We visited Dignity to watch the USWNT v Paraguay game a couple weeks ago and want to shout out our server JULISA OROPREZA. Our seats got us access into the Amex lounge so we decided to head up after the second half. Depending on booth availability, the view can be quite nice. Of course, it's not close to the action but get full view of the field line up and tactics is its own experience. The only uncomfortable thing is; the layout of the booths make is so only the first two seated on each side will get the full view. Everyone else is being blocked by those 2 people to some extent. Secondly, you're rotating your torso a lot to look at the field so that gets uncomfortable after some time. FOOD: We got the chicken wings. They were good. The kitchen did run out of ranch so they gave us blue cheese to try and compensate (didn't go well). They ran sometime before the start of the second half. About 15min later, we overheard they ran out of chicken wings entirely. SERVER: The reason for the review and the 5 stars. JULISA was HUSTLING the whole second half. and had the most welcoming, hard-working attitude the entire time. From the first introduction there was something about her that we could already tell she is excellent at her job. Keep in mind, the club is loooong, it expands beyond the entire sideline length. and the booths are long as well, easily fits 4 people per side. So she was hustling up and down and leaning in to make sure our experience was the best she could make it. It was very apparent there should've been 1 more person on staff, idk how Julisa didn't get overwhelmed by load coming in. MANAGMENT, PLEASE RESPECT YOUR HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES AND PROPERLY STAFF THE CLUB. IT WOULDVE BEEN 3 STARS WITHOUT JULISA'S 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you. read more

I really liked the location and how Amex provides 2 free drinks. Fortunately, I did my homework before the game and made last minute reservations to get seated by the window. You can also choose main dining area which has bar height tables. We chose to do the buffet but I would not do it again if it is the same food options. The roast and sirloin were so tough I couldn't eat them. I included the menu for the day and it was $61pp. But I totally regretted it and should have went with the bar menu items instead. Totally not worth the high price. Our waiter didn't really explain everything well and I never knew it included soft drinks. They do have an area near the bar for limited table seating and bar seating for first come first service. I was upset when my son and I went to go to the buffet and someone took our drinks and water as though they thought we left. Had to ask for another beverage again and even the waiter was baffled. It is very clean and they have restrooms nearby. They also have a patio bar that was lively. They offer patio cushioned furniture to hang out in the patio. It was very nice to be seated at the window because it allows for excellent views of the pitch. It was very nice but it did seem as though the staff were confused as they walked around and there was some confusion at check in. It can be a little confusing too when you first arrive. You will see the entrance with the stairs to go up but just know they will direct you around the corner to check in with hosts and provide your Amex CC. Also, make sure all parties have an AMEX CC so all get 2 free drinks otherwise only the cardholder will get free drinks. The rest of your party will be allowed to enter but without the free drinks. I came here, via car, for dinner before a soccer game on a Wednesday in late May 2024. We had reservations here and it wasn't very crowded. I love that if you have an American Express credit card, you and two other people in your party can each get wristbands for 2 free drinks (alcoholic or otherwise) - just show your AmEx card at the kiosk at the top of the stairs when you enter. For a buffet, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The Smoked Beef Brisket was very good and I loved all of the different salad options. My favorite was the Crisp Apple Slaw. The restaurant had a great view of the stadium and there is a time limit to how long you're able to stay in the restaurant. $53 per person for this buffet was definitely on the pricier side though. I think this restaurant is worth checking out once if you're attending an event at the stadium but okay to skip if you're not a regular. read more

Not only was this my first time attending the AMEX Stadium Club, this my first time attending an LA Galaxy game. Had a great time in the stadium club before the match where for $61 per person, we enjoyed a buffet with a wide range of upscale hot and cold food items. Cocktails were delicious and the food was fresh and delicious. The view of pitch was a fantastic way to watch warmups and I found our servers to be excellent and very friendly. Last game of the season. We ate here about five times this season. Really unimpressed each time, unlike previous years. First, the price went up to $61 per person. The quality of the food went down. They publish a menu a few days before, so you can decide to make a reservation or not. When you get there, they have changed some of the items, and for example, last night the menu handed out had a Vegetarian Caprese sandwich. It had a fried chicken patty in it and no Burrata Cheese. We are not vegetarians, but really fired chicken on an advertised Vegetarian dish??? Mashed potatoes are a no-show--Roast beef-dry. Pasta Bolognese with Meatballs was light on the meatballs. The hot dogs and nachos were good, but you can get those outside for about $15 instead of $61. Please do better next season. The buffet was a disappointment each time. I can not recommend and won't be eating next season if there isn't a change made. My advice is to order food from the bar; the wings were decent and much cheaper. read more

