He was excellent explaining how some of the cook styles could be modified to accommodate our allergic fellow diners. I enjoyed the Melting Pot- but be prepared to spend a LOT of time there. There are so many choices it is downright mind boggling but our server, Grayson did a good job of explaining and re-explaining the menu and did not rush us. The melting pot is probably the most accommodating restaurant to food allergies that I've seen. Luckily for me I can eat anything. Check it out on Thursday for "Thursdate" specials.
