You were fast, efficient, and a multitasking marvel, and you did it all with a smile on your face, even as you always took a few seconds to say hello and answer a question when needed. To the table of eight mid-GenZ types who trickled in as we settled in for dinner: (1) Alcohol is not your friend, and given that this town does not have an Uber or Lyft service of any reliability, I was happy to leave before your birthday party ended. The staff was friendly and if they weren't sure about something being vegan they asked. The portions were more than generous! We loved that the food was fresh and so hot it was steaming. The only disappointment was the Chicken Parmesan could have used some sauce on the bottom cutlet.
