I asked to see if they had a particular item in stock so I could stop by and pick up instead of ordering online. Man was I glad I did!! Great selection, competitive prices and great service-- i ended up spending over 10x what i planned to spend because i saw too many good deals to pass up!! Its a Warehouse in an industrial area. Parking on the street was easy and plentiful. It is NOT a retail shop, but they accept walk-ins. They do reccommend you call ahead. I personally reccommend you window shop on their website, then call, and then come in with a list. For it NOT being a retail shop, they provide excellent customer service, expertise and enthusiasm-- humble dudes. But again, its not a retail shop so dont expect chick-fil-a kiss assing-- i prefer honest-business. I ordered over 2600.00 worth of chairs and when they arrived the quality was terrible. I explained this and wanted to be able to return them for other chairs but they said there would be a 20 percent restocking fee. Yes, COVID-19 sucks for us all. But we all as business owners should handle our business the right way. I paid damn near $700 for a card shuffler. Reached out on Monday for an ETA. I was told I'd have it by Friday. Reached out on Wednesday for a tracking number. I was told I'd receive one by Thursday and that the package would be aired to me. Never got a tracking number. Reached out today because I never received the package and was told R would call me back. With 30 minutes until closing I called back and spoke to R. I was told that they were waiting to hear from another customer that ordered before me. WTF. That's not what they've been telling me all week. The issue is not having the product, it's being told something that's not true and then having R get an attitude about it. I'm the one with a legitimate reason to be upset. He issued a refund and sent me an email saying such before he abruptly rushed me off the phone. That same level of diligence given to me when I purchased the shuffler and when he rushed me off the phone with a refund (let's see how long that takes) would've been nice during our communication during the week when I was being lied to. We bought a game table and added "white glove" delivery. The table was brought to our house and the delivery guys noticed, while putting it together, that the air hockey table was broken and advised me to refuse the delivery which I did and emailed the company asking for a replacement. I had to call and email several times before they actually did it. However, when the second table arrived, the delivery guys just dropped it off. They didn't put it together. I left voice mails, sent emails and have had no response. My husband began to put it together and noticed that parts were missing. Again I called, emailed and had no response. My husband continued putting it together and discovered that the air hockey table was broken. Just like the first one. I have sent an email asking them to pick up this damaged table and I will also begin a dispute with PayPal. These people are selling sub standard merchandise and not responding when problems come up. I can't believe what just happened! I ordered a bar stool (just one of 8 I was going to order if the first one worked out) for my husband's Christmas present. I placed my order in 11/28/20 with a delivery date of 12/21/20. I just called today to make sure the stool was still coming before Christmas. I initially called this place to make sure they had some rail foam in stock. They were super helpful and nice on the phone. I was going to be near their store that week but my plans changed and I ended up ordering the foam for delivery off their website. Their price was way more reasonable then my local upholstery outlet. The foam was compressed and packed efficiently to save on shipping, which was super fast since I'm in southern California. I was dire in need of a 9 roll poker table tray on christmas eve for a big get together with all my family and friends and I had call everywhere looking for one no luck because it was christmas eve. I had chat with american gaming supply and i specifically ask them for a 9 row poker table tray and they said they have it in stock and I was like GREAT!!!! I ordered a 8 stainless steel cup. Cost 3 times the price of cup to deliver. 4 days after order was placed a label was created with the PO. 5 days later no tracking info so I called the store. Some rude kid answers and begins to tell me the PO just hasn't scanned the package yet, after 5 days. I waited another day and called back. I guess he forgot he already talk to me and began telling me the PO has not scanned the package. He spoke like he was reading a prepared statement. When I interrupted him and told him I already been waiting and I contacted PO and they have never received the package. The kid begins to become rude and just hung up on me. Before he hung up he started falsely accusing me of yelling. Clearly someone was listening on his end and he was attempting to create a false narrative. I have called back several times and I am immediately hung up on. There are many people who have been treated the same way. This company in my opinion is the poster for how to destroy American values. This store is exactly the reason this country is no longer what it was, honest, dignity, morals, does not exist here. It has been nearly 30 days, I m out my money and there isn't anything I can do unless I spend more money to get back the money I'm out. This company has done this many many times. Read the reviews on Google. I have tried calling police in there county and they basically laughed. I am appalled that this company bears the name American. There is nothing American about this company. It is a depot for Chinese crap to be sold to working