I have always had a great experience and my nails always look very nice. I get a lot of compliments about how they look. Jenny is very friendly and super accommodating with any requests. I should have left when the pedicurist tried to upsell me and after my third "no thank you" and she was not happy. She had me put my feet in the bowl then turned on burning hot water I said politely that it was a little warm and she turned it to cold. It was all downhill from there. She cut my toes twice while trimming my nails, she took the file and went over my skin, the foot massage was squirting the lotion on and then rubbing up and down my calves twice, she made fun of my toes and started laughing because they don't lay flat (then said something in another language and the other pedicurist looked at her and then me apologetically), the polish was smeared. The entire pedicure was 20 minutes. I just wanted to get out of there. I wish I got her name because the lady next to me that got the same pedicure was offered a pillow for her back, she was asked about the water, and she kept saying how wonderful her service was. read more

My pedicure was doing well till I notice this lady was being kinda rough because I had glitter polish I was like whatever shes just trying to get off the polish. I then decided hmm why not get a manicure. So I tell her can I also get a manicure? She looked at my nails which also had glitter laughed pulled a piece of cotton with nail polish remover and told me to take it off myself! I was literally in shock it made me so pissed I told her umm never mind I don't want a manicure. She literally had no problem with me saying that lol. I turned to my mom and said out loud, why would I take off my own polish I'm paying her to do it so stupid. My daughter and I both went in to have our nails removed. The woman who did hers did not soak them first. She just started ripping them off with clippers. My daughter started to cry and I asked the woman to stop or to soak them. She acted like she didn't understand or didn't care. I didn't realize how bad it was until I was also finished. 4 of my daughters nail beds were cracked right down the middle. The nail was torn and bruised on 6 out of ten. It's now 4 days later and her nail beds are still so sensitive and painful that she can't wash her hair. I know they could have done this right because the woman who did mine actually soaked them and gently filed them. Mine are fine and I have thin nails. We will never ever go here again. read more

I really just wanted a basic mani pedi because i haven't had the chance to get one lately and was running short on time (hence the basic services - however, I did not tell them I was running short on time out of fear they would make everything too rushed, as you'll read below, it's a really good thing I didn't mention my time crunch or it could have been worse). Any other nail salon I've been to they do take their time and take pride in doing even basic services. You won't get that here. They seemed offended that I didn't want to upgrade. Even got an eye roll when they asked again and I said "no thank you." They really bring new meaning to the term "basic" - for the mani: my nails were not filed evenly, they aren't shaped the way I requested either. When it came time to paint my nails, the man who did them (Patrick) left many corners and sides unpolished. I picked a light color that really needed 3 coats to totally show, but he pretended not to hear me when I asked for a third coat. For the pedi: better job on the painting than the mani, but the cuticle trimming and scrub was done in maybe 3min total (for both feet). Also, the massage for both the mani and pedi was weak. They did about 30secs-1min on each side. Sure I only paid $35 but I've paid less other places and received waaaayyyy better service, friendliness of the nail technicians, and better quality work. Will never return. Guess I should edit to mention that my nail polish started to chip immediately, the same night i got them done. 2 days later and I had to get another full manicure and the girl asked me "has it been a while since you've had your nails done?" I told her I had them done 2 days prior. She was blown away. The photo shows what my nails looked like the day after my manicure at this place. read more

John was so nice. now.... the nails. they're the absolute worst i've ever gotten. every nail is a different shape, they're lumpy, my fingers got cut up, and basically they look like total shit. if you want good nails, GO TO A NAIL TECH!!! it'll cost more but it's definitely worth the money. i'll never come to another salon for nails, i learned my lesson. read more

So I had my nails done here before and came back for a refill, the first time was good got a deluxe pedicure and a refill. I came back to get my refill and I'm greeted great, front desk person is amazing. Waited a bit, which was fine I was a walk in. Once I was sat with the lady that was doing my nails, she instantly gave a bad vibe grabbed my hands and starts telling her coworker a few desks down something in her own language - I myself am bilingual - so that doesn't bother me. What did bother me was the judging looks and the clear indication she was talking some type of crap. And then her coworker from her other side looks over to see what she is talking about. As if my nails were dirty or filthy. Which they were not, I had washed and used a brush at hope to clean them well. Now If my nails are too grown out for a refill that's fine let me know. If you don't want to service me that's fine let me know. I can't go elsewhere. But I doubt you're suppose to feel this way where you're spending your hard earned money. Nina and her staff are some of the most talented and friendly manicurists in Central Valley and the whole salon is ALWAYS spotlessly clean!
