Moon dust 3 stars but of so salty I could only eat 1. These were all dry rubs Their wet ones we tried were hot Jamaican jerk and the hot Thai wings. So they were ok but I'd say 2 stars for these. The problem they are using Buffalo wing sauce as a base then adding other spices to be Jamaican or whatever so it just tastes weird You get the standard vinegar flavor of Buffalo sauce and eventually you taste a hint of what they are trying for. I'm giving 2 stars on those cause they were still cooked well and edible. But nothing I'd call Caribbean or Thai. Each wing box had 2 4 inch pieces of celery and 1 ranch or ue cheese. So I've had America's best wings twice now and I have to say that it's nothing special. Definitely not the best. I got whole wings and fries the first time and the wings were just ok, and a little too crispy. I saw other people getting the regular sauced wings that looked good so I decided to try those next time. The sauced wings weren't too much better to me,, maybe it was the flavors I got. Salt and vinegar were ok. Some of them were definitely over crispy this time also. They do have a large menu with lots of flavors so maybe I just haven't found the right thing to get yet, but I wouldn't go out my way to go back. Prices are reasonable compared to similar places. Was just looking for some quick food that was close by to where I am staying with a family friend and was close to where my wife was ordering her food from as well. Found this spot online and their name is very misleading after trying their food. I got traditional wings for myself and boneless wings for my kids. Ordered them to be crispy and these wings had the texture as if they were cooked in the depths of hell they were so hard to chew. The honey BBQ sauce did not taste like a traditional honey bbq my kids each took one bite and did not want to eat anymore of it so I tried it thinking they were being picky and ended up spitting it out right away. I got the honey garlic Parmesan for my wings and it was decent at best. I definitely cannot recommend this place at all. After seeing an overwhelming amount of signage lately around town we decided to order from this place. We used the online ordering and it was estimated to be ready in about 40 minutes. Pick up was easy, staff was polite, parking was convenient. The wings were actually pretty good. The hot sauce is different than a regular buffalo traditional franks - in a good way. I've been enjoying the different hot flavors around town lately more than your run of the mill "hot" so I did enjoy it very much. Super impressed with their wings! Decent prices, great flavors, great service. I ordered online for pick up, and they have you wait a few minutes upon pickup while they finish them up, to prevent them getting soggy. I appreciate this extra step! Whenever a new challenger arrives on the wing scene, I'm always excited to give them a try. A place calling themselves America's Best Wings though? Let's go. After trying them first hand this place might be better titled as "America's Pretty Good Wings" or "America's better than expected wings". I'm always a little leary of places with 30+ flavors, often times it's just generic bottled junk and the wings aren't great. That didn't seem to be the case here. We picked up and order of 30, 10-10-10 of Hot, Garlic Hot, and Garlic Parm with the order note "extra saucy". I'm happy to report the sauces didn't appear to be generic bottled sauces and all had their own twists. I could have definitely used a little more heat and a little more sauce on the two "hot" varieties, but other than that this was a nice trip. The wings were good size, juicy, crispy, and a little oddly cut as if they had done it in back. If I had to find a complaint it was the Bleu cheese was completely flavorless/generic. The store itself was nice enough, spacious, newly remodeled, and clean. Overall I think I would definitely come back, if for no other reason than to try some more of their sauces. read more

didn't even know this place was here just happen to be going to Dollar tree next-door and noticed it figured I would give it a try because I had some leftover pizza and wanted to get some wings to go with. I It got 5 wings. which came to. $7.60 which does seem a lot, but from what I've seen is about the same as any other place unless you go to like a dive bar on dollar wing night or something or 50 Cent wing night it's about average price from what I've seen they are pretty good, and live up to the Buffalo standard unlike some other wing chains. they now have over 50 different flavors of wings and their wings are made freshly when you order them I only tried one flavor today the mango habanero. They were pretty good. I plan on revisiting to try other flavors. They also have a lot of other foods not just wings I visited on December 12 2023. The dining room was pretty clean. The men's restroom, however, was a little dirty, staff was friendly and accommodating did not have to wait too long to get the wings. Do not know the