One of my favorite workout outfits! Everything is so stylish yet so comfortable! You can also dress them up with some of their pieces! My favorite piece is their leggings, the material is so soft and comfy, and they come in a wide variety! The store is located in a very cozy place at the corner of Canon Dr Beverly Hills, the interior design is very chic and relaxing! I agree with other reviewers on this store. I was not approached, greeted or asked if I needed anything. I'm pretty self-sufficient so this didn't bother me too much. When I was ready to check out, I discovered there was no price tag on the leggings I selected. The sales associate went to get another pair and I asked him to make sure he got the 7/8 length in XS. After he came back I asked again to be sure that he had gotten the 7/8 length in XS and he assured me that he had. When I got home & tried the leggings on I discovered they were, in fact, the full length version! These are WAY too long for me, which is why I wanted the 7/8 length. I had planned to wear these on my holiday trip for which I am flying out tomorrow, it's too late for me to exchange. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the inattentive staff here. read more

One of my favorite brands and favorite location! They always make me feel at home. Even when I go alone I feel like I am with a girlfriend because they are really honest and make great recommendations. I especially love that they all have different body types because they tell me how everything fits and what they love. Fantastic customer service. I walked in wanting to exchange an item for a different size. I was immediately greeted and the person quickly checked on what I was lookin for. She came back and let me know they don't have it but they can order it for me. She referred me to a different person who found my size in the Santa Monica store, called them up and placed the order for me over the phone. Two days later I had the item. They went above and beyond in taking care of everything and I will definitely visit them next time. read more

I took a mat pilates class at ALO Yoga with Ashlee Carignan through Class Pass and it was amazing! The class is half indoors/ half outdoors so if you're craving that Vitamin D, get stretching outside! Everyone was panting, and breaking sweats but it was amazing to share that experience. She teaches the class every last Sunday of the month. Check it out! ENJOY! Check in to class in the store, and the class is up the stairs. There are tandem parking spots behind the store. read more

My visit to the ALO YOGA Beverly Hills location was amazing! The structure of this store is magnificent, they have retail, food/beverage & active wellness in perfect harmony. The staff there was so helpful and friendly, they pointed me in the direction of their organic cafe bar which had such amazing selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend anyone to try their coffee & matcha, the baristas really make a perfect drink. After getting my coffee fix, I felt energized enough to shop through their amazing selection of yoga wear. Everything fit perfectly and looked amazing, not to mention that the clothes can handle high performance workouts. The best part about my visit was their second floor yoga studio/roof deck, perfect for meditating and catching some sun! read more

A beautiful practice space, dedicated, talented instructors and the friendliest staff imaginable makes this worth checking out. Whether you're an 830 AM Yogi doing Rebeka's flow or after work new comer checking out Britton's (honestly, the names of the classes don't matter) class - You'll be glad you came by - I was a newcomer to Yoga six months ago and now do class almost every day. Great brand, but quite disappointing service. I asked for a different size in a shirt (strangely they only had smalls on display) and the salesperson said "Let me check in the back." I waited 30 minutes for her to return (mainly out of curiosity to what happened to her after the first 15 minutes). She never returned. When I asked the cashier, her response was "Maybe she went to lunch." Not sure what is happening over there, but it doesn't instill much desire to shop there. I did not feel welcomed at this Alo Yoga location what so ever. Other locations uphold the values of the company, while the BH location employee's act as entitled as their customers. I came in to exchange an item that I bought at a discount- I had already exchanged the color of my item once before but did not like the second color and came to exchange colors one final time. All I got was complete attitude and zero empathy from their own manager. While I understand company policy, if other locations are able to make small exceptions so should this location. OR the entire company should uphold the same rules. Will not be returning to the Alo in BH, much rather go to the Santa Monica or Palisades location where the employees are much more understanding and kind to their customers (even if the answer is no, it could be approached in a different manner). read more

