    10" Build Your Own Pizza

Food was freaking amazing and awesome! What can be better than authentic and fresh ingredients and pizza made from scratch and cooked in a WOOD FIRE oven! All food should be cooked over a flame! Service was excellent and ambiance a cool spot!

I saw this restaurant as I was sitting the light in Roswell and decided to try it out because it gave me good vibes. I got the build your own pasta with spaghetti noodles, shrimp, mushrooms, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and Alfredo sauce. This pasta was so delicious. And it felt very authentic because use fresh ingredients and cook the pasta right in front of you. Everyone was super kind and the service was great! The only thing that I didn't enjoy the kiosk for orders but I nice gentleman saw me struggling with my order and advised me to order online and I did. Great advice! I'll be back.

It's a fast in and out pasta place. They make their pasta from scratch which is pretty cool. You can order from a screen or go to the cashier and order. Pasta wasn't terrible but nothing different. We also got the pizza and it was okay. Definitely get the pasta over the pizza. I will say the tiramisu we got was frozen so I couldn't really enjoy it. Once you place your order they'll call you up to get your tray. If you need salt/pepper or Parmesan you have to get it by the register (wasn't a fan of that, should be at the tables already) Overall, it was an alright place to stop and get some quick Italian food.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It's a small casual spot. You put in your own order on the screen. I selected the Build Your Own Pasta with spaghetti noodles, Alfredo sauce, with Italian sausage, chicken, and a couple of other toppings. You get a quite a few free toppings. The pasta was cooked to order. The staff was super friendly. There was plenty of parking. Oh, and I went back the next day! Lol. The only thing I changed was noodles. I got fettuccine instead of spaghetti. And I grabbed a freshly baked NUTELLA cookie, yum.

Phenomenal !!!! The pasta was cooked to perfection with a wonderful bite. Pizza was delicious and prices were fantastic. You order via screens when you get in and you pick up your food at the counter - the staff was nice and friendly. Lots of seating available and parking is available at their own lot so plenty of spaces available. Music was great at this place Overall a fantastic meal for the price

Hidden gem - house made pasta, fresh vegetables and happy kiddos and hubs. Everyone can find something here - I had BYOB zoodles, roasted peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, arugula. Light delicious and filling; they don't skimp on portions. My husband had the Mediterranean pasta with chicken, which is the fettuccine noodle - the texture was divine. If you are feeling a little more decadent, they do a carbonara made with Alfredo sauce. It's rich and warm and my son absolutely loves it! (I did make him get a side salad). The meatballs are tender and well seasoned. Just no complaints! It was slow today, middle of a Saturday and yesterday was a "once in every five-years," snow day, but please come! Eat! Enjoy! It's a great concept and the people are really friendly. We love to see local businesses like this thrive.

A great place for a weekend dining with some great lighting and amazing hospitality with some great food. Plenty of options and it was so delicious. Happen to go on a Friday and it wasn't crowded at all. The staffs were extremely friendly and the Pizza maker came all the way to help us with their Self Ordering options available and explaining us if there were any questions. We built our own Pasta and ordered the Veggie Bianco Pizza along with Tiramisu. Pasta - We built the Rigatoni pasta with Alfredo sauce and some veggies. The salt was actually on the lower side and yes there was an option to Bake as well (would have loved to but didn't notice until after I placed the order). The veggies were cooked well and the cream of Pasta sauce was reasonably good. Veggie Bianco Pizza - The thin crust pizza was very good with the veggies on top. It wasn't hard like how most places serve a thin crust. Nicely baked and with the toppings I liked it. Didn't feel like an Italian one but there was something different in it. Tiramisu - Not the greatest of Tiramisu but it's ok to give a try. Loved the subtle coffee flavor but it was just very usual and normal. A very cozy ambience located very much close to the Alpharetta downtown. Great for a cool weekend evening. Has ample parking space on both sides of the restaurant with a very lit and beautiful interiors. Extremely nice and knowledgeable waiters/ cooks who were able to guide us with the best combinations. OVERALL: A cute and welcoming restaurant in the heart of the city with some great options in Pasta and Pizza. Would recommend this place to go along with your friends to have a nice time in the evening. Friendly staffs. MY PICKS FOR YOU: Build your own Pasta, Veggie Bianco.

