    Quattro Formaggio cheese fondue
    Jon S.

My wife and I went here last week for our anniversary and we both had amazing meals. We did the Big Night Out Dinner for 2 which was four courses of deliciousness. We started with the Quattro Formaggio cheese fondue which was incredibly tasty with the bread that came with it. Not sure it worked with the assorted veggies as much though. The salads were exceptional and the entrees were really tasty with the Coq Au Vin cooking style. And we finished it up with the Yin & Yang dark/white chocolate which I kind of wish I could bath in that stuff it was so good. Portions might seem small but by the time you're done you've more than your fill as we were bothint feeling pretty full. Brad our waiter was on point, always making sure our drinks were full and checked up on us just the right amount of times. Parking spaces a little small, especially for a handicap van but my wife and her powered wheelchair had no problem moving around the restaurant. It's not a cheap night out so know that going in but I have no doubt we'll be back again.

I would recommend reservations. I had them but came early, and they did not let us be seated early, which I understand if they are packed. The beauty of this place is the booths are very private and thus spaced out well. The food is pricey for what it offers, but it's more about the experience. They offered some specials, but then had limited options to pick for entrees, so we couldn't do the math to make it work to be a good special, so we just ordered a la carte. The waiter was very friendly when mixing the fondue. Unfortunately, no broccoli with cheese dip, which is just the perfect veggie or cheese. The entree meal also didn't include broccoli. They have good options to pick for each round, and for cheese and dessert you can get extra dippables. The marshmallow chocolate made for a richly sweet blend with the chocolate. If it's an experience you think you'll enjoy, it's worth trying and everyone is spaced out. The food is great and surprisingly filling for the amount.

Date night with my husband was a super hit here! First-timers back in March and we're still talking about it haha. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious and super fun to try and our waiter was just amazing. Wonderful experience.

Always love this place. Service is excellent and the "experience" and food are worth the price. Every single time.

Wonderful Easter Dinner!! If you go you absolutely have to McKenzie!! She made this meal a #PerfectNightOut

Melting pot never disappoints, from their drinks to their salad. The cheese fondue with unlimited dippers was so yummy. For our main course we got a lobster tail, filet mignon, salmon and chicken . I suggest setting a phone timer for the meat to ensure you cook it long enough if you're worried about the meat being raw. Then go crazy with all the yummy sauces. None of the sauces are bad! Then the yummy dessert fondue with the brownies and marshmallows and all the other goodies makes for a great ending. I personally like to go with two people because if you go with four you only get one pot and have to agree on everything. If you go with six people you then get two pots.

In the middle are three gorgeous chandeliers, and at the heart of it all is the bar. We were seated upstairs with a view of the downstairs and it was absolutely amazing. For starters we got the oysters which were delicious!! We're from Maryland so we're very judgy with our oysters, but these were great. We've have oysters that were not great out this way so we were nervous, but Rubicon delivered excellence! Next we had the truffle toast special and their octopus. What an amazing pair. The octopus was an absolute delight. It wasn't over cooked and the yucca it was served with was a great compliment to it. The toast was so light and rich at the same time. The truffle added such beautiful depth and complexity without being physically dense. For our mains I had the filet special with mushrooms and my partner had the lamb. Both were perfectly cooked, seasoned, and served. I'll be dreaming of the mushrooms that were served with my steak for weeks to come. We finished off our dinner with the dark chocolate lava cake and two espresso martinis. Both of which were stunning. The cake was moist and not too sweet like some chocolate cakes can be and the espresso martini was perfectly balanced. Rubicon is worth the drive if you're not local and worth the money if you are. Definitely a place I will be recommending to my friends!!

My husband and I ordered the mussel appetizer which was delicious in the white wine reduction. The main meals consisted of lobster ravioli and a tagliatelle pasta. Though I felt the lobster ravioli needed a touch more of something or a bit of a kick, I very much enjoyed it! We ended the meal with a triple chocolate ice cream that was heavenly! Our server was excellent and kind and attentive to our needs. Though I am not usually a fan of a built in, mandatory 20% gratuity fee, the servers and staff definitely earned it and more! Will be back!

But this place is much more than beer, and I can't recommend it enough. First, there is a bar completely separate from the eating area, so you can choose what experience you want. Second, I've known that all their beers are top notch, which is why I wanted to come here. I'm not an IPA guy, but the black IPA is some top notch stuff that anyone can appreciate. Not super hoppy, really well balanced. Blonde stout is another superb creation, Lancaster gets some depth into it that many other breweries can't manage. Third, if you want food, they learned from the Food Network and limited their menu to just a few choices, all excellently prepared. I ordered the Angry Mac with gator meat. It had excellent flavor, they made it spicier like I asked, and unlike most places they provided plenty of meat. Great quantity and great taste that I wasn't expecting. I tasted my friend's polenta and it was perfectly balanced with some cheese, not too salty. I could eat that for days. Finally, Eva, our waitress? Wonderful. My friend and I were weighing dessert, we wanted a brownie but not the whole hot fudge brownie sundae. Eva made it work and even split it between heated and cold. What a great server. Props to Eva! To get this quality of food, this quality of beer, this quality of service, and this quality of ambiance all in one? No wonder my friend was willing to go two days in a row. I need a Lancaster Brewing in my town.

