I haven't eaten at this location is years so I decided to try this one after eating at the Pavilion location the day before. I tried to call my order in but no one answered so the order was placed at the store. 10 piece wings combo no drink extra fries. 5 were hot sprinkled with lemon pepper wet, the other 5 were lemon pepper wet. I don't eat chicken, but I love fish. I had the fish and fries and my family had the wings and fries. We love lemon pepper, so they had lemon pepper wings. All the food was really fresh too. Skyler helped us get back on the road. We are working in Columbus and had a flat that couldn't be fixed. So he offered to put our spare on to get us back home. We are in a company van so we couldn't get tires put on today. I highly recommend this shop skyler and his coworkers are extremely helpful. read more

My son loves food from here. Chicken tenders and fries with a peach lemonade is all he wants. Food is always hot and good. They have it set up that only one customer is allowed inside at a time due to Covid. It's best if you try to call ahead to place your order. It did take awhile to get someone to answer, but be patient. read more

Not the best American deli! I've come here several times but the young lady who takes the orders is always in a bad mood! I even tried to joke with her and she didn't crack a smile! I typically eat inside but the tables were a mess so I took my 10 piece back to the office! This location is waaay over priced than many of the American delis. A 10 piece combo will set you back about $12. I even stated I didn't want the drink (which typically drops the price a dollar) but I was informed it wouldn't make a difference in pricing. Go figure. The mild wing sauce is flavorful but the wing sizes are inconsistent! One time they were so big I thought I was the wings lunch!!! Haha! But in all seriously I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a mad craving and you don't mind a service WITHOUT the smile!! The fries are ALWAYS ALWAYS good and crispy!! Despite the bad reviews, I decided to take a chance and order some wings for a small gathering. I looked at the website and Yelp menu to get the price if 50 wings, but when I got to the restaurant the price was alot higher then the site. I informed the clerk and she the price I saw wasnt correct, so I asked to speak to a manager but he nor the owner was there. I justed ordered 40 instead. But I was most upset when I got home and tried the wings. They were dry and over sauced. My friends didn't seem to noticed though. This is the last time I am going to American deli again . When I walked into the store I immediately slipped and fell on the floor because the floor was wet all over the place. As embarrassed as I was I still proceeded to go and picked up my order. The woman at the counter who clearly saw me fall didn't even ask me if I was all right I had to tell her that I slipped even though she already knew that . She gave me a nonchalant apology and proceeded to ask me for my money. Now when I got home with my food I realize my ankle was a bit swollen and on top of it the fries were cold and the wings were overly fried and barely had any barbecue sauce on it. I got the steak philly add jalapeños. The sandwich was good, but not wait 30 minutes for it good! Especially when people that came after me started getting their order before mine. Maybe things would've moved faster if all three gals were working. When I first walked up (there was only one fella ahead of me and he had already ordered), one gal was sitting there eating right where everyone could see, one was just sitting there playing on her phone, and one lady was cooking in the back. I'll probably try another location, but I doubt I'll return to this one.. the sandwich was really salty. Wow I don't know what these other people are talking about but literally the only thing I can agree to is them not answering the phone. However, every time I go in there, there is a ton of people. So I guess working in a customer service industry also enables me to understand the issue. If they're on the phone with people in front of them, those people get pissed. If they're unable to answer the phone because of the people inside, such is life. Get off your ass and go in. At any rate, the food is always good and I've never had a problem with service. Maybe they give what they get from you lol. Also I've only seen it unclean after a huge rush of customers and when the traffic dies down, they come out and clean the lobby. read more

The best American Deli in Fayetteville is the one on Banks Rd, the food is good and they give you more than the other location. Only issue I have with them is the rarely answer the phone so you can't really call and order ahead. read more

The service here is terrible. Placed an order for 50 wings and large fries at 5:15, was promised the order would be ready by 5:30. Needless to say the wings wasn't ready til 6:15. This place has pissed me off for the final time. I really tried to give you all a break but nope only in the pavillion i will go. I specifically asked tonight for a philly with meat, mayo, light onion an extra cheese only. I get home an these fools have place large onion, an what im allergic to are the large bell peppers an large mushrooms they placed on my sandwich an no extra cheese actually thr cheese was not melted but tough.
