ORIGINAL POST: I'm noticing some changes over the last few weeks- different cups no longer BobaPop branded. I get the same service, I'm greeted by the same kindness. I can live with new cups/branding. A huge change to me is the boba. Boba texture and flavor is important to me. It's been very different... Not the same texture I've come to know and love. At first I thought it was just old boba that had been sitting all day but even when I come first thing, it's still the same. I don't like the new stuff.

The staff is incompetent, they didn't know how to process a refund, we asked for the manager twice and were told they would get back to us, they never did. After 2 weeks and several attempts at getting a refund back for a cancelled order, we just disputed the charge on the credit card. We won't be coming back here.
