I relayed this information to my mom crossing my fingers that when she arrived she wouldn't receive a different answer (like most places) and Larry took care of her for FREE just as he said. My mom said that Larry and Tyler were incredibly helpful and very polite and friendly. Larry GREATLY assisted my mom by notifying her about another tire that was very low tread and also FOR FREE moved the low tread tire to the back of her car "in case anything happens before she can replace it". What surprised me most is that we've routinely had the vehicle serviced at Toyota, including regular oil changes, and none of these items were ever brought to our attention. I dropped my truck off on Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 AM. Around 2:30 PM, I received a call that the four tires I requested to have replaced was ready for pick up. After paying $1,061.57 for the tires and labor, I drove off the lot only for my truck to begin violently shaking, forcing me to pull over immediately. I contacted my husband, who came to assist, but the truck was undrivable. I returned to Stress Free Auto Care and explained the situation. At that point, my husband was already waiting for a tow truck. Instead of addressing the issue, we were told they were closing and would not inspect the vehicle until Monday. I could hear the mechanic complaining that he was tired and didn't want to wait around when the manager went to speak to him. I specifically asked if anyone actually drove my truck to test it and was told no they did not road test it. Obviously. Due to the poor customer service and urgency of the situation, we had the truck towed to Toyota of Orange. After inspection, we were informed that the lug nuts had been grossly over-tightened, three were broken and one was missing entirely. This was not a minor mistake; it caused significant damage to the wheel components and created a serious safety hazard. Proper torque is a basic standard that any competent shop should follow, yet it was clearly ignored. No one from Stress Free Auto Care contacted us at any point the following week. After Toyota kept the truck for a week and a half, we were left with a repair bill of $3,332.03. My husband sent a certified letter to Stress Free Auto Care, including documentation of the damages and requesting reimbursement. The manager eventually responded, offering to reimburse only the cost of the tires without acknowledging the additional damages or expenses incurred. As a result, we have filed a lawsuit to recover our losses. I strongly caution anyone to use Stress Free and to choose a business that values safety, accountability, and professional standards.

They gave me a few choices of tires, but non of their choices were inferior tires. I told them that their competitors offered me another brand for cheaper. They told me that they had never heard of the brand, and that it was a cheap brand...etc. They put on quality tires, ran some tests, and did a very exact alignment. I got a printout of the results. We are so happy with the quality of our new times and the work they did. Remember, it is the truth that matters when your life depends on your tires. Not only me but all the customers that came in. I'll start off with what I gathered from watching his interactions with the people who wanted to do business here. Screaming and laughing at customers isn't a good representation of the business and does nothing but bring customers to other shops who show hospitality not hostility. This one older couple came in simply just asking for their tire pressure to be checked. Tony just starts screaming at them telling them to not come by this late. When they explained how they called earlier and the person on the phone said their more than welcome to come by around 7 and get their car taken care of, Tony starts laughing at them and giving them backhanded insults implying how they are just stupid for believing that and if they want their car to be taken care of to come by tomorrow in the morning. They seemed insulted but ultimately left without escalation. The way he handled all the situations that came by were just truly mind blowing on how he is still at this job. I've read multiple reviews about this shop and each bad review is consistent with mine and simply gets a fake response saying how the company is working on the problem internally and to call their number. So tell me how many more bad reviews until this guy is let go? This is truly horrible customer service. Not only from the front desk but from all the fake replies from the company to their reviews. If you truly care about your businesses PR then you wouldn't have a guy like Tony around. He asked why am I here and I simply told him about how I needed some tires replaced. He asked if I had made an appointment online and I told him how I did on the phone and he laughed at me. After this all that I got was extreme attitude and hostility. On the phone the store manager and I agreed to a set price, when I arrived he wasn't there which was fine. This Tony guy tells me his price and when I mentioned to how that isn't what we agreed on over the phone he starts screaming at me to sign a document stating the price is final. I ask nicely for him to check up with his boss to make sure that Tony's price is correct. He does and doesn't even explain to me anything just telling me that i'm ridiculous for even thinking that I could get my tires installed at the price WE agreed on. I stayed calm and let him throw his tantrum with him screaming at me and telling me to go to a different store if I don't want to sign it. I simply tell him I'll just sign it because I am not trying to deal with waiting longer. Fast forward to when the vehicle is done he tells me that he talked to his boss and lowered the price for me. Which is what I was expecting and i'm glad he finally was able to put down his ego for that second. I pay for my service and I leave, absolutely astonished on how he treats everyone. Screaming and laughing at people who choose your business to take car of their property and getting defensive is not a good way to handle your companies reputation. Many people leave bad reviews on this store and I fully understand why. Hopefully if management sees this and reads it they can finally come to their senses and let this man go. This job might just cause him too much stress. If management does see this and believe my feedback is valuable like they say, I would love to see a detailed explanation on how they are choosing to handle this guy instead of just saying the same copy and pasted response telling me to contact them at their number with the time and day that they are open and the same fake response with how valuable my feedback is.
