My Raptor incurred some collision damage. These guys got back to me with a quote almost immediately, and said they could get to it right away. They told me to go ahead and just bring it in (on the Saturday before Memorial Day, which was incredible!). Given that I took my truck in right before they closed on Saturday, and the shop was closed Sunday and Monday, they had the work complete by early Thursday afternoon, so quick turn-around time! They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. I felt the price was good. They worked closely with me to make sure I was comfortable with parts pricing (whether or not I wanted to replace certain parts) and everything. I found my new favorite auto mechanics! I have an 2005 top of the line Mazda Tribute. I really like this rig but the transmission finally gave in and it was time to replace. My son-in-law recommended Alpine Auto Center because he's been going there for years and taken good care of by Annas and the rest of the Alpine Auto Center team. I was told they're the best, and they have proven themselves by replacing my old transmission with a newly rebuilt transmission. If you are on the hunt for an auto repair shop, I would highly recommend Alpine Auto Center. The maintenance alert for my brakes went off yesterday on my car and they were able to fit me in immediately (other places I called were booked out for weeks). Annas was very friendly on the phone and in person. He took my info down and called me within 45 mins to let me know there was actually NO maintenance needed on my car, and it was probably just a factory alert setting. I don't know about you but I imagine a lot of other paces would have gone ahead and made a buck by replacing the break pads. I'm so thankful to have found such an honest repair shop. I called to have my car towed, thinking the issue was with my transmission - and was ready to sell my old car to a junk yard. I figured it was totaled. Moaad showed up promptly to tow my car, and quickly diagnosed that the issue was actually with my brakes. He offered to have his shop look at the brakes, and they had it up on a lift within the hour. They fixed the brakes (I had an unusual problem), rotated my tires, and even changed my brake lights for a very fair price. These guys are wonderful people, and know what they are doing. Really great experience with Alpine Auto. I surely did my research and got a quote from a lot of other places and Alpine Auto offered a very fair price that beat out a lot of other places. My car had a dent on the bumper that most places said needed to be replaced, but they managed to do a repair and got it looking almost brand new with the paint spot on (especially because my car has metallic gray paint). I dropped it off Saturday and it was ready to be picked up by Tuesday Afternoon. It may seem in the middle of no where and kind of in an area where you question if you're at the right place, but it's worth going out of your way to get your car fixed up at this shop! These guys took care of a left ball joint. Sold me a water pump by doing a free inspection. I had a fuel delivery issue. Called and set up appointment. When I got there I asked for a package deal for the worst case scenario fuel pump and a water pump. I told him i would get both for 900. He said he would call me back the next day with a result on the inspection. He called and said he needed half down. I went there and told one of the mechanics about a check engine light and the symptoms of the van. He said it was for sure the fuel pump. I gave them 450. Another 120 for 2 hoses and a thermostat. He called and said two more days. Then he drove me the vehicle at night at 630. Said he stayed late to get it done. I gave him 570. Woke up the next day with the same problem. Fuel delivery issues. He blamed me. Didn't check the code. Didn't inspect the vehicle. Said I didn't ask for an inspection. I know I did because we didn't agree to what was the deal and half down until the next day. The water pump was a free inspection which is why I added it in to the fuel delivery problem. read more

My car was stuck in the garage, 3 other tow truck drivers said "it couldn't be done". Then along comes Mohammad. Not only did he call me ahead of time to tell me where he was and how quickly he would get to me but he approached my issue with confidence. Within minutes he had my car out of our garage. He then suggested what was wrong, how to fix it quickly and redirected our service to a dealership instead of a mechanics shop. If zero stars was available, i would give this shop zero stars. My mother's car was dropped off here and they started work without authorization. After I paid them, I realized this fact. I asked them to take their parts out and they said they wouldn't and would hold the car until I paid them cash after I paid with my bank card. On top of that, the speedometer now doesn't work. Car tire blew out so I was dead on the road. Called Mercedes for roadside assistance where they informed me a tow truck would contact me in 15-20 minutes. After waiting over an hour, Moog (or a name close to this) from Alpine Towing called me and said he'd be at my location in 20 minutes. Shortly after I received a notification the driver had cancelled "at my request". When I messaged him about the notification I received and if he was still coming he told me no. I had to go through the entire process again and ask for another driver. Terrible customer service. read more

My boyfriend and I were thinking about buying a Sprinter Van in Seattle but wanted to have it inspected prior to purchase. Everyone at Alpine Auto was incredibly helpful along the way. When I called to gather basic information about shop hours, Dennis spent an hour on the phone with me telling me everything he knew about Sprinter vans and even gave me a number of useful tips about what to look out for in my search. After we made the decision to fly down to Seattle from LA to look at a Sprinter we were interested in purchasing, Dennis and Ruby spent over six hours investigating every corner of the car and even advised us not to buy it. When we then purchased the van against their recommendation ( :P) , the whole family worked together to weld new parts, replace the windshield, buff off and cut out years of rust, fix the suspension, and repaint the vehicle. They called us and Skyped us through every step of the repairs and even called for days after we had left the shop with the van just to check on us as we drove back down to LA and see how things were going.
