During the latest rain and wind event the neighbors tree tomahawked a limb into our concrete roof tiles. Several tiles were sheered off leading to rain exposure, I called AER and was greeted by a friendly and professional lady who's name I forget. They were able to schedule me quickly and within minutes sent me an email with a time frame of within 1 hour of 1pm on the scheduled date. On the day of service Matt called me at 12:50 and advised he would arrive at 1pm. I had extra tiles and he completed the repair in minutes. he then inspected the remainder of the roof and tightened up several other slipped tiles. He also removed another tree limb that I would not have been able to reach. The service and professionalism of this company is excellent. I was having problems with water running off my roof (in copious) amounts and asked American Eagle Roofing to take a look and see if they could install a "diverter" that would channel the water into my gutter. I also needed some dry rot removed and cut away from the fascia board. American Eagle was there when they said they would be. The quality of their work was excellent. And their bid was within budget. Also, just after the recent rains,, the diverter was only channeling 80% of the water into my gutter. I had a leak and rust on the seam of one of my gutters. I called and made an appointment for an estimate to repair it. Matt came out and was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was very nice and professional and even let me meet his dog Jack. :) He said he would have the office write up an estimate and email it to me. We needed a new roof due to age and wear and tear over the years. The roof was at least 25 years old. American Eagle was the 3rd estimate we received. We had already listened to two other company presentations. We knew we had a good deck in place as it was inspected twice by the other companies. All 3 companies offered GAF Lifetime shingles, but one offered an alternative brand. All 3 companies had an outstanding plan and did a thorough inspection. American Eagle stood out because of Sean's no nonsense approach. He didn't give us a sales pitch. He told us what he recommended which was similar to another company presentation. He offered similar warranty on the same GAF product and verified all employees were GAF certified installers. It came down to price which they beat the competition hands down. I raised several questions prior to install and Sean answered all of them quickly. The Caldore fire delayed the installation of the roof, then the rain. In between the rain and storms, American Eagle tore the old roof off in half a day, next morning, materials were delivered and dropped on the roof, roofers came in at noon and by the end of the day, 1/2 roof was installed. Next day, job completed, and our home was all cleaned up as if no one had been there. read more

Concrete roof with failed valley requiring facial board replacement. American Eagle Roofing was one of four quotes I received. Many wanted to replace all materials and cost up to 3 times the cost from American Eagle Roofing. American Eagle removed the metal valley, replaced some plywood, installed new membrane, replaced four broken concrete tiles, replaced the rotted facial board, and cleaned all other valleys and the fireplace area. Big issue was bird mitigation chicken wire causing material to build up at the "hog" and in the valley. AER removed the chicken wire and installed some less obtrusive bird spinners I purchased. Couldn't be happier with the results. We just got the inside of the garage repaired by another company. I know now that the valleys should be cleaned again in a few years to maintain the roof integrity. read more

American Eagle Roofing was a fantastic choice! We purchased a home in December that didn't have gutters on the main home and the shop, which was destroying the siding of the structures from the rain runoff. American Eagle came out for a quote, we signed the contract early January and the work started early February. AER had competitive pricing, but was slightly lower, and threw in switching out of my gutter screen on a gutter that needed replacing. This was for a large detached garage and outbuilding reroof. They also recommended rebuilding my skylight bases because of age and rust, for a reasonable price. The coordinator called for setting up appointment, called for delayed install because of rain, called for letting me know all was on-track. Very good communication. Tear-off, installation, and cleanup was efficient, 2 days, plus and extra day to get gutter installed. Very professional. I would recommend AER. read more

We found some dry rot on one of our fascia boards connected to the roof of our home. It was a rotten 2 by 6 by 20 ft board. We had used American Eagle Roofing to reroof a shed on our property and we knew they did beautiful work so we had them do this repair. We love how they give you a detailed proposal so you know what you are getting and the support staff ( especially Rebecca ) keep in communication and answer all of your questions. They sent out Julian and Carlos to complete this job. They really did nice work. They stripped back the roofing and I have know idea how they got that board up there straight and even with nice cuts, sixteen feet in the air. It looks better than it ever did. They were very careful not to damage anything and they cleaned up everything. This company definitely has the the most talented roofers we have ever used. Excellent service and quality of work! I initially contacted American Eagle in June of 2023 looking for replacement gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. Their estimator, Chris came out and in the process of pricing gutters and guards informed us that our roof looked to be in rough shape, When I told him it was only 10 years old (installed in July 2013 by the previous owner of our house), he became very concerned about the manufacture and installation of the roof and was able to investigate further and determine that we could have a potential warranty claim due to the deteriorated shingles. Given the time frame, we would only have 3 weeks to file the claim before the warranty expired! At that point Chris and the team at American Eagle shifted gears and focused on assisting us with filing the warranty claim. We were put in touch with the Manufacturer's rep, and Chris assisted with providing photos for our warranty report and removing shingle samples to send in for evaluation. The manufacturer approved our claim and provided a material voucher and compensation for roofing installation. Chris then provided a fair estimate taking into account the material voucher and including dry rot and flashing repairs that were neglected/unaddressed by the previous roofer who cut corners during the installation. We were able to lock in an installation date in Early December. throughout this process we worked with Rebecca in the office to confirm colors, permitting and installation dates. Her communication was excellent and she always kept us informed throughout construction and called periodically to check in on the status. During construction, we worked with Rob, Cody and Keith in the field. All three were great to work with! They arrived on time, were professional, courteous and performed a great job. Always checking in and asking if anything else was needed before taking off at the end of the day. At the end of every work day our property was left clean and the crews swept the perimeter of our house with a magnet roller to pick up and nails. As someone who works in commercial construction management this is a big deal for me! Finding out that your home has a defective roof is obviously not ideal news, but we are very happy with the job and service performed by American Eagle. Everybody from the sales team, office and installation team demonstrated excellent customer service and conducted themselves with the highest level of professionalism. They acted quickly to help us in the warranty process, replace a substandard roofing job by another contractor and provide us with a high quality product at a fair price. They definitely went above and beyond. We are very happy with their service, communication, quality of workmanship and warranty. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! read more

So, i had a problem with my roof where the phone line was torn from our roof mount. I called American Eagle, they got me in contact with Matt, he came by and looked at the work that needed to be done and said that he would get someone out to fix the problem as soon as possible. I needed it taken care of soon as I was concerned with incoming rain. When I arrived home the next day i was informed that a crew was on their way over. To make a long story short. I was scheduled for an appointment, but no one showed up. I called the office and spoke with Marisa who was very apologetic. So she scheduled me for another appointment on 1/25 from 1:00-3:00. Again, no show. I called back and Marisa was again apologetic. At this point, I cancelled any future appointments with this company. Because of recent storms roofing companies are busy with repairs.
