The technician was scheduled to come between 1pm -4pm. They call around 4pm saying he'll be there by 5pm. Then oh just another 20 minutes. Didnt show up until 5:40 and still couldn't fix the problem. Pretty lame. read more

We had an issue with our dryer so I booked an appointment with this company. By the time they arrived, the problem seemed to have fixed itself, but the technician took the machine apart and looked for an issue anyway. He wasn't able to find an issue and unfortunately after he left the machine,then completely stopped working, and while that first technician that the company sent wasn't able to fix the problem he had caused, the subsequent technician, Oleg, managed to fix the problem, and his service was exemplary. We were then contacted by the manager, Vlad, who apologized for the issues with the first technician and made us feel like very valued customers. LG washer wasn't spinning. Found Alpha Omega appliance repair on Yelp, entered my info and within minutes I was scheduled the following day. They could have repaired my washer that same day but due to my schedule the following day was better. My service tech was Arthur. He helped explain what was going on and what repairs were needed to fix the LG washer. Within 30-45 minutes everything was completed, in fact the washer was way better then what it was before. This company has not been able to fix my brand new stove. They've been at my home 3 different times, yet I am still not able to use my oven. Each time They've been here, they claim to diagnose the issue, they order a part, and guess what? They diagnose another issue. 3 different times , yet I personally don't know exactly what the problem is. All i keep hearing is " we're going to order the parts." as of today, I don't know when they'll return. I am far disappointed. They are incompetent, and this company needs to hire people who can take care of these issues. It's ridiculous that they have not been able to fix my stove. I am NOT confusing your company. My washer needed a repair with the knob/timer. When Tommy and his crew came and were very nice and courteous. They wore booties in the house to keep our floor clean. They diagnosed that my washer needed the timer to be replaced, and I placed a deposit for them to come back with the part to repair it. But after some thought we decided to buy a new washer. Our dryer broke last week (stopped heating) and after looking at the cost of new dryers we decided to see if we could have someone repair it for cheaper. I sent a mass request through Yelp Sunday afternoon and Alpha Omega was the first company to respond. They immediately reached out to schedule a time even tho their page stated they were closed. We had a tech (Demetri) arrive within hours of my request being submitted even tho they are not local. He tired to fix a couple of things to see if it would work and realized it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced. He thankfully had one handy and was able to repair our dryer within the short time he was at the house. I was in contact with Tommy the entire time and he was professional and prompt throughout the process ensuring that we got the assistance and service we needed. This is a very honest and reliable company, I booked one appointment for my broken fridge, and they replied very soon with availability the next day, and free diagnostic. After the technician checked my fridge, the compressor was broken so I decided to buy a new one rather than repair, but I wanted to offer some diagnosis fee and he refused and insisted.
