I called several movers before choosing Alpha Omega Movers. They were willing to take my daughter's piano to her new home, as part of another shipment, on their next run to Austin at a very affordable rate. Abel and Adrian called to let me know when the would arrive at my home the morning of shipment. They were polite and courteous, wiping their damp shoes on the mat, by the door, before walking through my home. They brought moving blankets and shrink wrap and very professionally and carefully wrapped the piano before moving it out of the house. Most movers wait until they get the items on the truck before wrapping. I truly appreciated the care they took with the piano. Once they arrived at the new home, they went inside to see where they were setting up the piano. They carefully brought the piano into the new place and even helped set it on protective felt pads before they left. They again were very polite and courteous. The only negative, they ran a bit longer than expected on the delivery time. But that is to be expected when your delivery is part of load and the other customers items were loaded after the piano and delivered before the piano. You know the saying "Last on is the first off" and so it was. I will definitely use Alpha Omega Movers again. Thanks guys for a great job =) read more

Alpha and Omega Movers have done our last three moves and all three times have been smooth and easy! If they were not, they would not have our repeated business. The Guys took extra precaution with all of my fragile boxes and were attentive to my request on where to put what. They also disassembled and reassembled all of my furniture that required it. They were very efficient and did not waste valuable time in order to 'ride the clock' for a larger bill. I can't emphasize enough on how careful they were with my valuables, they even drove the truck very slowly in order to protect and ensure that nothing broke. They were also polite and didn't use profanity, which is a rarity in this business. I recommend them to my friends and family for their moves and each time they've told me they were also very pleased! The movers were very COVID Protocol conscious - wearing a mask, practicing social distancing when talking to us. We were worried about having movers come into our home during a pandemic surge. The crew, Ralph (lead), Carlos, and JR were amiable, polite, very respectful and friendly despite the fact that they had to move very heavy bulky furniture from a 2 story home to another 2 story home that had a narrow staircase and sharp turns. They managed to get the furniture in place following directions exactly without a single mark on walls, rails, and on the furniture. Ralph had to disassemble a very old rolltop desk and reassemble it at the second home. He took his time and reassembled it carefully and did an exceptional job. I was very happy. We used Alpha Omega to move my mom and I was very pleased with their service. I called last minute (on a holiday) requesting help to move my mom from Boerne to san antonio. Within 6 hours of my call we had three professional young men, Nico, JC and Joe, move more then we had intended. My mom and I felt they were very kind, fast, reasonably priced and were blessed to find a company to move us last minute. I called several other moving companies who would not send workers out in the evening. Alpha omega was the only one to work with our schedule. Ben provided an explanation of costs, service and an estimate of total cost. The moving crew was outstanding! I helped coordinate my sister's move to San Antonio from Austin and Alpha Omega traveled to Austin the day we had one of the worst ice days. They were committed to doing the move despite terrible traveling conditions. When they arrived, they were professional and efficient. Very professional and all the above. They worked hard and moved fast! James, Jonathan, and Junior (The J Crew) were the BEST. After a delayed move due to our new complex I was already on edge about moving, but their services definitely made me forget all about it.