I agree with other reviews, this place is underrated! It's very nice inside, with plenty of seating but not full of customers. There's parking on both sides of the restaurant too. Everything is self-service, you order at the two kiosks in the front and then they text you/announce your number when your order is ready. I did expect it to come out faster than it did, but they also seemed to have a lot of to-go orders at the time. What we didn't know was that we could have just gotten seated and then ordered from the QR code on the table. I did the make your own pasta. The pasta tasted chewy like it was fresh, and it was yummy. There are so many toppings to choose from! I personally was not a huge fan of the vodka sauce or the sausage, so I'd probably opt more for a chicken alfredo next time. I enjoyed the bread. It came out to be about $13, pretty reasonable price! I do wish they had cheese that you could help yourself to, I prefer more cheese on my pasta. Would definitely come again!

I think American Pasta Factory is a great place for fresh and fast Italian food made after you place your order. Don't expect any dishes other than pasta, pizzas, salads, and limited varieties of breads (as sides), drinks, beers, wines and desserts. You will, however, find a nice variety of fresh toppings to select from. Parking is easy to find. American Past Factory is a fast casual standalone business with its own free parking lot. The dining area inside is spacious and offers lots of places to sit. There is also an outdoor patio with some tables for customers who want to dine al fresco. Customers go through the queue, first passing by the area where pastas are made, then to the order counter where they place their orders. Customers can easily see just about all of the toppings. After ordering, customers can stick around in line just to watch the chefs create their entrees. Customers then pay at the register at the end of the line. The self serve beverage dispensers are near the register. Customers can then sit wherever they care to dine. American Past Factory has kids pasta meals. Customers can order build their own pasta, pizza and salad creations, or they can order pasta, pizza and salad entrees having pre-determined ingredients and toppings in/on them. This business has enough seating to accommodate large groups; however, I don't think they can handle cooking a lot of entrees at the same time due to limited staffing. R and I came here during lunch. We both ordered the build your own pasta. R built his with rigatoni pasta, sausage, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan, mushrooms and basil, with aglio and oglio sauce (garlic, red pepper flakes and extra virgin olive oil). I built my own pasta with fettuccini pasta, Alfredo sauce, and chicken, black olives, mushrooms, garlic and parmesan. We both got a slice of toasted bread with our meals. Looking at the pricing, we also got a pretty good deal in the form of the combo, which included a drink. We ate inside and thoroughly enjoyed our creations, which were perfectly made, hot, delicious and filling. We would definitely consider eating here again if we are in the area in the future.

    Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo

Came here for lunch and brought my 4 kids with me. When we walked in, we were the only people and were greeted and helped the whole way through our service. The inside is very spacious and clean too! The kids were dying to try the spaghetti and meatballs and I was indecisive so ofc the only way to go is fettuccine Alfredo. I asked the three oldest to rate this place as well! The oldest (7) gave it a 2 stars because the sauce wasn't saucy. It was more of just tomatoes with a bit of sauce, but she loved the bread! The middle (5) loved every bit of it and def would order it again. The youngest middle (3) also loved it! He especially loved the meatball. I on the other hand wasn't a fan of the spaghetti sauce. It was a little too bland and salty for me. My Alfredo was okay. I loved the chicken, sauce, and broccoli. I'm not sure if I had to pay extra for the broccoli, but if I did, it def wasn't enough At all. I wasn't a fan of the pasta, it felt as if it wasn't cooked long enough and so it was more doughy. But the kids loved my pasta. They actually said they would order it next time instead of their spaghetti. The bread was really amazing tho haha! I would come back to give the pizza a try! Great place for family lunch.

I absolutely adore this place. It puts you in the mind of a pasta bar. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the staff. He allowed me to take my time to explore the menu options which sit above the ordering area. Once I decided to build my own he explained my different protein options. I requested chicken. The chicken is baked not grilled. I ordered the fettuccine with Alfredo with a host of vegetables and bacon. Please also note protein options that aren't an additional charge include bacon, pepperoni, and ham. If you chose over 6 items from the bar, it's an additional 50 cents per item. After my selections, the pasta was cooked to order. They honored (even delighted) that I used my Yelp check in to get a free drink. Altogether my pasta was a little over 12 dollars. The pasta was delicious and tasted so authentic. I would also guesstimate the serving for 1 is really enough for 2 if you aren't feeling gluttonous. My kid and I were able to eat my serving and we were both content. The only criticism I have is the limitation of selecting items before reaching an additional charge. This place is wonderful and I will 100% be back. I hope it's this good every time.

