Had an incredible experience at this jiffy lube! I was a little in a rush to drive out of town to get back to work 5 hours away, i brought my grandmas car in , cause my rig was getting body work fixed, so just to make sure all the vitals were up to par before driving I popped into jiffy lube & was so happy I did! Grandma definitely needed an oil change , a new carbon air filter, and she had zero coolant. Nick was so professional and a pleasure to be around, informing me of the things that grandmas car needed and didn't have! If I could give them zero stars I would I literally went to this place for a simple oil change and ended up leaving with a totaled car mind you my car had no issues before the visit , idiot mechanics messed with my battery cable and tried to "fix it " cuz my car wasn't starting with was weird and the first time that's ever happened and then once he supposedly fixed it I pushed the gas to leave the jiffy lube and as I was leaving literally seconds on being in the street my car completely shuts down and starts smoking from the hood I'm just steering at this point trying to make it to the next little street to pull over and my battery caught fire and totaled my car oh I forgot to mention how one of the employees tried hitting on me and asked me for my number and after I said no this happened DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! read more

I use Jiffy Lube mainly because they are convenient. You don't have to get out of your car while they change your oil. That is all I come here for. There is a price to pay for this convenience, the price mainly, for ok service. I got there in the afternoon, waited about 5 min for a car to finish up. They used 2 out of 3 bays only. They weren't rude, but they weren't giving me the best customer service either. Usually JL shows me the options of what I want, they didn't have that for me. He asked if I wanted to top off my coolant, which was about 4 bucks, he said. Came out to 7. I don't mind paying for a quart or 2 but I'm all about transparency. He should've said $7 right off the bat because you don't see the receipt til after its charged. I have a white car, so you can see the black hand smudges when you open the hood. They didn't wipe it off. For paying a premium rate, convenience and quickness shouldn't be the only thing that is priority. All in all, starting rate for synthetic oil change is $89.
