TERRIFIC SERVICE!! I felt so secure once they showed up. They explained exactly what the process was going to be before they talked about any kind of paperwork. They were not high pressure salespeople. I had some questions before I wanted to sign their contract, so I called the main office. I spoke with Steve Karas, the owner. He took his time with me, explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. Once the job was finished, everything was left clean. They helped with the entire insurance process. Very trustworthy people, from the technicians all the way to the owner. The repair estimated, Charles Thomson, knew exactly what was needed for the repairs. BEST COMPANY EVER!!!! One stop shop for emergency services! Dry out the house, cleaned and refurbished all damaged furniture, got rid of all the mold-passed post clearance testing on first try. Then, they did a complete remodel. We hadn't updated the house in 30 years. Now, it looks like a brand new home. All of our friends and neighbors want to know who did the work, and we gladly tell them Alladin Restoration! Beautiful. You must not believe the negative reviews. Their emergency crew came out immediately when we had a kitchen flood. They had to pull out the kitchen cabinets, the floors, and some drywall, but they assured me that everything would be covered by my insurance company. And in fact it was.    Chris and Steve was so kind and understanding. He explained everything so well. After everything was dried, Chris continued to help us and the and the contractor that he referred to us.
