This is how it was done

Horrible bleed me twice messed up my shallac They were too busy talking to each other didn't put any lotion and never coming back though it was a nice place but sorry paid almost $60 bleeding and hurting nails...

Dip manicure with match toes!
Emylee R.

I'm surprised this place only has 2 stars! I actually love it! I went for my first time the other day and I'm so happy! Everyone was very friendly and really took their time and made sure I was happy with my nails, and I was! I got a dip manicure and a pedicure.

Simple shellac manicure fail
Christina W.

This place is horrible! I tried it twice just to be sure. I had two bad shellac manicures. The most recent pictures below. When I showed this to manager, she offered me 10 dollars like that was supposed to fix it. I will not be going back. And I'm sad because the eyebrow wax is one of the best. The pedicure is subpar. I was told the are under new management so I tried them. New management FAIL

This was a beautiful place and the lady that did my nails was very nice however my manicure only lasted 3 days.

My nails were done 4 days ago!!

This place sucks! I don't use those words lightly. Let me list it out. 1. I asked for them not to do my hands and feet at the same time so I could use my hands to use my phone. This is one of the few times I can't just sit and check social media. I need that time. The lady told me they were busy. B please... It was only 2 people being serviced!! 2. The lady doing my feet clipped me twice... When she put the alcohol on my feet they were burning. I said ouch at least 4 times. She grated my feet too hard and told me other people like it hard. Well ma'am...I don't!! 3. The pic I attached to this review shows my hands and the shellac is already peeling. It's Wednesday and I got my hands done Saturday. I don't do hard labor so my nails should NOT look like this. 4. I was asking questions when I was paying up front. The lady ringing me up said I have other clients, can you just pay. Well I sure will ma'am!! Nah... This place isn't for me. Go somewhere else if I were you!!!

Nope nope nope! Never again. Total wast of hard earned money.

Normal nail slalom was busy so decided to go here. Why didn't I check the reviews? I've been there two years before and wasted money. My nails are trash! It literarily took an hour and forty minutes for something I'm debating going home and soaking off. When I voiced my concerns the LSU tells me she's been doing nails for 16 years. ‍ lady you need some refresher courses' the sad part is, she had the nerve to be training someone else. She had all of the chemicals over my hand as it got on hers and transferred to me. NEVER AGAIN!

Bumpy nails

The customer service was great but my nails did not come out how I wanted them too. I'm completely unsatisfied with my nails I came in for a refill which was $51 down the drain and I want to cry they look bumpy and I should've known better than to cheat on my nail tech.

Pfft coffin shape my butt all lumpy and no sharp corners
Diana S.

Omg worst full set I've ever got in my life went here because I had a groupon let me tell you stay far far away I'm embarrassed of my nails right now the owner was the one who did my nails they were supposed to be coffin shaped and I had to shape them myself after the horrible hack job they did. No I did not tip

You can tell how thick this is and they look clumpy
Vanessa V.

