So good I went 2 days in a row lol the fried egg rolls are awesome!! I hade pho with rare steak (on the side for me) and it was very good! The broth was very flavorful, although I felt the noodles were over cooked. My husband had the special combination pho and he had no complaints. On the second day, we had egg rolls again and tried the fried wontons. I was expecting crab rangoons but it was just like a fried dumpling, with a pork mixture inside. I wasn't a fan but not because they were bad. Instead of pho I tried the grilled shrimp noodles. Amazing!! I loved it! They also give you iced tea in the beginning of meal and it's amazing! What's also cool is the ice cream rolls! I haven't tried them yet but I will next time. read more

Nice addition to town. Pho and the BBQ beef vermicelli were both excellent. Shrimp rolls were also nice. The Vietnamese chicken curry was just ok, nice flavor but could be spicier also just not a fan of the random bones and cartilage. There are better restaurants. Lady was rude and was not helpful when I ordered. The place looked very dirty and I thought the menu pricey. They do not offer lunch specials. The spring rolls were large and full of good ingredients, but the rice paper was a little thick. The vermicelli had plenty of good vegetables, lots of noodles, and a pretty good fish sauce. My girlfriend really loves it as leftovers as well. read more

Popped in at the end of lunch hours. I ordered the Dumpling soup. No choice on dumpling filling since they only had chicken. Received a very generous portion quickly. For my main meal I ordered ordered the #34 Rice Vermicelli/ "Bun Thit". I opted for bbq beef. It was complemented with pickled vegetables, romaine lettuce, tomato, and a side sauce. Another generous, fresh ingredient dish that presented wonderfully. If I knew more about Vietnamese food, was to remain in the area...I am sure I would visit often. Awesome Lunch ! read more

This is hands down, our favorite restaurant in Westfield! We come here at least once a week... we have seriously considered offering to wash dishes so we can eat here more often... ha! Anyways, they have plenty of options for vegetarians/ vegans... their tofu is simply delicious! The 1st review I gave was a good one, purely based on the food. It was awesome. This day I got there about 6:25 on a Friday - it was pretty busy. So while the waitress ran about; the only woman running the front and phones, I helped myself to a menu to place a take out order. As I stood there waiting, she sat 2 tables that came in to dine, then she took 2 phone orders. When she was done with that, mind you I am standing right in front of her, a man steps up to pay for his meal. She looked over my shoulder at him, reached across me to take his check. Whaat??!! Then takes another phone order and seats 2 more tables that walked in. I should of left then! But determined to get take out to take home, I placed a really simple order 2 fried rice, 1 pad thai. She says 20/25 minutes. Okay I thought, its busy - I can wait my turn. As I sat and waited all the tables that walked in while I was there placed their orders and received their food. When I walked out with my food an hour had gone by, yes she was all apologetic, but no excuse! Be more accurate with time, and I should have received my order before those people that walked in after me!!! read more

Vegetable fried rice is the freshest I've had had anywhere! All there food looks great I will definitely be back to try other dishes. It wasn't traditional fried rice that you feel guilty about eating afterwards. It was loaded with fresh veggies, Thai iced tea is amazing as well! read more

Saw all the great reviews and wanted to give this place a spin. Bad idea. The waitress came over couldn't of been more than 16 took our drink and food order at the same time we ordered a few appetizers and and entrees. My first complaint was that everything came out at the same time. Literally everything 4 appetizers and all of our entrees at the same time we had no room on the table for anything. Second complaint was that all the meat from every dish was questionable, was not a fan of the texture or taste of any of the meat although the veggies were fresh so that was nice! Third complaint was that the very American woman who checked back on us asked if we knew how to eat everything?!(yes in fact we did because half of us were Vietnamese so none of this food is new to us) and asked if we knew how to use chopsticks!?! (duh, who doesn't these days) Whoever had any positive review must of been super lucky or hasn't had any actually good Vietnamese food. read more

Was planning on a nice lunch today but was anything but. The spring rolls were fine and so was the vegetable pho. The waitress we had, Hannah who had served us many times was right on spot. She explained menu and we ordered. The owner came in during the lunch crowd and screwed up the table orders. She delivered another table's order to my table then redelivered to the right table. Then the owner came out to my table to clarify a dish we ordered. I said no tofu in anything. She delivered the dish with tofu. I sent it back, she apologized and came out with the dish again with tofu. She said they tried picking it out of the plate. I asked her to remove from bill and she proceeded to tell me that the first waitress made the mistake and I disagreed with her. The first waitress read back our order and it was perfect. Then she tried making excuses saying the cook couldn't remember. She fired the first waitress right on the spot for her mistakes! She did it in front of everyone. Not the experience any patron would want to sit through. Take a ride to Springfield for true Pho and great reputable service. While updating this review another table exited and they said it was an awful experience and the owner tried blaming the whole situation on the other waitress. They said they didn't want to hear it and left. They said that they had Hannah on three seperate occasions and was excellent. read more