At this venue for a work event. I haven't been here for years - ever since Chivas USA was still a team here. Great event space with some star quality. Home currently to the (ahem) LA Chargers, the Stadium Club features a bar, some lounge seating, and ample restaurant-style seating. Our event had a continental breakfast with bagels, fruit, pastries and non-alcoholic beverages, and it was fine. There was a podium, AV capabilities, and a staged seating area around the podium. You can see in the photos space large enough to post a humongous banner (which served as a backdrop to our speakers). It was bright and well-lit. I treated my mother to a special Mother's Day gift by visiting the AMEX Stadium Club. We had the incredible opportunity to watch the LA Galaxy players practice from our seats. The attentive staff consistently checked if we required any assistance, which was greatly appreciated. Amex Stadium Club is where I go for the Galaxy games. The stadium itself has plenty of vendors and bathrooms, but getting in and out of it during game day is pretty terrible. The parking is organized, but nothing like Disneyland parking. It's ~$15, so it's best if you carpool in there. Also, you should either come early or find alternate routes if you're coming around the start of the game. Go Galaxy! read more

**Review for Private Event ONLY** During the 4th of July weekend, I helped out with my friend's private party. I was not a part of the organization so I do not really know what options are available to people who want to rent the space out for private parties. All I can say is that the view at night is totally worth it! If you have an event here - pay to leave the lights on all night! FOOD: - Hearty Sandwiches which weren't my favorite but they were fully loaded with meats and cheeses. - Full Bar with bartender took our minds off having to rent out that service, buy booze, set up tables, etc. However the drinks were expensive ($14 for a jack/coke). The event was for an organization, so we weren't able to have an open bar, which I don't know if they offer or not. - Hot Dog stand was awesome! They had their stadium dogs available in a manned buffet station. LOL! I loved this part! SERVICE: The staff here were great! It was a bumpy start but we got things rolling after an hour or so of figuring out logistics. They really came through with giving us power to certain areas of the hall where we needed to set up cameras and a photo booth, as well as lock up some of the DJs equipment. Big shout outs to Julia and Erik! Thanks for making this a great event for us! VENUE: AMAZING VIEW!! The full windows through the hall gave you a panoramic view of the entire stadium. There were booths which they are not able to fully remove, but if you are having your event here - it makes it more authentic to keep them in. read more

So thanks to a generous Yelper I went to the Galaxy game tonight to see Beckham. I have been to Galaxy games since they opened at the Home Depot Center but I have not been since Becks joined. The AMEX Stadium Club is a club for people with Club Seats as well as Suites but ...those with Staples Lexus Club memberships have access too. Oh yeah..check me on this but they use to be open to anyone on non-game days for lunch. The tables open to the stadium and the windows open so it is like having a table in a suite. They USE to have appetizers and salads but now your only option is buffet which...I am not a huge fan of. [see photos] read more

