Not happy at all. I wanted a Philly cheese steak with onions and mushrooms. I didn't get any mushrooms and the meat was crispy burnt. I was too far to change it, so I tossed it in the trash. I also ordered a small house rice with no chicken. They still have me chicken in it. :( This was truly a waste of money. But my family had wings and fries, and they said their meal was decent. Philly cheese steak is good. My son says the burger is a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. He ordered a bacon cheeseburger but received a jalapeño burger instead. We asked for well-done fries - but received soggy, cool fries instead. I give the fries a 1.5 out of 5; my daughter said they were OK when soaked in vinegar at home. This business just opened; they will need to step-up their game of they'll be out of business real quick. read more

Too bad I can't give a zero. Have always loved the food here, but the service is getting worse and worse. I placed my order, was paying with cash. They didn't have $7 in change. So, the manager completely ignored me. Never spoke to me. Told the cashier she was going to the bank would be back. 20 minutes later the cashier walks out to the curb where the manager has driven up and stands there for talking for another 5 minutes. Finally walks back in, in her short shorts, not exactly what I consider work attire and says, here's your $7 and walks out. This was yummy! Got some mild, crispy, wet buffalo wings and sooooo good. The owner was very nice. The wings had a good crunch and were spicy. And I have heard great things about the burgers and Philly cheesesteak and I'll put that on my list. French fries were hot and crunchy and pure deliciousness. I am taking my valuable time here to warn the next customer about this business because they know! The 1st my husband went her to try their burgers. The cashier was not helpful, cheerful and seemed like we were bothering her. The burgers were no way as good as we hoped. No worries, just said not getting burgers from them. Yesterday, I decided to try the wings! The cashier (different then the last) acts indifferent and does not acknowledge my greeting as a customer. This tiny ($1 pc) wings were tough and dry! I may have had 2 flats in my order. The cook put all the small wings under the 3 larger wings. I failed myself by taking a closer look before I left. While waiting for my order I saw a handwritten note tape to the side of the soda refrigerator. "No Refunds, credit or cash." That should have been my clue ....boo boo! Warning long post.... After visiting this location today I was so appalled by the behavior of the cashier who not only cursed me out but quit on the spot to be a sign of the lack of respect some of these millennials have. I went into this location and ordered a 60 piece wing only and the price I was charged was not the price on the overhead menu. She proceeded to say the price increase was due to covid not realizing she rung the order up wrong. When I pointed this out she stated, "I'm not in the mood today" and the price is what it is. My response was, "No ma'am" the price is what's posted so please get a manager. Well obviously that irritated her and after coming from the back with an attitude I said, "I'm sorry you're having a bad day but I'm not paying $5 extra for wings that are already $60. She took off her apron, used the "F" word while calling me a "B" and walked out after trying to provoke a confrontation. This spot has a vegan burger listed with American cheese. We explained to the cashier and the owner that dairy cheese is not vegan and that the menu could be misleading being that the burger is labeled as vegan. They agreed to make the burger without cheese and house sauce being that those are not vegan. Get home, one burger has cheese and one doesn't. They asked us to bring to bring the food back to see if it had cheese. Upon going back, we asked for our money back but was told that they could only remake the order. Today is Saturday, 4/11/2020, and I placed an UberEATS order to this place at 8:45pm with the estimated time being 20-30 minutes. Perfect! Never heard of it but I am visiting my older mom who is immunocompromised and thought to get her a burger; she lives in a subdivision around the corner.. I saw that the order was being made and the delivery driver was on her way.. Awesome! Thinking everything is going to plan, I get a call at 9:25pm from the delivery driver who said they're closed, the cashier and security guy were ignoring her even though she was trying to identify herself as UberEATS.. The driver was a little upset because she rushed and drove across county to get there and no one notified her of the closing.. This was infuriating because the website said they were opened until 10 pm, the food was supposedly made, and they didn't call to cancel as a respect for the driver and even the consumer. I understand we are in the COVID-19 era and there is a new way of doing things, but common courtesy and customer service should not be impacted and if anything, should be even more of value.. Mediocrity at its finest. If not for the American cheese, the Hawaiian burger would have no flavor at all. The fries were hot, but flabby and soft. They made us the wrong wing order after waiting nearly 20 minutes we had to wait again. Also, when I made the young lady aware of the wrong order she never apologized, just took the food to kitchen, came back and made a phone call which she took to the kitchen and came back and said they would remake the order. It seemed like she had to ask permission before correcting the issue. The empowers nice, it just seems like poor training or policies. Thankfully we were taking the food home so I could put the fries in the oven and get them a little crispier. I would definitely never return. I use to order from here pretty often at least every other week. Recently I ordered 30 pc wings and a large vegetable fried rice. Upon getting my food home to feed my family I noticed a piece of metal on one of the wings. The piece of metal blended well into the wing because it had sauce on top of it. I immediately took the meal back to the restaurant requesting a refund due to the metal. Immediately I was told that a refund wasn't allowed but the food could be made over which I didn't want at this point. The staff was very rude and very insensitive to my request and never even apologized. I asked that they refund me regardless of their policy and I was still denied. I was told that because I ordered my food online that I would have to go through DoorDash but my order was picked up in the store which was baffling to me. I decided that I would just handle it on my own and contact their corporate office or dispute the charge with my bank. Upon leaving I had no food, no apology and no refund.This could've turned out so bad if we would've bit into or swallowed that piece of metal. Went to the new location next to Kroger in Fayetteville. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I'm sorry, the employee working the counter was lazy, showed zero personality and was completely useless...I would've gotten friendlier customer service ordering from a kiosk. Fortunately when I returned to pick up my to-go order, there was a different person at the counter. The wings tasted alright but were waaaaayyy too small and completely drowned in sauce, which leaked all over my bag. A complete ripoff. And to think they keep a tip jar at the counter - ha!