actual amount of time, but did not have to wait long. Honestly, the wings here were tasty and priced well. But that is where the positives stop with ABW. Everything else was bad, especially the customer service. After driving to the eatery, I saw several people in line, and many phone orders were being called in (half of which they put on hold infinitely). Everyone waiting in the restaurant seemed to be annoyed by the employees. The franchise owner went up to the register to take my order. I saw the menu online before visiting, but I still had some questions about it. I asked how long my food would take to cook, as I saw several unhappy customers in the restaurant that seemed to be waiting there for a while. The owner told me, "TEN MINUTES FOR COOKING. NOW, WHAT YOU WANT?" Taken aback, I told him that I wanted 10 wings, and I asked him about the cryptic Moon Dust flavor. Immediately, he barked back at me, "HALF MOON DUST WINGS. AND WHAT ELSE?" Dude, I just wanted to know what these "Moon Dust" wings are. I didnt wanna order them yet. He told me, "LOOK AT SIGN. MOON DUST DRY RUB, SAYS FLAVOR." He pointed to a sign that I didn't see at first, and that wasn't online, that said how Moon Dust was a dry rub. I could easily see that he was trying to rush me here. How rude! I was just trying to figure my order out here, buddy! I didn't get much time to think about the sauces I wanted, due to the rather rude owner rushing me. He told me "ANYTHING ELSE?" after I ordered my ten wings. I then began to think about if I wanted any other food items. Without giving me a second to think, he abruptly told me "TEN EIGHTY NINE. NEXT", moving on to the next register/customer, leaving me with the credit card pay prompt on screen. He was one of the worst employees I've ever dealt with in a restaurant. So after I paid, I walked away from the counter. But the owner called me back with a "SIR, SIR! SIGN RECEIPT, TIP." The receipt he gave me had lines that say "tip" and "total". These receipts are usually given back to the cashier, so they know their tip amount. Fittingly, I wrote "$0.00" on the tip line and put the receipt on the counter. I couldn't hand the receipt to the owner, as he was too busy rushing the other customer. If you go here, please note to KEEP THIS RECEIPT on-hand, as you will need it later. Of course, the owner didn't tell me to keep the receipt. I thought I had to hand it back to him so he couldn't falsely charge me a big tip. Despite the owner saying "10 minutes", I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order. ABW has a rule: if the food leaves the door, you can't get a refund. And if your food is incorrect, you can only get a replacement...which makes you wait longer for your order. There were multiple customers asking the scrambling teenage employees where their food was. This is because when an order is ready and prepared, there's no system to tell the customer this, meaning that you must go up to the pick-up counter and ask if your food is ready, which is inconvenient and annoying. I have never seen a restaurant that lacks this system. Guys, if you wanna get your customers out the door ASAP, then call out the orders right after they're cooked! After a few customers haggled the employees to give them their food, the pick-up counter died down. Then, a customer who came in after me went up to the counter to see if her food was ready. It was. Afterwards, several customers that ordered before her (including me) went up to the counter to see if our food was ready. We were all angry that she got served first. This is where I noticed that I needed the paper receipt to show the employees my order. The other customers were showing their receipts and getting their orders. I told the employee, "I'm sorry, I dont have my receipt, but I ordered 10 wings. Half hot Old Bay, half Mango Habanero." The employee pointed to the cashier at the register, telling me, "You lose receipt? He get you receipt." He then focused on the next angry customer. Why is the paper receipt so important to you guys when you know what I ordered? If my food's done, and I explain what I ordered, then GIMME MA FOOD! It's not rocket science! Luckily, the cashier got the owner over to deal with me. The cashier then tended to another incorrect customer order. The owner was confused, since I didn't have my "sacred receipt paper". He said, "I GAVE YOU RECEIPT. YOU SHOULD HAVE IT. DID YOU THROW AWAY?" I told him that I placed it on the counter, but one of the employees took it. He checked through some receipts until he found mine. By pure luck, my order came out just as he found my receipt. (Of course, I had to ask about my missing ranch and blue cheese. But I was just happy to getouttadere!) As I left, the owner shifted his attention onto yet another incorrect order. The food's taste and price was okay. But I don't wanna go through that experience again. It's just not worth it. If they gave out coupons, then maaaaybe I would visit again. But otherwise, I'm staying far away from ABW. read more