I was browsing the racks and a brand rep approached me and said very abruptly, "We have additional sizes." Which rudely implied that my size wasn't available in store. I am 6'3" and a size 8/10 which makes me a L of which I had a pair of leggings in my hand to try on. And instead of asking if I need a dressing room again, she said "We have additional sizes" SMH. I realize that we are in LA and beauty standards are different here than the rest of the country but come on! This behavior is in no way a one-off. How disgusting. Horrible service. Went there a couple of days ago to purchase a skirt as a gift to my mom. The service that day was fine and I paid in cash. My mom however did not like the style and asked me to return her gift so I went to the Palisades location and they informed me that it would go back onto a store credit instead of receiving my money back. I asked them why this was when the skirt wasn't even worn and it was JUST purchased the day before. They informed me that if you pay cash you can only receive a store credit as a refund which is bullshit. No one informed me at the Beverly Hills location and the employee at Palisades even said that they have tons of customers who say the same thing. Do NOT pay in cash and hopefully the employees can start being more transparent cus this was a shitty situation. I'm now stuck with a gift card I don't want. read more

As a yogi of 15+ years and yoga teacher, I can attest that the quality is top-notch and the brand inspires me to be active, get on my mat and live life to the fullest. They also have a great selection of both men's and women's gear, so I can shop for both myself and my wife. I'm also so inspired, by the brand, Alo, which stands for air, land, ocean. This store is nestled into the famous Beverly Hills shopping area. It does not disappointment. Aesthetically the store is very organized, clean and airy. There is a cafe, where you can indulge in a capuccino or a kombucha, while you shop. Upstairs, there is a beautiful studio with a lounging patio. Perfect for classes/private events. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. If you feel brave enough to drive around and hunt for street parking there is plenty of metered parking in the area, but beware of the highly efficient Beverly Hills Police Department. I suggest that you take the safe road and go to a public parking structure. Usually they offer 2 hours free parking. I purchased two legging and they are so comfortable and stylish. I am not much of a yogi, but I will be wearing these out and about. If you want a luxurious and relaxing experience, definitely stop by Alo. read more

This company does not deserve to be in business. I ordered more than $300 of items during their black friday sale and did not hear back for more than a month, despite repeated reassurance ("thank you for your understanding during our busy period, someone will get back to you after the weekend") on their social media that I would. Several customers were posting similar messages about their missing orders, and while ignoring those messages, they launched a new 2 day shipping promotion, and a further sale for christmas. After more than 4 weeks of being ignored, my order was abruptly cancelled without explanation and the items were re-listed on the website at a higher price than before. Extremely dishonest company that only cares about their social media image and not actual paying customers. read more

Drove 30 minutes today to check out the Alo Yoga store in Bev Hills. Not one person greeted me when I walked in, even though they had at least 4 girls on staff. They were mostly chatting amongst themselves around the coffee bar. I walked around and started accumulating some things to try on, and still no one asked if I needed help or a dressing room. The only person that was friendly was the girl that rang up my purchase (sorry don't know her name). Very unfortunate because I probably would have purchased more had the staff been more welcoming. I also noticed that the assortment of product was pretty light compared to the website. This Alo flagship store is gorgeous. Besides being well stocked with every color/style of leggings you can think of, they house a coffee shop and a rooftop yoga studio. Rooftop yoga classes are held daily at 10am! If you're tired of looking like a lululemon clone, def pay a visit to this store. Alo's style is a lot more stylish/athleisure-friendly/luxe than typical yoga brands. Their famous moto leggings ($110) are a must have. Like other reviewers have said, the people who work here lack in the customer service department. Unless you're a celeb, they'll pretend like you don't exist unless you flag one of them down. They ARE helpful when you do manage to get one's attention, though. This store is stocked with so many items that it can be a little overwhelming. My store experience was disappointing. This store has no mirrors other than in the fitting rooms which I find ridiculous as many of us don't want to go through the trouble of a fitting room when all we need is a mirror. Also, the store manager here is so rude and unpleasant. I saw her walking around the store with such a frown on her face. You can tell the sales associates walk on eggshells around her. I really didn't want to to buy a thing from her store but they were the only store with the item I wanted. When I walked past her on my way out, she didn't even say "thank you". Just wow.
