I had a very bad experience with this microneedling appointment. After the treatment, my skin broke out significantly, they left scratches on my face, and I was unhappy with both the process and the results. I am concerned that the products used during my appointment were expired, old, messed up chemicals. Also my concerns were never adequately addressed and kathy made threats against me and my community. Kathy is also very racist and Anti-Muslim, she is a liberal zionist and I believe she did my face dirty due to knowing my background. I feel like this was a hate crime. My face is now permanently ruined i have never broke out like this ever in my life. Based on my experience, I would not return and would not recommend this service to others. Rosacea redness-gone! I've been coming here for years to get my rosacea treated. The v-beam treatment is the gold standard to get rid of rosacea redness and If you're frustrated and self-conscious about the constant redness and flushing that untreated rosacea causes, then the v-b beam can change your life, it certainly changed mine. If you're tired of everyone asking if you've had a sunburn or if you drink too much I can't recommend v-beam enough. Who you get it from is important though, and you're in great hands with Stella, she is a master v-beam practitioner. After my initial series of treatments years ago I come in here once or twice a year for maintenance treatments and it keeps the rosacea totally in check. I can't say enough positive things about Dr Alex Legocki and the staff at Allure Laser Center and Medispa. I took my teenage son there for facial lacerations that he sustained during a collision. Dr Legocki did such a meticulous job suturing the wound that a month later the scar is barely visible. He also has a warm and caring bedside manner. I had an upper and lower blepharospasty in May of 2023. One eye is droopy and the other looks even worse than it was before on the upper. I look a little strange. Dr. Laukitis did the work. My first impression is that this office environment is toxic and needs change. I waited months for an appointment. Made half a dozen phone calls setting up insurance info and getting medical records in-place and referrals ready. I arrived at 11:35 for my 11:30 appointment. The doctor could not see me when I arrived because he had a meeting, which I presume meant lunch. Front staff is very condescending and passive aggressive. Recommended if you enjoy being gaslighted by front house staff. I declined to proceed with my appointment. I would discourage anyone from having any procedure performed by this organization. From day one, the billing office could not determine the correct insurance coverage and I had to call my provider to obtain it. The results from my procedure were worse than before it was performed. Worse yet, the doctor blamed me for these problems to the point he was berating his patient for the failed result. This came to a point where he was actually raising his voice and would not take any ownership/responsibility for the failed procedure. His only suggestion was to pay extra money for a procedure that was already botched. Lastly, when asked why my vision was worse than before the procedure, the doctor said it may be due to cataracts. He advised going to my regular optometrist. After another exam, there was no evidence of cataracts. This demonstrates the lack of concern and accountability for his patients, and I am now stuck with worse vision as a result. read more

