packed my things into the truck and within two hours my place was empty. Quick work, nice guys and reliable-what else could you ask for out of movers! I have already reccomended them to a friend who is moving soon as well. Hands down the best moving experience of our lives. Zach is such a professional. He handled my musical instruments as if they were his own. He not only followed, but exceeded all CDC COVID-19 PPE/social distancing guidelines. He drove 996 miles to drop off all our stuff in our new apartment that we had never seen, coordinated key pick up with the leasing agent, FaceTimed my wife and I to show us our new apartment & to see where we wanted our furniture placed, and then locked up prior to leaving. Zach and Eric did a great job. They arrived in time, were really flexible in supporting what we needed and very careful when moving our furniture. Moreover their hourly rate is really competitive. But perhaps what is more important is their courtesy and attention in the work. We felt supported and treated as human being (not just a job). Zach and his partner arrived an hour early at 8 am and worked their butts off until 7 pm. Other than a lunch break on their own time they were working all the time. They were efficient and didn't complain about lifting the heaviest and most awkward stuff like our elliptical machine. Nothing was broken, nothing was scratched, couldn't be better.
