I have short nails, mostly because they're easier to manage in the medical field. But they're not down to the skin short. I wanted an ombre look like I used to get when I'd have my nails done, but I was told they were too short. I'm not a very confrontational person so I let it go pretty quickly. I've had it done before at the same length but it's whatevs. I opted for the same colors just on alternating nails. It was a good job and it lasted as long as it should have, my nails just growing out to leave gaps. No chipping or flaking happened! read more

I developed an infection on one of my fingers a day or two after getting my nails done here. I only got my polish redone, did not get a full manicure. So makes me really wonder if they wash their bowls/tools properly or at all. Really unfortunate as I have always had great service there, but after needing to go to the doctor to get on antibiotics I will obviously not be back. Seems like they have gone downhill a bit in the past few months, but cleanliness and getting an infection is inexcusable. read more

I've been here years before. Decided to come by again. They totally renovated the area and have much more space. They are super friendly and welcoming. I got my eyebrows waxed, I have had better experiences but this definitely wasn't horrible and I would come back again. I wanted a more defined arch but didn't quite get that but the eyebrow clean up was good. They have competitive prices and the time I went they were busy and accepted walk ins. This is closer to where I shop so I'll definitely be back again. All in all I wanted arched eyebrows and I got the "clean up" they wanted to give me. I made an appointment with Sandy after I had shoulder surgery so my fingers wouldn't look like a serial killer's. I have never had a gel manicure that I have absolutely loved - they are too thick, there is a ridge a day later that I have to refrain from picking until my OCD can't take it anymore and I begin tearing them off, and by default, killing my nails. So I told this to a friend and she recommended Sandy. Then I told this to Sandy and she told me that she would take care of my nails. Now, I make about a gazillion work decisions every day but ask me what I want to eat or put a million nail colors in front of me and I freeze, especially knowing I will have to live with this color for at least two weeks. In steps Sandy, with her keen observation of my commitment phobia. She recommended a few beautiful hologram colors and I picked the peachy pink. I. Am. In. Love!!! We are in town visiting family in OKC for Thanksgiving. My daughter and I ran out of time before our flight to have our nails done at our normal place back home. I'm a major germaphobe so I spent a few hours reading reviews on Yelp and Google to find a hygienic place that does good work. There aren't many reviews for this salon on Yelp but Google has a ton. I didn't see the autoclave but the tools came from the back where I assume it was, in the bags. Tubs were lined with a disposable liner before the pedi service. Clean, professional and friendly and our nails turned out exactly like we asked. Prices were reasonable for two full sets with gel and gel pedicures. The service wasn't rushed and we both left happy! I had my first pedicure and the experience was awesome. Two very kind sisters Lauren and Sandy took care of me. They did a phenomenal job, but we talked about life and values and experiences etc. I liked them so much because I am a talker. I have always been leery of places like this because of cleanliness because I have medical issues and can't afford to become ill. They know what they are doing. They used all excellent hygienic practices as well as making my first experience so enjoyable, my feet feel so good that I will be making this a regular practice. The ladies were just AWESOME. Super super Disappointed. I called when they opened on a Wednesday was able to get an appointment at the time I desired. When I arrived it seemed clean and they were friendly. Offered a beverage- which is a nice feature.... probably one of the only nice features. I sat to do a pedicure they showed me a brochure which had 4 options for pedicures ranging from $25-$55. I could be wrong but I believe the packages were as follows 1.)$25 basic 2.)$35 deluxe 3.)$45 premium 4.)$ 55 organic I chose the second option which was $35 then added a gel polish to finish which is an additional $10. Had a brief but not great massage which included hot stones (I am not a fan of hot stones but this is something I don't see often). My gel polish seems to me to be uneven and not smooth which I commented on. Which I was told was the best they could do. I did choose white which I understand is a hard color but it still seemed they could of done a better job. I also wanted a full set of dip (SnS) with tips in an almond shape with white dip powder and glitter. I was quoted $35 which was very reasonable. The final results of my nails was terrible. I asked for Nipper use when removing the cuticle and she said she could do it at the end which is not right it really should be done prior to the dip being applied (which also was an additional $10). At the end each nail was a different shape and length. I asked several times for corrections to be made but in the end they eventually just stopped trying to make it right. I would not recommend - I ended up going somewhere else to have them fixed. Just a waste of time and money. read more

This was my first time here but it definitely won't be the last. Everyone was really nice. The layout was great. Free water and I was SO thirsty so that was awesome. I got a deluxe pedi and the hot towels, hot rocks and massage were awesome! I have a lot of callous on the bottoms of my feet and my person tried so hard to get it all off. He was no successful but they're so much better than they were before. Probably with my next visit, the rest will come off. I also got dip powder nails. They were SO gentle with my fingers and there was no extra charge to take off the previous dip powder. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is that the toenail polish could've been a little neater. read more

Don't go to this place!!! They rushed my pedicure and could have clearly done another coat on my toes. The next day the GEL paint was already chipping because she didn't do enough coats. Then when getting my manicure done with another lady she was very rude and rough with my nails. They look like they are unfinished and crusty. She also did not file the tips down AT ALL. Worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I got a shellac manicure the gal put a top coat on before the polish so the polish didn't stay then she roughly filled them down to get the paint to stick. They started peeling Tuesday and I went Sunday after noon to get them done, they didn't even last TWO days!! Now I'm not even a week out and they are chipped and completely peeling off. Also the basics of cutting the cuticle were horrible. She didn't put anything on them to soften them before cutting and basically just ripped them off leaving me with a lot of hang nails the next day. I also got a pedicure and waited 40 min with cold water for someone to even come over and start my pedi which was the most sub par pedicure ever. I'll never go to this place again. I got a shellac manicure that was originally supposed to be $25. I got to colors (one and then a different one on my ring finger). The lady asked if I wanted glitter and I said yes. I didn't think I would be charged for glitter, but I was and paid $30. I was fine with it until this week, when all of my nails have pulled up in the corners. It should've lasted me two or three weeks until I got them re done, but no. They're all gone and I am pissed that I wasted $32 ($2.00) for a tip on a set that is now gone.
