This place has extremely mixed reviews (as most nail salons do) so I'm pretty positive your experience varies on who does your nails.. My low rating is strictly over the SNS I received and the price. I paid $41 for this.. I'm sorry but this was not worth $41+ tip! I understand you pay more in ATL- but not for this. The girl was extremely sweet (this is absolutely nothing towards her) and I think she was new but you shouldn't put new staff out who do not properly know what they are doing- and it's very obvious she was confused about several things while doing my nails. Sparkling clean and neat. No junky boxes or containers around the stations. Relatively quiet with no loud conversations between coworkers and no people carrying on full conversations on their phones. Beautiful facility with chandeliers and classy neutral wood tone furnishings and light stone walls and painted iron ceiling beams. The pedicure chairs are new so they massage well, without rattling you. Polishes are organized by brand and color. The location has amble and free(!) parking at the door so unlike other places I've tried, there are no stairs or long walks to my car afterwards. Zaxbys. Chipotle. Gusto. McAlisters and a pizza place and others are next door do it's easy to grab a meal after an appointment. I received easily the worst manicure I've ever gotten in my entire life! It first started with my nail tech switching the color I chose for another "because it was better". He rushed the entire time. He was only working on my nails for 15 mins but managed to mess up a lot in that very short time. By the end 3 of my fingers were bleeding, my nails were cut and filed to different lengths and shapes, and the layers of polish are uneven and inconsistent. I REALLY want to like this place- it is so convenient to me, the people are so kind, and they serve wine!! But I have had 2 very bad nail experiences in a row. Today I got SNS on my regular nails (not something I do often so I wasn't familiar with the process). I got a deep green color and when I was done, I had green powder all over my hands and nails. The technician (extremely great guy!) then massaged my hands with green powder all over his hands and mine, then and said that was it. There was also no shiny top coat applied, so they just look matte and awkward. The Manager inspected my nails and then proceeded to clean them with acetone in the lobby, which helped, but did not fix completely. They are still green and feels like there is a thick layer of clear polish/glue under my nails. Honestly, they look like a toddler painted them. I've been coming to Allure Nail Spa for a while and finally decided to try SNS nails. I love them & Ben is one of the best. My hesitancy was due to seeing so many people with bulky looking nails from SNS and after discussing my concerns to the front desk, they paired me with Ben - who delivers a natural looking nail with SNS. This is my 3rd time getting them and I have a new fave. I've been coming here for a whole year and this is the worse service I've ever received. I got just my nails done on 9/3/20 my total was $95 just for some nails. Literally as soon as I walked out the glitter powder was coming off. I called the salon back and the manager told me that they would fix it. I came back that Friday for them to tell me they can't figure out the color I had on my nails. So suggested I get diamonds because those would last. Here we are 9/8/20 not even a week my 3 of my nails have cracked and the diamonds have came off both fingers. So I go back the second time seeing that I spent $95 on some nails just for them to give me attitude and laugh in my face and tell me that I should be more careful with my nails. What ? HORRIBLE customer service!!! You never tell a paying customer it's there fault when it haven't even been a full week. I usually love it here to get my acrylics done but I recently broke my nail so I went to get them taken off and get a clear polish to hold me over. While the lady who did them was SUPER nice, they kept doing it wrong and we had multiple people trying to explain what I wanted and then I ended up paying way over price for something so simple AND WRONG! I voiced my concerns about my nails before paying and they didn't help me AT ALL. I come a lot but idk if I'll be back after this. read more

They are friendly, professional, and provide the highest level of customer service and attention to detail. I give them both five stars and I give the establishment five stars as well! Beautiful location! Ample parking. Very clean and spacious. They offer 6 different pedicures with massages, at least 50 Gel Polish colors, SNS and powder. They have 18 Spa chairs and 10 Nail Stations. The staff is friendly, we were offered wine. Maya did my husband's pedicure and he was very impressed with her service. They also offer 30% off for the grand opening. This will more than likely be our new pedicure spot!!! read more

Honestly this nail salon isn't terrible but they overcharge every single time i have been there and tbh the quality just isn't worth what you get. simple designs/crystals they can't accommodate or do it wrong (not like picture showed) and it's too pricy for that. I went and literally the next day the polish started either peeling or turning darker in color. When i go back he would insist i must be doing something wrong.. been getting my nails done for YEARS. never saw this problem. He would also insist i tell them which day and time and who the person was that did it.. i didn't know who it was and told him i was in a rush but he could care less. never was able to find the person that did it and he finally called someone to fix for me. besides that i wouldn't mind the high prices i have paid over 150 multiple times for gel pedicure and sns nails here but whenever i get a manicure or pedicure here(even the deluxe/ more inclusive packages) i'm just not impressed. it seems like they are trying to just rush you out. The color was not what I asked, and four of the nails are a darker shade than the others. I received the manicure just four days ago and the edges are already starting to get ruined. Just had the Milk & Honey Pedicure with Anna and Gel Polish Manicure with Lena. Both services were absolutely AMAZING! The women were both attentive and very skilled in their techniques from start to finish, paying attention to every detail. They both asked me what I wanted, from the filing/shape, to shade of polish i.e. how many coats I preferred, and the pressure of the massages...with both services! Again...AMAZING experience! Also, my go to polish is OPI "Funny Bunny", which can be difficult to paint because it's so sheer, however, the paint jobs are flawless!