Dr Laukatis fixed my upper and lower eyes over 15 years ago. I had genetically heavy upper and lower lids. I had 3 different doctors refer me to him. I actually had complications with my body healing too quick and pulling my eyes weird. Dr Laukatis was on top of it and did a lot of research on how to remedy it. It wasn't fun but im pretty sure neither of us slept for a few days with anxiety. All said and done, he made me look and feel better than I ever imagined. I haven't been able to find places out here since I moved that did Vitalized peels. I started to dig and do some research and found 2 places. Allure and another in Bellevue. At home they were about $100, so I know the pricing well and I usually get one every 3 1/2 months. They really help smooth out your skin and help with any scaring or sun damage. The place in Bellevue wanted $245. Which is just plain nuts! Allure charges $150, and well worth it! They gave me a ton of samples and a face wash to use my first few days. I also loved the tinted sunscreen she used on me that I bought a bottle for me and my man. I called Allure to inquire about their peels and get information. They explained everything to me and were so kind! My second call back was to make my appointment. They usually schedule an appointment first before you get one so you know everything you need to know and make sure your the right person for that type of peel. I think that is very nice, that they take a interest in making sure you know plenty before you just do it. I however have had about 4-5 so I am well aware of the before, during and after. They still however had Linda call me to go over everything and it was a delight to see they were so interested in making sure their patients know everything and go over what you shouldn't use on your face a week before the peel, and 2-3 days before the peel. Upon arriving here, it is a beautiful place, free-easy parking and wow, the girls are so sweet. =) My appointment was w/Linda. She talked to me about everything & future ideas. Super professional! 5 stars! I am very pleased with my services and will be back that is for sure. I like how she told me about another peel that was more but didn't push it, she wanted me to start with what I was use to and go from there. If I could give Dr. Sires and his "medical team" a ZERO, I would in a second...and here's the long & short of it: The short- 1- Our daughter's vision & safety is now a continued risk. 2- Our time & energy were wasted. 3- Lack of communication from Dr. Sires & his "medical team." (They don't seem to work together or communicate effectively....if so, this whole situation perhaps could've been avoided.) 4- No one actually read all the forms we completed. (If someone HAD, again, this whole situation may have been avoided.) The Long- Our young daughter (who has had multiple issues with falling due to the ptosis (droopy eye-lid) in her left eye is supposed to be having surgery to lift her eyelid tomorrow morning, BUT due to poor communication issues with Dr. Sires, the anesthesiologist and the medical team, our daughter's surgery was canceled THREE DAYS BEFORE!!! THREE DAYS...all because no one on Dr. Sires's "team" bothered to actually READ the multiple forms I spent hours completing OR listened to me regarding her medical issues. Our daughter will continue to have vision issues until her surgery can be performed through Seattle Children's- which has an extensive waitlist for surgeries (which is why we went with Allure to begin with.) Our time was wasted, our daughter's safety is at risk and we now have to begin this entire process over again....all because of the lack of professionalism and communication from this doctor and his "team." Gary Beerman! This is the only person in the world I'll let come near my face with needles. A few years back I got botched on my lips by a dermatologist who jammed a full syringe of Juvederm into my lips in less than 3 minutes. Ouch. I looked like a platypus and couldn't close my mouth. Thank god I found Gary Beerman. Gary is patient, and honest. He always makes sure you're comfortable and explains everything he is doing. He knows what he is doing- and won't overfill your face. After seeing Gary, I leave the office feeling refreshed, and confident knowing I look great. His assistants are always really helpful and kind too. I had a procedure on my eyes and when I told them there was a lump that had formed as a result of the procedure on one eye, they offered to have it fixed, at my cost. Behind the scenes the employees talked down to me as if I were a child, truly unprofessional. With one employee threatening me with a "lawsuit" if I didn't pay immediately. This is definitely an organization where the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I write this review after I filled out (many many many) forms and brought them to Allure. I guess the many forms and signatures are usually required and approved by the company lawyer. I wonder if the Many legal forms. Requirement is related to High Risk during surgury.? They did not tell me the 1st visit was a consultation only . Now I have to drive another 2 Hr round trip for a relatively simple tear duct laser procedure. I will write another review (hopefully better) after the procedure. read more

He answered all of my questions about laser hair removal in depth, and he was in no rush to get me off the phone. Eyelid surgery - Sires. Come surgery day (and now in retrospect) was prepared, told to lie down and he drew on my eyelid. Never asked if the look was going for when sitting up. Had surgery fine. Called the next day for an issue (was supposed to be responsive post-surgery) and NO ONE CALLED me back. Thankfully issued resolved itself. Go back post op the 2 times and mentioned that my eyelid is still looking pretty much the same. He said could take a year to see results. Next month is a year. My eyes look NO different. The only positive is that I was not left with scars. How do you go back and tell a doctor that it didn't turn out. Do you trust them with another surgery?? I've been battling this decision. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED after it took a lot for me to get the courage to finally go through with this surgery initially. read more

Always a little leary of trying a new doctor, especially one for even minor eyelid surgery. Read the reviews and I know that any business simply cannot please all comers. So discounting those who had petty grievances I made the apt to met Dr. LauKaitis. He's the one w/the pretty hair bonnet. Nice guy so ordered the elective surgery of an ugly lump on my upper eyelid that I named Mr. Bean. Day of removal his nurse staff treated me to the most pleasant surgical experience I have had to date. When I returned to reality I just felt so calm and peaceful. I've had a number of minor facial surgeries for removal of basal cell carcinomas so I do know what these minor cuttings are about. All in all a very good experience. read more

