The pizza was good, not great. We ordered a chicken ranch, pepperoni, and Hawaiian pizzas. The pizza was ready on time but the staff was not the friendliest on the phone. When my adult daughter came to pick up the orders that were already paid for, she approached the counter and the staff were very rude and scolded her to wait her turn, even though she already checked with the other 3 customers and they all said they had been helped. She explained she was there to pick up a previously paid for order and she was willing to wait. They finally gave her order but never thanked her or welcomed her with a smile. Just a little constructive feedback, we probably won't be back because we don't feel welcome or appreciated for our business. First impressions are really important for small businesses. I try not to leave negative feedback but this interaction was really off-putting, especially after I left a $10 tip on my order. Just be nice! read more

We ordered the Hawaiian and bbq chicken pizzas along with a side of cheese bread. The Hawaiian pizza and the cheese bread were great. Unfortunately when we opened the medium bbq chicken pizza, half of the meat was on the right side of the pizza and we could not even make out if it was even chicken. The cheese looked grayish and unappetizing, and it was by far the worst pizza we have ever tried. Would have loved to leave a good review as the rest was good, but we had to throw away the entire bbq chicken pizza. I'd recommend ordering something else. read more

We ordered pizza in the past, but this by far was one of the best experiences we have had with delivery during this Pandemic!!! The phone only rang twice, a miracle as we all are using delivery. The person answering the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. He took out order, we paid and waited. The wait was worth it, although it wasn't long, maybe 40 minutes, the delivery person knocked and rang the bell, staying well within the Social Distancing recommendations!!! Very friendly !! The pizza was steaming hot, and tasted terrific, the Bbq chicken pizza was loaded with cheese, toppings and sauce. The double mushroom sausage was loaded, every bite was full of toppings and cheese! I tried to order delivery last night. First I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I was okay with that because I am disabled and was having a rough week and I explained that to the gal on the phone when I asked her if they would be able to break a $100 bill because that was all I had on me. She took the time to put me on hold and ask a manager, came back, said yes, and started to verify my information to take my order. During this time a man starts yelling in the background to her while she's on the line asking if it's a delivery and tells her no, no deliveries and starts yelling repeatedly no deliveries in a very angry tone. I've eaten here before. I like the food. But whatever that was that happened last night cost them a customer. You do not tell a customer yes we can help you and then in the middle of them ordering say sorry never mind. And you don't treat your coworkers like that either. So this review is based on 3 factors. Food, Service and Delivery. Food : Nice Service : Guy walked my pizzas to my car after telling me that they haven't delivered to my address since the place opened. Why? I don't know. It's a nice area, easy access to the freeway, heck I woulda had someone pick it up from the car if they were concerned about safety. Overall not a happy camper considering I pulled my back and I ordered from them because of reviews and the types of toppings and sauces offered. Nice selection though. My advice call in and don't use the web app. It's crude and apparently does not reflect the opinions and policies of the location. Will I try them again? Maybe. Spaghetti totally sucks. The sauce doesn't stick to the noodles so every bite you get is plain noodle unless you go back in with a spoon and scoop up sauce. The most disappointing part is the sauce itself. It taste like a plain can of tomatoes. Absolutely ZERO flavor, and just bitter because they obviously didn't add anything to counteract the acidity of the tomatoes. It quite literally taste like a can of tomatoes from the dollar tree. There is no seasoning at all, I mean not even salt. I've had better sauce from a JAR. I threw it straight in the trash. What a waste of time and money. Don't bother trying it. read more

I was having issues applying the online coupons while ordering online so I called it in. So tonight, I ordered the pizza special I always order. There was an offer for a free personal pizza attached to the order... so I thought, eh what the heck... i'll try something new. It's free. The email confirmation said I would be paying $15.65.... taxes included. I got to the place and the guy charged me $20.14. When I told him there was a mistake because I had received the confirmation, he went to the back to get some short bald guy who looked at the ticket and said "it's right" and started to walk away. I started to tell him I had an email confirmation saying what my price was, he didn't even acknowledge me. I ended up paying the $20.14 but no tip. This is the worst service I have ever received here. I won't be going back. Watch your confirmation emails if you ever order online. P.S. I didn't even mention how bad the pizza was.
