Really struggling with this company. The are SO inconsistent and keep messing up both my husband and my prescriptions. Getting really old.

Very happy with their availability and scheduling. Got the meds in good condition, very satisfied. However, my one concern is going to be with more expensive medications. It seems that they do NOT offer certain discount programs for particular fertility medications that are offered through other pharmaceuticals, such as Compassionate Care and ReUnite Rx, which is disappointing and disheartening. We were recommended Alto for its reliability - it's upsetting that we must sacrifice that for simple discount programs for the thousands of dollars we will be spending trying to bring a healthy child into this world.... read more

Overall, I'm happy with Alto; the ease of refilling prescriptions and speed of delivery. However, last night my order was due to be delivered between 7 and 10 PM. By 10 PM, when the order had not arrived, I locked up and prepared to go to bed. At 10:45 PM I received a text that my order was on the way and tracker showed ETA of 11:36 PM. Driver showed up at 11:45 PM which kept me up very late. Had Alto given me an option of rescheduling when the original driver did not show up, I would have gladly postponed the delivery until the next day. read more

This was first time I used them and was pleasantly surprised. I think the app where can message them and get response within the hour was great. Loved the free delivery and the notifications to tell you when arriving. Friendly staff great teaching videos on how to give self injections. The cherry on top was that they included a piece of candy in each box (a definite upside to eat right after stabbing oneself with a needle). I asked several times for an OTC iron supplement to be added to my prescription order, and after being assured that you could supply the supplement required, you failed to include it in my order. I don't know how I could have been more clear about what I needed. I need a pharmacy that will not ignore my needs. I am homebound, do not drive anymore, and do not always have transportation at a moment's notice to pick these things up. I am very disappointed because now I have to start over on this. read more

The whole process from the time the Dr sends the Rx to the time it is at my door step, is within hours. I am able to see the medications prescribed to me, the dosage, and price all on my phone, I can add them to my cart as needed, pay and select a delivery time, again all through my phone, the online feature is clear, simple to navigate an all in one place, you do not have to go searching for your medications and information on those medications, it is all there. Also, when i have had to call for support, all representatives have been kind and responsive, and my requests have been resolved and I had all my medications that day delivered. That fill Rx promptly and you are notified throughout the whole process via text( which is super awesome) even down to the minute of when they will be arriving at your door. It was easy to set up an account using their user friendly app, transferred all my prescription from my previous pharmacy with a few tap and some assistance with their friendly and very efficient customer support, their prices are much lower compared to the big pharmacies and delivery was quick and easy! If I could I would give them zero ratings! I had a surgery 3 days ago and it looks like my doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy. However, they never bothered to send them to me! These were anti-inflammatory and pain killers, but I did not even know that they were prescribed. I received a text message from them today notifying me that they are sending me vitamin refills even though I called them two weeks ago and told them that I don't need more vitamin refills since I have so much leftovers already. So they actually failed to send me the medications that I needed after surgery but they keep sending me vitamin refills that I asked them to stop. And when I complained to their manager, their response is that their system has created multiple profiles for me and that they are sorry because they failed miserably! This is unacceptable period! It looks like they only care about charging the patients insurance for refills but fail "miserably" to fulfill the medications that the patient needs after surgery! Had I have not called them to complain about the refills being sent despite me specifically asking them not to, I wouldn't even know that there were medications prescribed for me post-surgery! read more
