Alpine towing came out to my home late on a Sunday evening to fix a problem with the hood latch on my Volvo XC60. I tried to fix the problem myself for the better part of an hour and finally called Volvo roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed to the dealership to fix the problem. Alpine is Volvo's Seattle area tow service, and in an effort to save me time and effort, they came to my home to see if they could fix the latch. Within 10 minutes of arriving, they figured out what was preventing the hood release from fully opening! Alpine towing was courteous, timely and very customer centric. Fantastic first experience with Alpine Towing. I'm a car enthusiast and take great pains to care for my car, and I was thrilled to find that the guys at Alpine looked after my car just as well as I would. On top of that they were right on time, and their communication was top-notch; they kept me updated every step of the way, with heads-up calls when they were within 15mins of pickup/dropoff. Moe with Alpine came to our rescue when we incurred a flat in south Seattle. On a busy Saturday afternoon. We were given a three hour estimate from AAA with no guarantee of timely communication. Then within 5 minutes of calling our insurance company, we received call from Moe at Alpine Towing Company, giving us a 1.5 hour estimated wait (1/2 the estimated time with AAA). My X5m was parked 3 levels below ground with a frozen parking brake, making it very difficult access and impossible to drive. After a ton of bad luck, I found Alpine to tow my BMW from one mechanic to another. After a brief conversation, the made a suggestion that seemed like a better option although I didn't go through with it I really appreciated the knowledgeability! After getting a flat tire, I was connected to Alpine Towing to take me to a local dealership. They responded promptly and assured me they would be out soon to haul my car. I was in an unfamiliar area and felt uncomfortable being alone. These guys are as good as it gets! I have personally never dealt with a tow truck driver that cared as much about my vehicle as I do. They went the distance to make sure my car got to it's destination in the exact same condition as it left in. Communicative, letting us know when they were on their way (right away--and they were super punctual) and when they arrived. The tow was also super fast.
