My car needed an e give part replaced and came here for a quote to see how much it would cost. They didn't know what part I was referring to, even showing then the diagnosis from the dealership. I also needed a brake fluid exchange done. They didn't really ask for any details on the car itself. Just kind of said they did it and charged me $80. Upon paying I tried using there yelp coupon since the customer next to me used his Groupon coupon. I was told that they wouldn't honor it since I didn't purchase the gift card 24 hours before hand. Absolute bologna. I would have saved $20 with the discount and they refused very unprofessional with outrageous quotes. Also said that I told them my car year was 2010 instead of 2020 and now hoping they didn't put the wrong kind of fluid in my car. If you care about your car, go anywhere else and save yourself for paying for repairs that can potentially damage your vehicle in the long run. read more

When asked why he said they only had a better wiper available even though I did not want it. When I said just put on the old one he had a fit and yelled at me.. I receive mailer coupons at home for various services several times a week. After my regular mechanic retired recently, I find myself looking for specialty shops to address any repairs. Some shops of course. take any repair in even if they know nothing about the problem at hand. I went into the shop and met a personable manager named Jose Jose and I went for a road test to see the condition of my brakes, Jose then presented me with my options and his suggested remedy. There was a second check test after the repair was finished, not wham-bam, C-Ya! After the parts shop quickly dropped-off the uncommon type of brake pads, Jose got me back on the road with a new set. So bottom-line is I can find no negative issues with our visit and would recommend their services based on my experience.I really didn't miss a waiting room with awful tasting coffee and some blaring TV in the background. read more

Jose helped me out and did a great job, I went in for a full inspection and ended up needing new brakes and wheel bearings. LIARS and SCAMMERS !!!! Worst place to go repair your car or do oil change. The owner and workers are all scammers. They lie about their prices. Online, on groupon, and signs posts , all say different prices for services. Lower prices all posted. But when it comes down to paying you have to pay triple the amount. They do bad job as is. They broke my oil pan and glued it on. Later i found out by another mechanic that thats what they did. Do not go here. Save your money. They wanted to charge me $700 for a $100 job i did elsewhere. Their oil change says $12 but they charge $60 in person when it comes down to paying. These guys are con artists. read more

This guy is SLIME!!! I called ahead for a quote on brake installation if I brought in the parts. I went over all the details over the phone, year and Make of my car, front & back, pads and rotors. He quoted me $120. I drove all the way from Hollywood, and explained everything. He lied right to my face and gave me 3 different prices! First he said $120 per axel, then $250, then $300... He obviously can't do math. I recognized his voice, so I know I spoke with him. He claimed I spoke with his brother. When I pointed out the lower prices he has LISTED, he said, "oh those are the wrong prices. We have to change them." UNFUCKINGBELIEVABLE. Don't give him your business. This is an updated review. Over the phone, the owner of the business quotes me two hundred and something for an alternator and service to replace it on the car. After he sees my car got towed there, he then says he meant four hundred and something. He asked me for my address to put on the warranty of the alternator. The same day of the service I made a review of what happened, and that same day after the review he had his son, who works at the shop as well, stop by my house and toss the trash out of my trash cans. read more

My boyfriend and I came in on Easter to get brakes fixed because we heard about them through Groupon and we are so glad we did. The workers are the coolest, most personable, funny people. Absolutely wonderful experience. Jose was so honest and he gave us upgrades for free that we should have had to pay extra for. I don't know what any of these other angry ridiculous reviews are about but they are a funny joke lol. Shady shady business and operation. Went there for an oil change and Tire rotation last week. First of all the price changed from over the phone to being there in person! Obviously they know most people will pay the extra 10-15 bucks rather than waste half a day going to another place. Ok so even with the new higher price they DID NOT rotate my tires. The mechanic was very rude and constantly making smart remarks so I didn't even wanna push the issue concerned they would do something to the car. After the oil change I check the oil and it is still half dirty!!! Obviously the old oil wasn't drained properly. I had to take my car to another shop for a proper oil change. These guys are fast efficient, and HONEST!! Hence they benefit the good karma by a great review from me. My car kept failing the CA smog test. They could've taken me for a ride and replaced and O2 sensor which is what the computer detects, but they didn't. They were very honest in helping me find other ways to find out the real problem with my vehicle. My car is a '09 VW Beetle. But unfortunately, most car repair places don't have the technology to figure out certain problems with specific cars. But anything they can and are able to detect and fix, I will go to them first. I found a coupon on Groupon for a $15-20 for a oil change, I called to schedule an appointment, for 3pm. Keep in mind I live in Los Angeles, CA and the place is (supposedly) in Northridge, I arrive to Northridge and cannot find the place, so I call to directions, and the guy ask if I have an appointment, I said yes? gave him my name and he says I don't have an appointment, to call back in 45 minutes, because the guy that scheduled me was not there. I never found the place, never got a oil change, drove all the way from Los Angeles, just to get hung up on. I normally don't give reviews, let alone bad ones, but this was just unacceptable. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. I called several times to try and make an appointment but they didn't return my. Finally I drove all the way over there to make an appointment. When I got there they didn't have any customers and told me they could do my oil change right away. Then he told me it was going to cost $55. I told him about my groupon and he said I need 6 quarts of oil and my groupon was only for four quarts. I said I know that, but how much could 2 quarts of oil cost? He said the extra two quarts would be $25. I guess he thought since I was already there I'd just give and let him ripp me off. I told him no thank-you, I will take my business elsewhere. By then I had seen enough to know not to let them work on my vehicle for any price. They are very rude and obviously don't care about their customers. Originally came in for an oil change ($25 for synthetic on Groupon!), mentioned that my brakes were squealing, they took a look at it, showed me and it turned out that I needed rear brake shoes because mines were completely done. I only had money for the oil change I intended to do but the owner Jerry not only cut me a deal of $150 for the work, he let me pay half now and the other half when I get paid on Friday. The work was quick and took about an hour. He even offered me lunch from subway while I was waiting. Great business and great businessman. If I could give 0 stars I would.. came here for a routine oil change with a Groupon that was supposed to cover the oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. They only did the oil change nothing else and claimed that I told the mechanic NOT to do anything else which was false. and they put 2 more quarts of oil than my car needed in it. So I had to take it back and he claimed he had put the correct amount of oil in it which was also false and let me stand around waiting to have it done while no one was else was at the shop. Until finally I said "Can we get this done, I'm kind of in a hurry" He replied, "Oh you want me to take it out? I asked you and you didn't say anything." That was the whole reason I came back..?? Was looking for a quick last-minute oil change while eating across the street at Bob's Big boy and this shop was able to accommodate. Good service fair prices. Mechanic texted me to let me know car was ready I thought that was very cool and very convenient. he also let me know that a couple air filters needed replacement and that my back tire had taken a nail. I was pleased to see that he saved the air filters to show me and even had the nail to show me. Not that I didn't trust but I've been taken by mechanics before so it was nice that he did that to put people's minds at ease. Overall I would go back.
