Avoid this repair shop! They will rip you off. I brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on and the car began to idle rough, almost shutting off. All Tune and Lube diagnosed the problems. They recommended Tune-up, O2 sensor changes, Mass flow sensor changes. After the work was done, I paid the invoices. Upon taking receipt of my car, the check engine light and rough idle condition still persisted. I returned many times, giving them an opportunity to fix the problems which they were paid for. I was assured that my car would be repaired. After several failed attempts, I had to take my care elsewhere. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I asked for a refund again and still no refund. All they did was sell me parts and inconvenience me. I'm very frustrated, disappointed, and dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable shop for your repairs. read more

Wow, where do I even begin. I lost my husband to cancer in December of 2018. My husband would take care of everything car related, so when he passed, I fell behind on taking care of my car and have been nervous to take it in in fear of being judged. So I took a leap today and finally went in for an oil change. I was immediately greeted by Ray; I had a Groupon that was no longer being accepted, but he helped me figure all of that out. It eventually came out as to why I'd waited so long for a service, and without hesitation, Ray took care of my oil change. I can't even begin to say how grateful I am. I can't thank you enough Ray! Came in for an oil change, they had switched owners recently and I had a deal for the oil change that I had gotten about a month earlier. They told me the situation and I was visibly bummed out but they didn't skip a beat and honored it anyway. They got me right in and changed my oil. I'm very happy. They could have sent me away but instead they earned a loyal customer. I appreciate their customer service and will be back. read more

Took my car in for an instrument cluster repair, which is the heart of your vehicle. It house the miles. Took car in with 28,000 miles they repaired it with a junkyard cluster wither 33,000 miles on it alyering my miles. They then replaced it again a month later with another junkyard part with 16000 miles on it trying to convince ce me he was increasing the value of my car. This was done through repair pal extended warranty and I have now after 3 months had to take my car to another mechanic to have the work done out of pocket. Avoid them. Very bad read more

Hey does anybody know where they went? They have had my son's car for over 2 weeks, they've been closed for over a week now. It's closed, nobody is answering the phones and they are missing deliveries. We live across the street so we see that it's still closed. We have no idea what's going on and I know they have other cars over there with owners wondering the same thing. So if anybody knows please let me know ty in advance. read more

Our mission is to provide our customers with fast, efficient, and honest auto repairs. We understand that car problems never come at a convenient time. I was born in Victorville, CA. Vegas has been my home away from home since 1991. I visited 5 to 6 times per year until 2005. That's when I moved here permanently and will never move from this wonderful town. I have worked in the casinos since 2007 and now I have taken a big leap to try to run my own business. I want everyone to feel like you are welcome and taken care of. It is so hard to find a good mechanic but with ATL Total Car Care, we will take care of your vehicle at a very affordable price.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

The question is why would you go back several times as stated, if you seen no progress the first 2 or 3 times, why didn't you take the vehicle somewhere else ? I've been there twice, the first time i wasn't happy with the impatient manager and the no skilled mechanics but there has been a big change with Ray and his guys, and he goes out of his way to make things right.