I have suffered with my watering eye, Dr. Sires and his staff were so helpful. He was kind and had a great personality that was great because I was scared. The surgery was at 7 with a check in at 6. I went in and was out of surgery and on my way back to Seattle by 8:30. The nurses checked on me and even Dr. Sires would call me back if I had any questions. The eye has healed and after 3 years can now wear make up again. So to the whole staff, you all rock! Thanks a million. read more

I had a blocked tear duct (tears running down my face) and my ophthalmologist referred me to Dr Sires, and he did a great job - microsurgery to fix the problem. Very thorough and professional. If he has an attitude it's because he knows he's good. (BTW Think twice before having your eyelids lifted even if they are obstructing your vision. Waited a month for consultation, cancelled minutes before I arrived and only found out because someone was home to hear the message, they didn't call my cell. Dr was sick, on a Monday am. Called later, made another appointment, now a five week wait. Went in, started talking about insurance and surgery and I hadn't even met the Dr and didn't know surgery was my only option. Finished up and left. Called to schedule surgery and found they had a date a week out, perfect. Just took 24 hours to get response to Vm. Had a concern, asked to speak to someone about it four times, no response. Asked for a specific time of day due to scheduling. Got message about surgery time after hours when I couldn't call back on a Friday. Called Monday, told I had to have early surgery due to medical conditions. Told them those conditions were managed and would not affect procedure. Also told there was a law regarding my concern that no one ever talked to me about. Could not talk to anesthesiologist, they would not accommodate anything for me. Ended up cancelling next days procedure. Found out law I was told about didn't exist. Never again, going somewhere else. Total waste of time and money. On top of that, they had never informed me that there was a charge for the consultation and they billed my insurance. Hi. Last April, my doctor referred me to Dr. Sires at The Allure Center. My doctor said that Dr. Sires was the best in the state of WA and if he needed surgery, Dr. Sires is the surgeon he would go to. Because of problems with my eyes, I needed a forehead lift. Being terrified of surgery, and not very familiar with any of these types of surgeries, I set out to learn. I researched Dr. Sires and besides all of his credentials, he came up totally clean. I did however become very anxious when I came across YELP and read some of the reviews. Armed with 2 pages of questions I made an appointment to see Dr. Sires at the Allure Center. I fully intended to back out of this surgery, but I'm 100% grateful that I didn't! You would love this place and the people who work here! Dr. Sires was so patient with me, and answered all my questions, all my "what ifs", and we talked about the fears I had, most of which were generated from this sight! Everything was very clear, and in May, I went into surgery pretty confident. Dr. Sires did a fantastic job - better than I had even hoped! Not only did he fix my medical problem, he made my appearance look better in the process. His nurse, Susan is a peach. She was so patient... no question was too menial & she was always available. She got a great big hug when this was all done :-). Everyone I came into contact with there has been friendly and professional. I've never written a YELP review before, but because some reviews almost caused me to back out surgery, I'm writing. This was a big deal to me & I take these things seriously. Going to Allure was the worst mistake of my life. They did not tell me what to do to prepare for the peel or give me products to help afterward. I had beautiful healthy skin and only wanted a little brightening but didn't have sun damage or scarring that needed treating. I asked for the lightest peel - the Illuminize and Linda pushed for me to get the medium peel - the Vitalize telling me it was mild. I briefly asked Dr. Laukaitis if he could treat the only pimple scar I had which was small and shallow at an appointment to discuss eye lid surgury. He recommended a peel on my whole face even though I only wanted a spot treatment. I nursed my baby while I was at the consult and they did not inform me that the chemicals can go to the baby or that my hormonal state may impact how the peel effected my skin. I called ahead that I was running a few minutes late on my way to the appointment for the peel. When I arrived Linda said we would skip the education as we walked to her office. The minute I walked in the door she shoved the disclosure at me. I looked carefully for any risks but none were listed. It had diseases and medications that are not compatible with a peel and none of these applied to me so I signed the form. As soon as I signed it, I got scared that there were risks and changed my mind about getting the peel. I tried to leave but passed out completely. The next thing I knew I woke up and she was applying the peel to my face. It burned much deeper than I would have expected since I had a mild peel years ago and had no peeling from that one. It was a nightmare when I got home and sheets were peeling by my mouth and random patches on my cheeks. Worst of all, the peels on my chin were like a tangerine peel and broke off part way down. A year later the peel that was supposed to heal in a couple weeks has left white and pink streaks all over my cheeks and well as carved out places where peels came off at different depths. Worst of all I have a pink burn in my chin that carved into the chin where the peels broke off. When I went back to the office to complain Dr. Laukaitis lied and said I wasn't burned and when I called Linda to complain she had nothing to say. The staff were so sweet when I was a prospective client. They were icy and watching my every move when I went back because of being injured. They don't care about what they do to you or what happens after they treat you. Stay far away from this place. read more