I finally got to attend this place and always wanted to try it since I moved to the Atlanta area…read more I've heard nothing but great things about it. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. It's a beautiful restaurant inside meaning it's good for a date, a night out with friends or family, or a great place to celebrate for a prom or graduation. It's more upscale than a traditional restaurant however I loved it! I came here with my business coach since I won a competition and the prize was to have lunch at the place of my choice. She ordered the soup of the day, which was like this cheddar soup that came with these two sauces, which one of the sauces was a jalapeño based sauce, which was spicy, but not too spicy to wear it wasn't edible. She did like her soup and she also ordered the lobster and smoked Gouda ravioli for her entrée. She had no complaints considering she bagged the food up to go and wanted to finish it right there, but she couldn't. Lol. I ordered the twin seared chicken, which is actually half a chicken pan seared. My chicken was so delicious! It was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection to where it was fall off the bone. Just how I like it! The rice and the green beans paired well with it. My rice was cooked well, meaning it was not mushy or hard. And my green beans were a great consistency as well. My little one had a chicken tender salad since she loves cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, pretty much anything that comes in a salad that's not the lettuce. Lol. I must say I was impressed by the size of the salad because it was huge for a child. It would be great as a size salad for an adult. The chicken tenders were an amazing size, bigger than what most restaurants would give especially for a child's plate. I was highly impressed by the size of the portions for the children because the price is pretty standard for a kids meal entrée in comparison to other restaurants that give less. Our service was awesome! I wouldn't expect anything less considering the ambience of the restaurant. Our server was attentive, and he even bagged up both of our meals for us. This place is a 10 out of 10 and yes, I will be frequenting this restaurant a lot more in the future, even if it's by myself to sit at the bar.

Valet parking directly in back which is a basic requirement for me in this area. Seated on time for a reservation made through Open Table. A little tight inside because these converted homes are limited in space, so you have to wind between tables to get to yours. Not a big deal for us since they seated us in a back room near the bar, which meant there was a little less traffic by our table when we were seated. Two large tables of rowdy groups made for a louder vibe than anticipated, but once they left, it was much less noisy in the small space. They do have outdoor seating but the weather was iffy so I opted for inside. Started with some Gouda fritters. Dinner was fish tacos and the burratta chicken sandwich. They came out very fresh and hot whereas our entrées took a little bit to come out and this was a little like lukewarm. Overall, the food was good I would just recommend more sauce on the sandwiches. I did feel like after the appetizers came out that the service did go down a little, but the manager did come out and talk to us to see things were. After speaking with the staff, i believe Mashawi is more specifically palestinian. The concept of this place is what sets it apart. They make it easy for the new comer or the veteran by telling you that there is nothing to order, you just enjoy. Right out of the gate, the side dishes and salads are presented like you are at a wedding feast. It is family style so you have to be quick if you want first dibs on the babaganoush or the hummus, and especially the Falafel (best i have ever had). Don't worry if you are slow to the draw because they will refill all sides and salads. The hardest part abotu Mashawi is having self conctrol because what comes next is a parade of seasoned meats and proteins that only get better. Reccomend the Steak, Kifta, and shrimp and Salmon. I have only been for dinner and at the end of this glorious meat train, they will ask if you would like more! It's a great family experience, or a night out with other friends. If you are wanting to introduce this cuisine to rookies, this place is perfect because there is no pressure to choose the right item. There plenty of choices for everyone to find something to eat. My last piece of advice would be to wait to order the Mint Drink at the end as a paltte clenser. They tempt you with a taste at first, but waiting till the end is the perfect punctuation to a unique and unforgettable meal.

At $45.99 per adult, it is less expensive than Fogo de Chão, so I wouldn't expect the same level of meat quality. We tried quite a few of the meats, and while everything was fine, we found the quality, texture, and flavor fairly average. The portions brought to the table were also surprisingly small -- for example, two shrimp and a very small piece of salmon at a time. Since it is all-you-can-eat, you can ask for more, but overall the experience didn't feel particularly generous. The most unusual part of our experience was the mansaf. It is listed as part of the all-inclusive menu, and since none of us had ever tried it, we specifically asked for it. The gentleman serving us strongly discouraged us from ordering it, explaining that mansaf is very heavy and that usually Jordanian customers come specifically for it. Later, when we asked again, he told us that since we were already full, there was really no need to order it. He did say he would bring it if we really wanted it, but after being discouraged multiple times, it felt awkward to insist, so we ultimately didn't try it. We understand that mansaf comes as a large dish and that he may simply have been trying to prevent food waste, which is understandable. At the same time, since it is specifically listed as an included item, we were surprised to be so strongly discouraged from ordering it. We were genuinely interested in trying a traditional Jordanian dish, not simply ordering more food because it was included. Overall, the concept is interesting and the price is reasonable for an all-you-can-eat meal. It is also fair to keep the lower price point in mind when comparing it with places like Fogo. But between the average meat quality, small portions, and the awkward experience around ordering the mansaf, we probably won't return.
