I'd give zero stars to Brenda if I could. I was a recently ex-tenant of hers (thankfully) and I…read morecouldn't have asked for a worse landlord. If you don't need anything or have any issues, she leaves you alone. But it's when you need her, is when she becomes impossible to deal with. Below is a list of my experiences in the 2+ years I dealt with her: -I received a nasty email from her/the homeowner regarding rent not being paid. That was 100% false, as rent has never been missed and automatic payments were set up. When I responded questioning the email and informed her I could provide proof rent has been paid she said "oops I'm so sorry wrong person". I found that interesting because the other individual and I had different names. -Not long after the nasty email, I received another compliance related email detailing how neighbors were upset about me riding ATV's near their property and making too much noise with my kids. Also interesting, considering I don't have any kids nor do I own any ATV's. Same situation with the last email, when I asked I get an "oops sorry wrong person". -My AC went out in the middle of July, in Arizona, in the middle of numerous 110+ degree days. When I brought this to her attention, Brenda showed little effort or care to have this fixed in a timely manner. She had the owner call out technicians to look at it, who basically did nothing and restated the obvious that it was broken. This was on a Thursday. The following day (Friday) the owner decided to have a different technician come out. He did, and spent 3 hours in the heat basically cleaning out/refurbishing the AC unit, but not actually fixing it. Again, time wasted. The next day (Saturday) I contacted the technician who told me "I'm in Mexico right now but I'll send one of my guys out". Of course, no technician showed up. Now on day 3 (Sunday) of no AC, I texted Brenda asking for an update. I received no response. Unfortunately it became clear at this time Brenda didn't care about the broken AC, so because of her "it's not affecting me directly so I don't care as much" mentality, I had to resort to pushing much more. An hour later, I texted Brenda again, this time quoting Arizona renters rights stating that I should be comped a hotel room/deductions off of rent due to degraded living conditions brought on by the faulty AC and bringing up stipulations of the rental agreement. You better believe within 2 minutes I received a response of "no that's not the law". If it's not the law, then why am I reading this off the state of Arizona's renters rights agreement? Either the state of Arizona is just completely wrong and/or lying, or Brenda just didn't want to deal with it. It's obvious what the answer to this one is. Brenda then proceeds to call me and begin lambasting me over the phone, questioning the string of events I've just listed, as well as trying to downplay the seriousness of it all. When I had an answer to everyone of her ridiculous questions, she proceeded to raise her voice even more and continue to deny. Lastly, she grew so angry at the situation she then hung up the phone on me. The AC ended up being fixed, but after a full week of not working properly and me having to not be nice anymore in order to get her moving with a sense of urgency to get it fixed. It further shows that Brenda is very uncaring, lazy, and extremely disrespectful, not to mention woefully inept when it comes to problem solving.

We emailed Brenda a few days back. We made plans to meet at 11 am. We showed up at the house at…read more10:55 am. Called her and was told we needed to come to Buckeye (not previously discussed) but she told us not to worry she would be at the house in 20 minutes. 45 mins later (mind you the house is set to 90 degrees) at around 11:47 she pulls into the driveway. My girl tells her we are ready to fill out the paperwork but she says she didn't bring a pen!? Asks if we have one. WHY WOULD WE BRING A PEN? We do not. So I asked her why she didn't bring a pen knowing there was paperwork to do, and she goes off on me. Then she goes on to say she didn't even bring the paperwork!!! She wanted us to print, fill out, and FAX the paperwork. When we said we didn't have a printer, or a fax she suggested KINKOS!? We told her we didn't have any spare change BD she said "OH WELL THEN". One of the most disrespectful, least humble, rudest people I've worked with getting a house. I do not recommend Brenda for any of your housing needs. And so my house hunt continues!

Amazing, an absolute pleasure to work with. I was referred to Kris Lopez by a close friend of mine…read moreand being a first time home buyer and new to the area she immediately calmed my anxieties and fears with her kindness, professionalism and extensive knowledge of real estate in Phoenix. I was extremely impressed with her expertise and diligence in finding and purchasing my dream home in Ahwatukee. She made it so easy, made me feel so comfortable with the process, I literally just let her know what I desired and she gave me several options to choose from. And how was she able to be calm and collective and get me into my dream home in a market that is hotter than the Phoenix summers? It could not have worked out any better. I highly recommend Kris Lopez. The only agent I will be working with. Thank you Kris Lopez.

I chose Kris Lopez to be my realtor for selling my Arizona home because…read more I read her reviews. I had chosen 3 realtors to look at, and Kris had the most sparkling revues by far, so it was an easy choice. Well, she didn't disappoint. She came to my house and took a tour through it and said "You have a beautiful home, I don't think we'll have any trouble selling it." Mind you, it was during the time of high mortgage interest rates, and I was concerned that the house would lanquish on the marker for weeks if not months. I needn't have worried. Kris worked her magic, and I was able to sell my house for a very nice "chunk of change", thanks to Kris. I give her 5 stars!!
