Most earned 5 star I've given - I will never use a different pharmacy after finding this place. Dor (lead pharmacist) was incredibly nice and immediately placed a call to get a prescription I needed. He followed up a few hours later to let me know he's still waiting on the prescription to be sent over. Furthermore, the following day Dor called me to let me know it has arrived and that if I can't get it by 3 (closing time on Saturday) that he would stay there until I arrived. When I arrived, he explained to me a few things about the medication I've been taking that I didn't know in order to prevent any greater issues. Dr. K and his staff are very professional-- I was with my wife at UCLA Medical for her surgery. I didn't know but I was required to have a recent COVID test in hand. The registration staff there handed a list of 3rd party facilities who offered rapid COVID testing. Always Rx was the first listed so I called them. They said come in no appt necessary--I went in and was tested with results within 15mins! I was pleased on how courteous the staff were. As I was leaving, Dr. K came out to greet me and let me know if I had questions later to please give him a call. Needed a last minute covid 19 test. I found this place online. Called them and I was asked to complete an online form with my info. Took less than 1 minute. SUPER EASY. I was able to schedule same day. I went in and I was out within 5 minutes. I received my results within 15 minutes. They call you and also send you an email so it's documented for you to show.
