Amanda was SO patient and thorough in explaining everything about the window options to my 90 year old mother - even helping her choose the best handles for her arthritic hands! The installation crew was awesome. They came on time; there were at least two guys for each sliding door all working simultaneously so the project was completed much quicker than seemed possible. Update 2. ANLIN windows came out today who are the manufacturer of the windows we had installed by American Vision. Very professional, and they took care of my concerns. Completely opposite of American Vision Windows, whose core values are to get paid as quickly as possible, no matter what. It's amazing how attentive American Vision was before they were paid, and now that they are paid, they could care less about customer service. Jennie, for you to say that American Vision Windows helped me in the concerns I had is just false. The only thing your company did was tell me to contact ANLIN myself, which I did. All you did was take my money and after that I ceased to exist in your eyes. ANLIN should look for a different distributor, as American Vision has no customer service and is obviously not interested in providing any. read more

I chose this company because of their "lifetime warranty" and also because they claimed to be a Christian company. Initially, I was thrilled with my investment but after some years, the glass on my east facing windows became blurry. It looks as if they were brushed inside the double-pane glass. AVW came out and told me that the lifetime warranty doesn't cover glass. They stated that they no longer use the glass manufacturer and that I would need to pay a glass company to replace the glass. Since windows consist of frames and glass, how can the so-called lifetime warranty exclude the glass? I do not recommend this company. Seeing their commercials boast about their lifetime warranty makes me sick to my stomach. This company is not Christian-like at all. I curse them every time I clean my windows. read more

This was my second install w/AVW. Once again, they did not disappoint. From estimate to install the level of professionalism was superb. This review, however, will focus on the installation team: J. Serrano, Victor F., Wilton, Martin, and Felipe. They were scheduled to arrive between 8am-9am, the arrived at 7:45am, but didn't ring the door until 8am. Everyone was respectful upon entering our home. Martin explained the process while the rest of the team began covering the flooring, furniture and electronics that were near the affected windows. The install took about 6 hours for 11 windows, including a slider. Our homes' interior and exterior was left spotless, there wasn't a trace of debris anywhere, everything was wiped down and remarkably clean. read more

I have had a horrible experience with American Vision Windows. First, we had our windows installed in October 2021. The installers left trash in our backyard. There were also scratches on one of the sliding doors that were installed. When I contacted the company to complain, I received no response whatsoever. Two years later, one of the windows was leaking water during the rains. We submitted a claim because it should have been covered by warranty. It took a full five months for someone to come out and inspect the damage, and more rain got int the house over that time. Now, the company claims there was nothing wrong with the windows (even though we've been told by a construction person that the seal was broken), but instead the windows actually weren't installed correctly. All I can say is that a competent window installation company wouldn't have put windows in our house that would be leaking after two years. I'm still trying to fight to get it covered, but we're facing upwards of $15,000 in damage, which is far more than I spent on the windows in the first place. So incredibly upsetting and frustrating. I am never using this company again. read more

Working with American Vision was a waste of time. They were super responsive in coming out and giving a quote and we had some follow up questions around some examples of what it would look like. After that, no follow up even after their business manager reached out to get feedback about their visit as well. It has been weeks of silence when we were prepared to go forward with them, so now back to the drawing board. Installation day 10/20 finally! We started the project on 6/27 , this was the day we placed our order and gave deposit . during the wait time I was unavailable twice so partially the install delayed two weeks due my unavailability. However , I had quite a difficult time connecting with the office once we placed the order. It never seemed like we could connect so Billy, our sales rep really helped me coordinate the install. 5 Stars to Billy from start to finish. The installation crew they sent was also 5 star extremely efficient, they sent 4 guys for 3 windows and a door install . We had the rock start team of Javier, Martin, David & Lalo as our crew. We set up a coffee & donut station and let them get to work. Javier happily answered all questions throughout the install , they were professional and kept to the task. Not one time did I see anyone using cellphones . No cussing either , just a happy polite crew. The install was perfect . Took about 4 hours , due to our stucco they did have to make some adjustments to the frames without the adjustments i think it would have shaved about an hour off the time. We are very pleased , Javier gave us the demo, unfortunately due to our blinds we can't use the tilt out cleaning function but might look into shaving a portion of the blind frame shaved down so we can use the windows as intended. i even like the color of the glass it compliments my light grey walls . read more