I had eye surgery there in April 2015. That procedure went OK, not the results I had hoped for but OK. The billing situation though! They continue to bill me 8 months later even though they have been paid by my primary and secondary insurance and now they are threatening to send the bill to a collection agency. I saw Dr. Hauck for some Botox and my forehead looks awesome already!! No more wrinkles and I don't feel embarrassed to look at myself in the mirror anymore. I had eyelid surgery at Allure on the recommendation of my eye doctor, who said my eyelids were blocking off the top part of my pupils, and she thought perhaps that was affecting my vision. She recommended Allure as the place to do it. I am sorry now that I had the surgery done, and every time I look in the mirror, I'm more sorry. The surgeon was Dr. Sires, a personable doctor who I liked, but who is responsible for my dissatisfaction. The left eye which was the worst before surgery is drooping and barely clears my pupil. And because it barely clears, I am fairly certain that I will have to repeat this surgery again on that eye. The right eye - which I call my "crazy eye" - is big and round and looks very strange when I open wide. Sires also put a wrinkle or fold in my left eyelid that was not there before surgery. He offered to fix the fold, but I have no confidence in him anymore. Believe me when I say think carefully about it when you sign the paper that says "results cannot be guaranteed." I had an eyelid lift here by Dr Sires and his surgery disfigured my eyelid so horribly that I could not see without the use of protective contacts for approx 16 months. It took 3 more surgeries by other specialists to fix my eyelid so that I could see normally and so that my cornea was not being damaged by the disfigured eyelid. My eyelid is still disfigured and does not close or function properly but at least I can see normally now. I also no longer have most of my eyelashes because of his surgery. The staff at this facility also falsified my medical record with numerous fallacious statements. read more

This place is a scam. The front desk was extremely dishonest with me about the "New Patient Exam", she didn't mention that anything that Dr. Hauk (worst ever) actually does is a separate charge. The initial exam is $400!!! Then you have to pay for treatment!!!! So, this visit for a tiny skin tag removal cost over $650!!! They lied to me telling me it would be covered by insurance, but failed to tell me that the treatment/removal would not be covered. So I had to pay CASH on the spot! Also, they said they could "Laser remove" the skin tag, but THEY LIED again, and Dr. Hauk took SCISSORS to my eye to remove the skin tag. These people are shady and dishonest. The girls at the front desk are rude and quite nasty to work with as well as the billing department (getting defensive with me and talking down to me when I ask simple questions). If these people were honest, there would be no need for the front desk, and the billing person to get defensive with me right off the bat. So weird. Plus for a "Laser Center", the office is outdated and drab and they are extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER ever return here. read more

I just had an eyelid lift from there. Different information from every staff member I spoke with. On my post-op, something was obviously wrong with my right eye. The doctor gave me a cursory look, declared me fit and started to leave the room. I called him back in and pointed, asking if that looked normal. He put on his scope glasses, then said he'd have to take another stitch. This involved huge needles of lidacain into my eyelid; I informed him my body takes a long time to numb (years of experience with novacain at the dentist office.) He didn't believe me and started sewing. I nearly jumped off the table and told him i could still feel everything. This resulted in 6 injections of lidocain with my eyes open; a terrifying, invasive procedure, without any forewarning or time to become emotionally prepared. Thankfully a friend had driven me, or i would probably still be out in the parking lot, shaking. A horrible experience, all in all. don't go there. read more