Don't come here. Not even worth the Groupon deal. There were multiple reasons why no one was here and the rating is what it is. THEY DONT USE CLEAN TOOLS EITHER! THE TOOLS ARE REUSED- I saw and asked. 1.) When I called to make an appointment who ever answered wouldn't just schedule a time I was looking for- it made no sense bc when I got there EARLY there were only two people there with employees sleeping in the massage chairs 2.) The manager told me "never buy Groupon again I give you promo in here just come in, Groupon lie on us" Then whyyyy are they posting this sale on Groupon!? 3.) I was rushed to pick a color. As in she was tapping on my hand and said "hurry pick color now" 4.) The lady doing my toes cut my skin with the nail clipper, was beyond rough with my feet and when i said can you please not be so rough she said "no I hurry for you" -again not understanding why when no one is there and clearly not coming . 5.) I asked to change the toe color bc it was pink and my nails were a soft lavender.... she told me no. I asked nicely why if I'm paying for what I want she told me no time and time again. 6.) I was told to "wear shorts next time or don't come next time for pedicure" 7.) When the lady - who was possibly another manager based off how she was dressed compared to the others- was doing my shellac mani was about to do the third coat ,I asked that she not. They already looked clumpy. She said "no you just do this" It's difficult to get up and leave in this situation at time this point. 8.) I told her I didn't want to charge a card for tip since i used the Groupon promo and I would get cash from Kroger since I needed cash back and to do some shopping. Mind you, you do not have to top, it's just customary. At this point neither of them even deserved it. The manager follows me into Kroger and is LITERALLY bumping into me as I'm ask a worker some questions on flowers. The worker even asked if I was okay bc she noticed she kept following me. I went in to tip. I shouldn't have but I did. I got my nails done Friday evening. Sunday night, every nail is chipped. Colors didn't match and my toes and nails looks horrible Don't give them your business. These ladies are just rude, aggressive with how they approach you and work on you etc

It's sad that I haven't read the reviews before I went. I'm extremely disappointed I went in for dip and pedicure. Thought I'll be out 2 hour tops. 3 and half hours later I leave with bleeding finger sides so much filed down hurting nails she dipped once and it didn't look good she filed down even more hurting my sides and burning my nail it felt like she's almost at the skin underneath. She finally decided to use this thick gooey thing to put as my nails and again you guessed it right, sand more! I was now sitting for a good 3 hours my butt hurts I'm frustrated in pain no coffee no water offered!! It's ok not worst part Now she's finally close to done I tell her I'm late for work she yells to her friend to finish my other hand which is ok. So she rushed the ending I have dots in some nails and my overall look? Horrible absolutely screaming at you look at me I'm fake as fuck!! Look! Not to forget the gluey substance that won't wash off my nails! Yes never ever coming back what a mistake and waste of time!! It sucks cuz this is the most important nail do I'm about to go with my fiancée and I believe he's proposing what an embarrassment! And waste of money. Will go across the street to fix this mess! With all my pain

Love the ladies there, always sweet especially Rose who does my pedicure usually!

Excellent job; love thier eyebrow services. Rose is the best! She usually does my pedicures and she's just the best! Highly recommended this place!

My real nails are ruined

They do a really good job, very nice shop with a great atmosphere, but they get very busy and it can take awhile to get done.

Less than a week later, my nails are chipped. Both my feet and my powder dipped nails. Updating review to reflect only 1 star.

Definitely recommend coming at least 20-25 minutes early if you want to relax before. My facial with Anila was sadly not relaxing. She rushed and was rough when putting products on and off my face. She rushed through each cleansing and exfoliating product. Then, after applying a mask and putting the steamer on my face - she was cleaning up the room - I couldn't hear the relaxing music, only her doing things in the room, which wasn't relaxing at all. Not a good experience. John gave a good massage. He has a great technique and definitely got out some much needed knots. The only thing he didn't do was my arms or feet, which I've always thought was included in massages?? Cons: The relaxing area isn't that big, they were out of hot water and the trash was full with cups. They have one little changing area and one restroom in the women's area. Pros: I did like the hot pads for around your neck and the variety of tea they had.