Americans. This store buys everything from China and then ships to you using inadequate shipping methods. The price you pay is 3 times what the stuff is worth. I ordered online additional Ben Franklin 14g poker chips to supplement my current chip set that I use for tournaments and home games. The product was delivered in a damaged box and over 60 of the chips were severely damaged. It was a fiasco trying to get replacement chips, some of which which were not even close to the same color as my existing chips (e.g. the replacement $50 chips were dark blue vs. my existing light blue. The $500 chips are now clearly purple vs the original maroon color). After asking specifically if I needed to returned the damaged chips and receiving no response, I tossed the damage chips in the garbage. A week later UPS shows up at my door demanding the damaged chips and original packaging which I then had to spend 3 hours digging through garbage and recycle to find every single chips and piece of cardboard that was part of the original smashed box. I ordered a tri fold wallet for a christmas gift, and paid for 4-6 day shipping, they said they didnt even have that and I ordered flat rate shipping. My order wouldnt pop up on theyre website.. It literally told me I hadnt ordered anything, but of course my card was charged. Tried talking to the people on the chats cuz I dont like talking on the phone. When I entered my zip code (San Jose CA) for get shipping rates, UPS Ground was $91.23 plus tax: $17.70 Total: $305.10 Items were a 5' square sheet of 1/4" poker table foam, and a 17' rubber rail (basically a thick rubber tube), poker table felt material, 3 sets of Copag playing cards, 2 strips of rubber seam tape. I ordered a standing roulette wheel from this company. I was concerned from the moment it arrived and I felt how light the package was. The quality of the product was very poor. The parts of the wheel were made of pressed paper, like thick jigsaw puzzle pieces. For $200, I was expecting something reliably functional, rather than something that, at its best, could serve as a decoration. When I called about their return and exchange policy, I was told that I would have to ship it back to them and pay for the postage and I would get a refund minus 20% for a re-stocking fee, once they received the product. So, I will be out about $40 for re-stocking, plus shipping each way, for a unsatisfactory product. Honestly, at this point, I'm skeptical as to whether I will even actually be reimbursed at all. I would love to give this shop 5 stars for it's quality, I just can't. The recent service I received left a bitter taste. I recently purchased a custom poker table from American Gaming Supply that was advertised "free curb side delivery." A reasonably intelligent person would assume the delivery of such a big item would be on a truck that contained a lift gate (lowering of product from truck to ground). I was rather shocked when I received a call from the freight company that said the lift gate would be an extra $150. So I called AMG and asked they cover this, as they advertised "free curbside delivery." I spoke to a supervisor "Rafiel" who insisted I was being unreasonable. He said "no one asks for a lift gate, most people just take down the table from the truck." UMM? WHAT? He also told me that he already lost money on my purchase because he crated the table for delivery and asking for them to cover a lift gate was "taking advantage of them." After reminding him I ordered a CUSTOM TABLE (not poker chips) and delivering of said table to the customers house and having it "put down" on the ground is "just plain good service." After a 20-25 min debate (no lie), he finally gave in. Table is here and honestly it's gorgeous. It's a shame this schmuck argued with me for 25 min on a stupid lift gate. Now when I am playing poker on this awesome table (which would be free advertisement for his shop), I will be reliving this incident and people will likely not purchase from him. Ordered some poker chips on line about 9:30 PM pacific time everything was good until I wanted to add a few extra items to my order so I called the next day as soon as I could because I didn't want to be charge twice for shipping. Talked to some jerk name Rafael iyarmi who apparently is the owner. He told me it was to hard for him to add new items to my order, and gave a sob story about how he is a small company and it would be difficult for them. I could not believe that he was refusing to take money to add to his small company. So I cancelled my order and he sent me a conformation to my email , that's when I thought why he didn't cancel the order to begin with and restart a new one with my new items on it, what a dum dum this guy is, anyway found the same chips for dollar less at another poker site. They are not stoping till their number one is their slogan, but with an attitude like that from the owner it will never happen. I ordered a staiglass light for my dad. When he received the light via US Postal it has 4 hair line cracks in one part of the glass colored class. It was not as visable till you put light behind it. I called the store and was told I needed to sent a picture. I have know sent a picture and am being told they need to file a claim with US Postal Service. I can see this is going to be a mess becuase they do not garentee it will not come broken and I guess don't feel they are responsible for it since there warehouse didnt brake it- they say. So, I know spent $200 dollars on a broken light. I hope this is not the case and they will get it resolved in a timely manner. For know I am very disappointed that I need to jmp through all these whoops for a light we received broken and will update my post with the outcome. read more
