I went to do my eyebrows and lashes at Lululash lash and brow boutique. I absolutely love how my lashes came out. However the technician had an issue with my eyebrows stating that she couldn't remove the bottom brows with the wax. After two failed attempts with the wax. I asked if she could pluck the bottom brows and wax the middle and the top as normal. Once complete, I noticed that I had cuts on both of my eyelids and asked if it was because of the wax .She said yes and proceeded to charge me. She seemed far more concerned about getting paid rather than addressing my concerns about the cuts. The brows have no shape. There's still a lot of hair and I have cuts on my lids. I'll be attending a wedding tomorrow and I can no longer do my make up as planned because of the cuts. I'm afraid the cuts will become infected if I apply makeup on them. I'm very unsatisfied with the brow service and the techs professionalism and I'm heart broken this has been my go lash place for years. read more

The lashes they use are so lightweight (while still creating volume) that they don't bother my eyes at all! Wake up SEXY AF even if you are old AF like me! Ok, I'm not *that* old, but I AM more sexy after getting my lashes done by owner, Lulu herself. I chose the "barely there" look because I'm pretty fair haired and I don't need to look like I'm hosting an AirB&B for tarantulas on my eyelids. The barely there is a clutch option. The lashes last me at least 3 weeks and I pretty much always look camera ready, except for the crows feet, laugh lines and overall dull, lifeless skin tone. (But that's another business' problem! I'm really bummed I have to give this place 2 stars because I was so excited to give them a try. Their work on Instagram and Yelp is beautiful but my whole experience post-care has been somewhat of a nightmare. Throughout the years, I've gotten lash extensions plenty of times before but this has been the first time I've been hit with conjunctivitis in my right eye. Before you ask, yes, I had been cleaning my lashes every day with lash shampoo. I also wash and sterilize the brushes I clean my lashes with every day. My lash tech initially did a pretty good job on my lashes. I had requested the Flirty Hybrid set but I was a bit disappointed with the length she had recommended for me, as I had shown her photos of 14mm and 12mm lashes in the wispy style but she recommended 13mm and 11mm wispy style instead. I trusted her expertise so I went with her suggestion but upon seeing the result, I felt I would've liked my request better. Also the left eye's lashes looked fuller and more symmetrical than the right eye. However, I didn't want to complain as I was overall initially happy with the result. Plus, it was late and they were getting ready to close for the day. What was disappointing about the service though was for the price of $200+ after tip, I received no aftercare instructions or kit. Other lash places I've been to have given me both but this place didn't. I'm not sure if it's not in their policy but for a service priced higher than other lash extension salons, I would've expected better. They also didn't provide any contact lens cases or solution to store your lenses during the service like other places. Had I had known to bring my own ahead of time, I would've but again, no pre or post instructions. But going back to the conjunctivitis, I've ended up having get antibiotics from the doctor and now I'm just monitoring my eyes in hopes the infection doesn't come back. I'm just so disappointed that after paying that much for lash extensions that I haven't really been able to enjoy them. I know there are less pricey salons out there but I was so drawn to their Flirty and Air Hybrid sets that I was willing to pay a little more. Well, lesson learned I guess. read more

I first discovered through an instagram ad and immediately followed them. I think at the time there were no immediate openings or bookings available so I kept going to my last lash place. One day, I saw a post that there was a cancellation and I immediately grabbed it. LOCATION When I went, I had a hard time finding the place only to realize it's INSIDE Salon Republic. Google and Apple Maps will confuse you. Lol LULULASH is super clean, bright, and comfortable. The music and the staff will wear masks as well. Not recommended to bring extra people that aren't in an appointment - they'll probably need to sit outside. They will have a basket for your belongings. Make sure you don't wear contacts during the appointment. I've fallen asleep so quickly once settled, each time. I'm not sure what music is played but I always feel so peaceful. I have been coming to this location for 6+ months and don't regret breaking with my last lash place. The lashes are so comfortable and soft. The lash tech will take a look at your eyes to see what they recommend for you if you're not sure what style to do either. The retention on these lashes are so much better than other places I've been to as well. Obviously it takes effort from you too, but the skill set is great. They take Venmo for payment. I recently took an interest in experimenting with my lashes and I'm so glad I went with Lululash for my first keratin lash lift! I went in with zero knowledge and probably (definitely) asked some dumb questions but Lu was so patient and kind with me throughout the process! Requesting Appointment: I followed the self-service link on Lululash's IG page. It was quick and painless. I really appreciated the text reminders two days before and on the day of the appointment! There was also a COVID-19 contract email to acknowledge and sign. I missed it but was able to easily sign it at the appointment! Arrival: Lululash is located inside of Salon Republic at The Paseo. The door was locked and clients have to text their technician to let them in. I appreciate the salon's mindfulness about the pandemic. Lu came and got me just a few minutes after I arrived. I also signed a standard lash liability waiver before we started. Appointment: Lu first asked me about my preferred lash style. It was super straightforward! Shoutout to Lu's gentle demeanor, the super plush recliner sofa, and the relaxing music! Despite being a little nervous in the beginning, I ended up drifting off several times. I had minimal discomfort and Lu explained every step clearly. Even during the waiting periods, she stayed with me whereas other estheticians would have gone away to multitask on something else. I felt safe and secure with her. Aftercare was explained super thoroughly too! Results: I was shook. Didn't know my downward-pointing, Asian lashes can point that high upwards! Luckily, Hope had an availability that worked with my schedule and wow, OH WOW!! I have to say Lu is a PHENOMENAL teacher, because Hope REVIVED my lashes!! I had stopped lash extensions due to COVID and wasn't able to go back to my previous lash girl. Hope was SUPER SUPER gentle and super informative.
