At one point, I realized the downstairs carpet padding hadn't been removed (after they had already left for the week on a Friday), and I assumed I'd be stuck waiting until Monday. Instead, they turned around and came back within minutes to fix it. That kind of customer service is not something I experience often. Their quote was definitely higher than the other company I got an estimate from, but I felt like they were the ones who were going to do it right and not cut corners. I feel good knowing I won't have to worry about hidden moisture or mold down the line. Huge shout-out to Danny, who gave me the estimate and led the job, super professional and clearly knows his stuff. And Daniel, who felt like his right-hand guy, was incredibly respectful and kind. When I attempted to ask questions and clarify the discrepancies, the interactions were not handled professionally. The verbal communication I experienced felt confrontational and dismissive rather than solution-oriented, which made an already difficult situation much worse. Everything was handled so unprofessionally. Because I needed to move forward with repairs and focus on my family, I paid the invoice to prevent further escalation while still disputing the charges. Homeowners going through a loss need clear information, accurate billing, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

Recently our carpet cleaning service provider of 20 years retired without selling his business. Fortunately we discovered American Carpet Cleaning that promptly came to the rescue for a small two-story apartment building. There were a couple of inveterate stains that were certain to remain, hence no expectation of complete eradication sans removal of entire carpet section. Instead much to our pleasant surprise not only did American Carpet Cleaning manage to restore carpet to nearly new condition but all other areas appeared refurbished despite carpeting age of at least 20-plus years of substantive wear and tear. This latter point should neither be construed lightly nor as hyperbole because many people comment with disbelief of the carpet's age. Suffice to say that despite former retired services utilized for many years would be considered a "hard act to follow," American Carpet Cleaning "took to the stage" and performed stellar results while assuring an "encore" for all other future work orders. I am beyond thrilled with American Carpet Cleaning's services. I have a two bedroom apartment with carpet in the bedrooms, a large area rug in the the living room (which I thought I was going to have to toss), and slate tile w grout in the kitchen, bathroom, and entry way. I also have a sunroom with terracotta tile. I called on Dean and his crew for a deep cleaning treatment and sanitization (I have a dog) of all areas. I knew I would be happy with the services as they come highly recommended but I didn't expect to be thrilled! The area rug I thought I was going to have to toss, looks brand new! I walk around barefoot in my apartment and my feet are CLEAN! I love my new clean and sanitized space and now I'm one of those people that makes you take your shoes off at the door. I moved down to Long Beach and talked to Dean Jones about working for him while I was searching for a Software Development job. Dean was great working with my schedule and was always very supportive to all of our employees. But even more importantly, from the day I started it was apparent the amount of care he put into his work. He was constantly in contact with all of the employees out on the van asking if they were still on schedule and if they needed any support. It seemed like at least once a week he would field calls well beyond our last job and he would go out and take care of them that day. As great as Dean was, Kemp, who is a manager there, was just as professional. In a job that would seem to be easy to cut corners or take shortcuts, he always went above and beyond the job at hand and took pride in his work. Our church sanctuary, Sunday school room, and other carpeted areas (over 6,000 Sq.ft.) were in great need of cleaning especially with an important event coming up! Dean came out, did a walk through, asked questions to be sure he understood the specific needs, and made suggestions. We were impressed with his knowledge of the kind of carpet we have and how it needed to be cared for. He also assured us that the urine spot (from a member's pet) would be taken care of (even after many attempts by individuals to remove it!). Dean gave me a quote on cleaning 5 bedrooms and a family room, none of which was badly stained--just needed routine cleaning. His team of two arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional during the whole period they were here. All the carpets looked great at the end. My husband and I have had many experiences in the past with carpet cleaners who sound like used car salesmen trying to up-sell the homeowner and/or coming up with various "gimmicks". I have been completely satisfied with the work Dean and his crew have done for Phenix Salon Suites in Long Beach Town Center, Seal Beach and downtown Long Beach. Because it is a hair salon there are often nasty stains from hair coloring and at times it has looked impossible to clean. They have done very well. They are very attentive, friendly and have reasonable prices. American Carpet is a CLASS ACT! I needed the 12th floor condominium's carpet and tile cleaned. Dean -owner of American Carpet- personally went to the property and noticed some of the tiles' color were tarnished by water. Dean did a great job on cleaning the carpet and then went the extra miles to touch up the tiles. He freshened the tiles to make them look better without extra charge. I was able to get a quote immediately and he came by with his equipment to solve the problem. I was able to get my problem fixed quickly which saved me money. Amazing service! I called on a Sunday and received a call back in less than an hour. Very pleasant to work with and they were able to schedule my service, at late notice, before Thanksgivng! The crew called the day of service and asked if they could come early!! My carpet looks fabulous, they were quick, cleaned up after themselves and very personable! I am a single lady who just moved into my new forever home in January this year. Well wouldn't you know it, my AC went out this past weekend and started leaking. American Carpet Cleaning immediately responded, came out to look over how the leak had impacted my carpet and ceiling, set up equipment, and then walked me through what was needed and why. I had such a great experience with the technician that cleaned my carpet!! Extremely professional, polite and knowledgable. I must say, I really appreciate how on time he was and efficient with his time cleaning my carpet and explaining the process in which he treated some very difficult stains!! Fantastic quality business! They work wonders on both carpet and tile. Amazing customer service from their professional employees that are more than willing to provide assistance in any way necessary. They are fast, efficient, and their prices are very reasonable. We needed our 8,000 square foot office cleaned same day due to another carpet cleaner not showing up. Dean was at our office within 30 minutes to look at the property and had a crew there that evening. His crew was professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. Our carpet looked great for our meetings the next morning. We've been using these guys for years! The owner Dean is a gentleman! He runs a helpful and efficient service. All employees arrive on time, as promised and do a great job, spot cleaning, taking care to not damage anything. They've never disappointed us! They'll come out rapidly will a flood or other problem that needs attention immediately. We use them at home and also at the apartments that we manage. Their prices are very fair too! The equipment he uses is unique in that it allows him to actually see the rinse water coming up from the carpet. Greg kept steam cleaning until the rinse water in each section was clear. He spent the time that was required to clean my carpet and then to suction up as much water as possible from it. He even left fans with me overnight to aid in the drying process.
