Sergio and his team worked diligently to complete the addition on schedule. He had to deal with Tahoe weather, a tight schedule and Tahoe challenges. Throughout the project, Sergio was responsive and communicated clearly. He was very easy to work with, and he was highly skilled at working with the third parties. He kept the project moving forward with cost effective solutions when we faced challenges. He also has an excellent reputation with the planning department and inspectors. Upon receiving our project's final inspection, the building department commented they had never seen a project completed this quickly in the Tahoe Basin. We can't say enough about Sergio and his team. They are very professional, high-quality builders, and they deliver on time and on budget. They are a pleasure to work with.
