The factory was hard to find. I don't drive to the west side of the island so this area was unfamiliar. The factory is at the corner of Uke'e St. and Moaniani St. near Kaiser Permanente. When you drive along Moaniani St. keep an eye out for the glass windows with the "334" numbers. You can park in the driveway if there's space or there's street parking. The door to go in is between the sink and the electric meters; you'll see an open sign. There's another door afterward that takes you into the office. The snacks are all on a small rack and if you don't see something, you can ask them for it. My favorite item is the beef jerky crisp. If you've never had any of their snacks before, I recommend getting 2 of everything. The furikake kettle chips are also popular. The snacks are pricey but it's all made and packed locally. They accept credit cards for payment.

Just tried their skittle bombs! Creative and fun concept -that's why I gave them 5 stars. I bought them for $7 from Carousel Candyland at Kahala mall. (Cheaper than Amazon.) There were two options, li hing and plain. The skittles are frozen with liquid nitrogen, and that makes them CRUNCHY! I wouldn't buy these regularly to snack on, but I had fun trying them with my sister and nieces. Definitely pick some up if you're in the area!

    Furikake kettle chips. So good!

I got their furikake potato chips (kettle style) and they were soooooo good! Just loaded with furikake. I picked them up at Matsumoto Shave Ice in Haleiwa. When I got back to Seattle I was craving these chips and called up Aloha Edibles and begged them to ship me 10 bags!!! I'm waiting eagerly for them now. So yum.

I really like to eat this beef jerky that's different from the ones on the outside, like crisps.

I told her about these delicious snacks and she hooked up her favorite little sister with a care package.

What an amazing restaurant featuring comfort food roots with a modern twist. Ordered the Grandpa…read moreRolling Beef, boom boom chicken and Zong Zhi rice. Reasonably priced and extremely popular. The chicken was fried in bite sizes with a crispy coating and hints of Chinese 5 spice. It was served on a bit of cabbage with fried basil. If you order the sauce that goes with it, you'll get a slightly sweet accent to the chicken. Grandpa Rolling Beef is a creative braised beef rolled in a scallion pancake with extra veggies. Great flavors with a crunchy texture. The joong or zong zhi was mochi rice with pork and preserved egg. If you were looking for home style sticky rice, you got it here with a bit of a light sauce. The preserved egg brings back memories of Popo's kitchen/ your childhood. We tried Taiwan tofu pudding for dessert. You should order it even if you order nothing else. Perfect for two. Silky tofu in a slightly sweet sauce with shaved ice, boba and peanuts combine for a perfect dessert. Not heavy and just sweet enough to tempt a non-dessert person. A return to this restaurant is always warranted! Give it a try!

The menu has a nice variety of authentic Taiwanese options, and the portions were satisfying. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to enjoy the meal. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service could have been a little more attentive, and a couple of dishes didn't quite wow me as much as I expected for the price. Even so, I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu. If you're looking for quality Taiwanese food on Oahu, Fooki is worth a visit. Forgot to capture few pics

Wanted to get the honey garlic since the reviews of that were good. Looking forward to trying them, but I'm sure I'll enjoy them since I love their original and their furikake. They had four ounce original, furikake, hot furikake, honey garlic for $6/bag and 10 ounce furikake in the shop. (I don't remember the price for the 10 ounce.) Great service - you ring the doorbell and someone comes to open the door in a very short while. They serve you immediately and are so friendly and nice. Be sure to pick up your shrimp chips here, their hours are pretty good, too. As of 6/2/26, they are open weekdays, and for Tue thru Fri open at 8 or 9 and until 5 or 6. As long as you are in the area or live in the area you can probably get there after work if you can't get there during the day. Mon is half day until 1pm.

We bought so many bags so we can enjoy for the rest of our trip and to bring back as souvenirs. I really enjoyed the honey garlic flavor that was only sold in store. I did see the furikake flavor at Costco in a bigger bag. Service was very friendly.