The atmosphere was fun, utilizing retired ride vehicles as booths and playing into the park setting. As expected in Hershey, the menu explored how chocolate can be integrated into a very American menu. I enjoyed the pulled pork grilled cheese: the chocolate barbecue sauce reminded me of a lighter molasses-based sauce so it worked with the barbecue. We had the Ferris Wheel appetizer which was mostly a win, but the items could have shown up on a TGI Friday's menu. The next day, to escape the millions of middle schoolers in the park (I have a whole travelogue brewing for that) we came back because I wanted one of their gigantic milkshakes. The Reese's peanut butter shake was peanut butter to the Nth degree, and it was topped by an entire slice of peanut butter pie. My friend got a stomachache but I love anything peanut butter so this was a win for me. Both times the service was really good. I do favor chocolate as far as candy wise but not too excited when it is on food. So I was very skeptical. Me and my family had a wild day at Hershey Park and I figured we should end the day with a dine. So I chose The Chocolatier. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated immediately without any wait. I loved the fun decoration of The Chocolatier. Our Waitress Ella came 10 minutes after we were seated and took our drinks. I ordered Ferris Wheel Sampler, Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Taco, Park Breeze, and 3 Cookies and Cream Milkshakes. If you think this is a little bit of food then you are wrong lol. Hubby only wanted the milkshake. And my daughter also only wants the milkshake. The other items are all for me:) Ferris Wheel Sampler looks really cute but I found the appetizers to be very mediocre. Shrimp Cocktail's shrimps are overcooked and extremely chewy. Lobster Taco are mediocre as well. And the Cookies and Cream milkshake are not actually cookies and cream ice cream, it tastes like vanilla ice cream mix with cookies. Will I come back? Maybe, but I won't get these again! My bill is around $167 and I left Ella a $40 tip. For a meal that's over $200, I expect to eat better. Even though The Chocolatier accept Apple Pay, you have to walk with your server to their station in order to pay for it. Payment system is outdated. Unlike The Yard House and other restaurant, you can paid at your table.

We felt unwelcome and didn't enjoy our meals that night. Ok, fine, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area, no need to return. However, I may have turned my back, but I did not forget you, CSG. I remembered the good times, the trophies, awards, and accolades for your delicious sauces, and the excellent reputation that you've had all of these years. It was finally time for "The Return." Last night, a completely enjoyable meal and great service at the bar. (The dining room was very busy, and there were several seats open at the bar). It was actually our first time sitting at the bar and I believe this will now be our regular spot to eat and drink here. Got 6 Hot and 6 Creamy Garlic Parm. These wings were the perfect size for me, a little on the small to medium side, and they were cooked well. Not perfectly crispy, but close enough, and the flavor of the wings themselves were tasting fresh and delicious. I always loved their traditional hot sauce and this was my first time trying the creamy garlic Parm. The creamy texture was a little too much for me, so probably just get the regular garlic Parm next time. No issues with flavor, just a little thick and messy. (Somehow, I got that sauce on my shirt and on the back of my neck.) The Blue cheese was a great dipper for the hot sauce but I should've ordered a large cup. I also got the Cacio E Pepe Beef sandwich with fries; it was huge and awesome! I think I would order that every time I go here in the future It was so good. I'm glad that we can now place this restaurant back on our regular rotation list. See you again soon!

Honestly? It blew him away. First off, the service is phenomenal every single time. The staff here is on another level, attentive without hovering, endlessly professional, and somehow always two steps ahead of you. Drinks never hit empty, plates disappear before you even notice you're done, and they're constantly checking in with offerings. It feels luxe in the best, least-stuffy way. Now let's talk food... because wow. This is an upscale buffet-style brunch and absolutely everything was delicious. There were maybe one or two things that weren't our favorites, but nothing was poorly prepared or lacking. Highlights? * Prime rib - melt-in-your-mouth perfection. My #1. * Smoked salmon, plus oysters, clams, crab super fresh and flavorful. * Potstickers, lamb, salmon, beef bourguignon seriously, you can eat around the world in one room. * Desserts - tiny, dangerous, decadent little masterpieces. It's definitely on the pricier side... about $62 per person, so our total came to around $160 with tip for two. But truthfully? For the service, the quality, the variety, and the whole elevated experience, it's something I love to do every once in a while. A special-occasion splurge that actually feels worth it.
