I am being 100% honest. Why would I lie? In the recording you can clearly see how bulky and thick the gel was laid on, and she clearly didn't even them out. You can clearly see how rushed she was. You can clearly see how she was burning my finger tips under the UV light after I told her several times that it was hurting me. You can clearly see how unkind she was. And when I asked her to even out the nails, she still didn't do it. If you think this is great work, then I don't know that to tell you. But everything I shared is straight facts, 100% no lies. Very unprofessional. And I was still kind enough to leave a tip, not a generous one, but I left one. A generous tip woulda meant I loved the service and nails. Again, the gentleman who provided me with the pedicure was so kind and so sweet and did a great job.

Not to mention the flower I received wasn't what I wanted, I showed her a reference & then she proceeded to place stickers on my nails. Not even hand painted. Who know how much she charged me for a sticker. I also asked if tip was included & she then demanded a tip. Horrible. Never coming back again. This place doesn't even deserve the 1star. I was immediately waited on.....but I'm sure it helped that I went in early, around 12:00 on a weekday. Lynda was awesome. She was thorough without being rough. She did a great job and it was painless, which I appreciated. Their prices are reasonable. They have several different price levels you can select from. My feet and the polish look wonderful! Then last 6/5/26, I asked for the same $5 add on for the polish to stay longer but all the ladies working there including the lady owner and the guy owner looked clueless as to what I was talking about and didnt reply. The lady owner even looked like she doesnt speak English and were talking amongst each other in Vietnamese or Thai or whatever dialect. Anyway it was so annoying and now after only 2 weeks (without that $5 add on they apply to make polish last longer), the nail polish on my 2 fingers are already chipped off. Hope management is more consistent w the services they offer and be more courteous and professional to their clients. You never know if they are talking abt you. It is very rude to speak in a different language while they are doing a service for you.

The nail tech I usually go to at a different nail salon wasn't available today. He's always able to get my nails to last a month and a half. When I said I wanted to stop the service, I was told by Tristan who was doing my nails that had to either pay $60 for the hour of time and $5 for the removal or continue with the appointment. I felt extremely pressured into finishing the service even though I no longer wanted it. No customer should feel like they don't have a choice. The nails themselves look fine, but that's not the issue. The way the situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and trapped, and it completely ruined the experience. I left upset instead of happy with my nails. I won't be returning and would recommend that anyone considering this salon ask about their policies before starting a service.

I paid for the royal pedicure but the technician, didnt catch her nail because she said not one word to me (older lady) was more interested in everything being done around my pedicure than my pedicure itself; she wiped the lotion and oil on, no massage. She watched as others did pedicure and nails, moved my legs around. This pedicure didnt even meet my top 20. My mom was in the next chair getting a pedicure and boy, hers was worse than mine. Lasted np more than 10 minutes. She asked them not to cut her nails just file as the lady proceeded to cut.