I had one of those rare unusual experiences here. In short, not good experience with my stylist but…read morea very good customer service experience from the management and everyone else whom I encountered with. Long story! I may not return to my stylist however out of respect I wouldn't disclose my stylist name. I went in there for a consult with my frizzy hair and also wanted to do root touch up. I have had highlights from before. During my consultation, I was suggested by my stylist to do a hair keratin treatment. And she/he dint really talk about the root touch up, which was fine to me too. On my hair service day, when my root touch up was about to start, she/he asked me if I want to keep my highlights. I said yah, would like to keep my highlights. She/he also said that since some of my grey roots were longer more than about an inch, I'd be charged for a single process color $95 instead of root touch up $75. I gave my okay to that. Then work got started and all of my services were completed. Next day, I noticed several grey hairs still. I called up with my concern on the following business day. I was asked to come in so that my stylist can have a look. I went in there greeted my stylist asked how are you doing. She/he responded in a rude tone. Then after I addressed my concern, she/he went on raising her/his voice incrementally blaming me that I wanted to keep my highlights and that my greys were too long. I have to mention that I had been calm all throughout. For me it was not a big deal, it was just a minor error, which can be corrected easily. I dint go there to complain or scream at anyone, just wanted to see if that can be corrected. She/he made a huge deal out of it. She/he made me feel like it was my mistake that I had a complicated hair service request. Well, I'd say any professional's potential is tested on how one copes to new challenges. However, shout out to Teresa at customer service for the way she handled the situation. She was there to witness. She said that she'd let her manage know and gave me a form to fill up. Meanwhile, my stylist stormed out of the salon. Teresa was so empathetic! She dint assure me anything just said that she'd follow up with her manager. But, had been so compassionate throughout. It was a challenging situation for her too. She reacted so well at the situation, without taking anyones side. To me, unlike my stylist, she really thrived at her challenge! Following day, I got a call from their manager and she was really very nice as well! She set me up an appointment with another stylist to see what they can do. My second stylist tried to fix it as much as she could, which is all I wanted. Too much of unnecessary drama by my stylist. It'd have been solved right there, all she/he needed to do was tell me how you can help and if not explain to me what repercussions it may have to my hair. For the whole trauma that I had to go through, I'd have given a 1 star. However, for everyone else and everything else at this place I'd have to give a 4 star.

This place was great! I saw the massage banner on my way home one day and decided to stop by. I got…read morea business card and they said they could do walk ins or appointments. The card is also a visit card, where If you go a certain amount of times you can then redeem for a $50 massage. I had read it differently I thought it was a coupon for a $50 massage. I called around 2pm and they said to come in and they had availability now. I walked in and decided on a combo massage. They lead you to a private room which is great. You can undress to level of comfort and then there is a sheet to cover yourself. They used a combination of oil and lotion I believe. I paid $75 for a 60 min combo and they added the hot stones in for free. Nicole was my masseuse and I would definitely request her again and do a longer massage next time. Parking was easy, lots of spots and safe. They are still new so I think there is still a little kinks to work out. Very nice though. They had some boxes left to unpack and they need to figure out their flow better when someone walks in and they already have someone there. They lost the business of another gentleman that walked in behind me. He was a walk in and I called so I got the spot. I think a sign in kiosk would help they could collect phone numbers and use that for the visit count and once you had x visits you could get a discount. Instead of using the card because no one likes to keep cards in their wallet these days. I also thought the price menu could use some work. They could reprint a fresher looking one and write some descriptions for what each one is. For example the Swedish massage she said was light or medium. The deep tissue is harder. Then combo I was a little unclear? Maybe it's just adding hot stones? They could explain it better.

Didn't know that the arms can carry so much pain. Thank you Spa Luna for the healing experience.read more

We received pricing and we booked for our initial treatment appt with their help for $400. On our initial treatment with Ashleye, they said they could not proceed with treatment and also gave double the price of $800 if we wanted to get it done. In summary: -our initial consult provided us misinformation of treatment and price. -we couldn't get treatment even though they told us we could. This is an inconvenience to us since we had to coordinate work schedules to make this appt work. -they didn't offer any discount or credit for the misinformation or inconvenience. It really takes a lot to do the first step to correct acne scars and it sucks that we got misinformation on treatment and pricing. We were looking forward to taking the first step to clearer skin but feel the lack on consistency between the workers means we are not getting the best service or treatment plans. It's like if you went to doctor and they scheduled you for surgery, then the day of your surgery they said they can not do it and said it would be double the price. I just wish we knew from our initial consult instead of wasting our time. I hope this helps anybody!