The Stadium Club = Caveat Emptor. This semi-exclusive restaurant club is reserved for Club Season pass holders and Suites. Which is to say these are typically people who've paid dearly for the club seats and suites, and should rightly expect a level of service and quality of food akin to that. It's no Michelin star eatery, but nor should it have the kind of service policy better suited to a casual food truck. No, I take that back. I've had better service from a food truck, my apologies to those folk. But alas no. A meal here for two with wine and tip will run you about $100.00. That's the damage to your wallet. The damage to feeling like an abused gimp after you leave this place? Priceless. What the Stadium Club has is a great view for whilst you're having your meal. That's it. Finis. So if you are under the delusion that you're in for a treat, save yourself the pain, go to the concession stands and get to your seats. In essence, service staff in the club have but THREE things to accomplish given that this is a buffet service. These are very simply: 1) Seat the Guests (since they will serve themselves from the buffet) 2) Ply them with drinks (easy enough since this ought to be a good cash stream and how else will you get that tip) 3) Give them the bill and take their money (fantastically obvious why). Yet time and time again this year, being here gives you nothing but that unsettling feeling of being in Greece, just as the markets fell where the most basic of services have been suspended and mutiny is dangerously close. Because one, they don't seat you anywhere near efficiently even while many of the tables sit mockingly empty. You just have a bunch of people lingering in front while the host/hostess contemplates the meaning of life, you might think it's something special as why else the wait? No mate, you're just about to enter the first circle of hell. So finally you get seated, you're kinda special right? You skitter over to the buffet where the German themed recipe for chicken tastes suspiciously like Kentucky fried chicken..with kraut. Extra plates are gone - your fault since you decided to do dinner at the second seating i.e. 7:30 PM. Defeated, you return to your table. Perhaps drown your sorrows in some wine then? We ordered red. We got white. In water glasses. Is this a new thing? No. We inform the waitress we asked for pinot noir, there's none of that (because it's super rare right?). Alternative reds? She'll have to check. Maybe Hades himself keeps the wine list under lock and key. If you aren't already exhausted by reading this review, you ought to be. The mere thought of what could happen if we actually had to ORDER food is absolutely frightening. If you mess up a pretty straightforward request for a liquid, God only knows what you'd do to a solid. And while in the big scheme of things we count ourselves lucky to have the opportunity to be at the games for the love of soccer, in this day and age of imploding economies, I don't think it's at all unreasonable to ask for the service we paid for. The Stadium Club is a dinosaur with no respect for people's time, their money or their loyalty. I'm not sure how ownership of this place has changed with the whole stub hub evolution for the Galaxy, but all I can see is a place that either has to evolve or die. And ya, I'm quoting 50 cent. Lastly, it is with regret that I post this yelp review..because I've complained privately before to Levy Restaurants. They were responsive to the complaint, but the fact remains, service shouldn't be selective. It should be equal to the value of the cost of goods and service. Not an option. read more

This place is nowhere near the caliber of their other property, the Lexus Club @ the Staples Center. The service staff are completely incompetent and the quality of food leaves alot to be desired. The view was great. It was a nice way to watch the LA Galaxy game. We were a party of four with a window booth. Because the room is curved, it can be a little difficult to see based on where you are sitting, but overall, the view is great. It is a buffet and the food was good. There was a lot to choose from and you can help yourself as often as you like. Our experience could have been much better. We were seated fairly quickly (we DID arrive at game time). There were plates on the table so we assumed we just go ahead up. Usually when we go somewhere new I will wait for the server to find out just how it works. At first we didn't see the buffet but we followed the people! I am so glad we did not wait for the server because she never came. I don't mean we waited a while, I mean NEVER. We never got the option of ordering drinks (we were given water) or anything additional. No one offered us anything. When we were ready to leave we flagged down the hostess (who was amazingly apologetic and sincere) and let her know we would like to pay the bill so we could leave since we did not have a server. She suggested we speak to the manager, but frankly, I thought she should have come to us. The server showed up, apologized. It was her second night. She thought her tables ended at the one next to us. I get it. I guess it could happen. Whatever. To be honest, I was a bit upset they didn't comp us the one meal we had to pay for (we earned passes) since there was no service. We paid for the one meal, no tip. Yes, no tip. Normally we are very generous tippers but there was nothing to tip for. I gave a 2 star review for the view and the food. I think had our night gone different, our experience would have been possibly 4 star. This was our first, and no doubt now, last visit there because we were forgotten. The location is great if you're a soccer fan and want a birds eye view of the game. They recently changed chefs and the food is now sub par...and expensive for sub par! I went last week with friends, and one poor soul in our party was "king of the thrown" if you know what I mean, for three days after he ate here.... Sorry friend! This is the premium restaurant at this facility so it isn't very affordable for most. Wait staff service is so-so and alcohol is not cheap. One plus? They have great bartenders that are both cute and friendly, also quick considering the amount of people they get. read more

Great view of the game & but services needs work. I understand table reservations was set up for 8 & I was late so I had to wait till 9 to be seated, so I take full responsibility for that. Still I should have been informed food would be put away soon & not to expect to be serviced quickly. It was upsetting that our waitress took forever & hardly showed up to our table that we had to utilize the busser to bring us plates, take our drink order, & refill my daughters drink. Waitress showed up 2x the hour and half I was there, once to inform me my beer was coming & to bring the bill. Also upsetting as we get seated we are given 3 menus, which include what is available, but as they put them down a guy in a suit & stadium badge entertaining the table near us grabs one menu telling me he is borrowing it and walks away, never waiting for my response. Only reason I'm giving stars is for the quality of food, the busser who picked up the slack for the waitress & front desk hosts who accommodate a good seat. The stadium itself is nice and your never too far from food or a bathroom, but it took me 50 minutes to get from the freeway to the parking lot (only 1 mile) because they have a poor layout and nobody to directing traffic. read more
