He was super professional and kind. Explained everything beginning and end. Didn't lie about the charges. Said it was 165 over the phone and thats all I paid. The owner never responded to my texts. Several days passed so I contacted another company. Krafft Service was recommended so I called them last week. This company came to my home two months ago to fix my broken heat pump because I was not getting any heat and to this date has not resolved the situation. They are telling me that they are overwhelmed with service calls from both their customers and from many customers who had their units installed by other installers. Many of the local HVAC companies have been bought up by large corporations, and many of these customers are now satisfied with these larger, corporations, and want to deal with a local company. I have given Fannon many opportunities to finish their work, but they're telling me that I will just have to wait until their business slows down. Their secretary told me that their business doesn't usually slow down until March so that I will likely have to wait until March 2026. The owner of the company tells me pretty much the same thing.
