My dryer broke on Saturday and I needed someone to come out ASAP. I contacted several repair places on Yelp but these guys were the only ones willing and able to come over on Sunday to fix it! Overall they did a terrific job! Replaced the broken belt, the dryer sensor and thoroughly cleaned out the lint. My 12-year old dryer works like new! Working frig is a wonderful thing. :). They are the 2nd repair company for our built in Viking frig. The first one is a Viking authorized. I guess that just means they charge more. The first one also totally ghosted us after the initial visit and the tech indicated he needs to order parts. We decided to look for someone else and ended up with Alpha Omega due to their fast response. Tommy explains what could be the problem and cost (which is very reasonable). He made sure things are covered so dust does not get all over the place when he cleans the condenser coil. He also wiped things done afterward. They followed up to make sure the problem is fixed. The valve to the ice maker line had to be replaced on my refrigerator and it was causing water to leak on the floor. Tommy assessed the situation and showed me the erosion that had occurred on the valve and recommended it be replaced. After finding the part needed online he gave me an estimate for repair. Long story short, I bought a top of the line laundry set (less than one year ago), thinking its quality should support its price and was extremely disappointed by its performance. Called retailers where I bought it from, their reply is that it's "pure bad luck" and offered $50 for buy back, called manufacturer who appointed big service company that was great and helpful scheduling first appointment and that is all... no follow up and no reply. Then I called Alpha & Omega, Tommy had demonstrated that what a good quality services should be: 1. He carefully assessed the situation 2. Patiently explained the problem area 3. Offered maintenance for other appliances, which was much needed so I really appreciated that. It took over six months for us to be able to pinpoint what had damaged our clothes and another six weeks for a big service firm to locate part in their warehouse. I have called Alpha & Omega Appliance Repair twice for different LG refrigerators. Both service calls were for issues I was experiencing with the freezer. Tommy Lee arrived within the time period the office stated. He was very polite and listened to my concerns. As he worked on the freezer in my case, I liked that he would keep me in the loop and let me help with cleaning the freezer shelf or surface area. Tommy would answer my questions as he worked. Alpha & Omega was lightening fast to respond to my yelp inquiry seeking repair for my wine fridge. They had a tech out to me within a few hours to run diagnostics. Our tech was Tommy Lee who was professional and knowledgable. He was able to diagnose the issue with our fridge, which unfortunately was a bad compressor. He was honest with me that the repair would cost almost as much as a new fridge so even though it would be better for him to do the repair, it would be better for us as the customer to replace with a new model with a new warranty. The technician who came initially was very professional, and was able to inspect and provide maintenance for the fridge promptly. I had two other companies come out and tell me that my dryer had a motor issue and were adamant about it, but then Alpha Omega came out and said it could be a few different things. I was hesitant at first but then it ended up being a thermal sensor issue, which seems less significant than the motor or motherboard! I chose Alpha & Omega for the availability of the technician to come fix our leaking freezer on Saturday morning. The technician arrived within the time zone for the appointment and just charged for a service call after the diagnosis. Per his diagnosis, the valve was loose and he just fixed the loose valve. He could have persuaded my husband and me to have the valve replaced, which would have costed $300 less the $49 service call but he didn't. I think that Alpha & Omega technician was professional and honest and I will definitely use them for appliances repairs in the future. read more

I inquired for a service the night of april 17 and Tommy gave me a prompt response, Tommy gave me a schedule the very next day. Tommy showed up with his partner and they diagnosed my refrigerator not freezing up, they found out my fridge is leaking freon and they were being honest about the problem. At the end I decided not to proceed with the repair because it will costs too much, it's not worth it. I also asked them to check my gas range hood vent , because there was a problem of it not sucking up air, since they were here already , surprisingly they fixed it for me for free. Honest people!
