Went for the first time for a dip manicure $45 plus $5 to remove the dip I already had. Okay $50. Their dip powder is only using the base and then a gel polish coat on top. Not fully dip powder. And no cuticle cleaning included. An additional $1.50 for using my debit card. For the price I could get a full dip manicure elsewhere. This felt more like a gel manicure with a dip base. read more

I'm disappointment with my experience here. When I called and asked how much for a full set they quoted me $45- I ended up walking out the door paying $103 before tip. That is a gross under estimate- $35 for gel toes, fine not mad about it. $70 for a simple design is outrageous! I was expecting maybe $55-60 max What really motivated this review was fact that the lady didn't get my nail polish off! I said To her several times, I can still see the black polish on my nails. Now I have these troll looking thick nails that look super dirty because of the black nail polish she was too lazy to get off. My mom came in with me, they were so pushy for her to get extra services. I kid you not she said no roughly 5 times. NO MEANS NO after the first time. Not only is this a family business but they make you feel like family. My mom and I bring all our friends here whenever we can. Service, quality of work, and atmosphere are great and I always leave happy, no matter my tech. Also as a side note, I'm REALLY hard on my hands, I work regularly with tile and other building materials, I used to rock climb also and my nails would still last about 2.5 weeks just fine considering how I abused them. Barely greeted me when I walked in. Told them I had an appointment at 1:30 PM. Lady told me to pick and color and sit down. I sat down, waiting with an empty foot soak. 10 mins go by, nobody turns on the water. People pass by me and still no acknowledgment that I'm waiting. I'm assuming that there wasn't enough staff, but if that's the case, then don't accept walk ins and don't let there be open availability online to book when you can't even accommodate someone at their actual appointment time. I wouldn't have minded waiting considering I was on my lunch break, but the fact that they barely greeted me and ignored me while I sat and waited just shows what type of business they are. Unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend coming here. I wouldn't be surprised if the quality of my pedicure sucked as well. read more

They can do just about any design you put in front of them given you have the time and budget, but compared to other nail salons they are affordable for the art and detail they provide. I am a nail junkie and have been to many nail salons in Orange County and I used to be a GLO fanatic(named OC's best nail salon) but when I want complicated designs I come here now. I picked 1 color for both my hands and feet and I do understand that dip color varies once it's on, but I don't think the color will change from pink to peach. My toes turned out peach, my hands bright pink. As for my hands, I had to ask her to clean my cuticles. After everything was done, I washed my hands, I had to ASK her for lotion. They are in such a RUSH. The pedicure was 10 minutes. It felt like they were doing the work for free. I paid full price plus tip. I've been here twice for gel mani and pedi. No special designs. My gel mani/pedi have lasted for a month. I have yet to be overcharged for services I didn't ask for. But when requesting a service I always make sure to confirm how much I'm paying. Don't get a service without asking final price. read more

Horrible service I have been extremely patient and I literally allowed 3 different woman to attempt a French tip look and was never advised it wasn't something they weren't able to do. They were giving me attitude and roughly handling my feet they kept cutting my skin and damaging my nail. They had the audacity to ask me to pay after they did a horrible job I had asked them to remove the bad French tip and I had to argue over three times that I was not paying. I tried to give this place a second chance. The first time I wanted a hand drawn lavender design and they assigned a lady who didn't know how to do designs to do my manicure. The lady proceeded to be pushy about getting stickers instead, to which I kept declining. Then I had to wait for someone who did design to draw the lavender which extended my appointment by 30 minutes, totaling to over 3 hours for a mani and pedi that started at the same time. I've been doing my own nails for the past year and even I am faster than that. Today I came back because the lavender design turned out well and I wanted another flower design and yet again they assigned someone who didn't know how to do designs to do my manicure. Worse yet, she did such a bad job that someone else had to file it all off, redo the base color then start the flower design again. This would have been alright if the second person did a good job but she did not. Again, wasting my time and their time. To top it off, the first woman cut my cuticles so much that they were still bleeding 30 minutes after my appointment. I would give less stars but the pedicures are decent but not worth coming back. I am better off doing my own nails and saving over a hundred dollars for sloppy work. If you can't do the design, just tell me and I'll go somewhere else, don't half ass it. Looks like there is only one nail tech that can hand draw designs in this entire salon and everyone else can't draw shit. read more

I've been a loyal, consistent customer here for close to 2 years, but after my last few disappointing experiences here I won't be returning. Lately, it has been feeling like they are trying to scam me by charging for services that I haven't asked for and therefore should not be charged for. I am not happy with the fact that the nail tech did a more expensive service for me without letting me know, and then expected me to pay for it at the end. When I brought it to their attention that I booked my appt for a basic gel mani (NOT one with builder gel), the owner blankly stared at me without any remorse and still expected me to pay for it. I was nice and told her it's ok, I'll pay for it this time, but moving forward please just ask me what I want BEFORE starting the service (or just go off of the service I booked when scheduling online?) At my next appointment, I made sure to clarify with the nail tech that I wanted a basic gel mani. At the end, the owner attempted to charge me $10 to remove the builder gel from last time (remember, the one I didn't ask for!). In fact, she was rude and tried arguing back and forth with me when I told her I didn't think it was right for me to pay for it. She acted like I was upset about a measly $10 but in reality, it's the principle for me. Also ironically, the builder gel never lasts! The first time, a few of my nails chipped after only 1-2 days. The second time, one nail peeled off in less than a week. Funny that they are so insistent on being sneaky and charging me more for a worse experience. read more
