America's Tire continues to deliver very good customer service and a relatively great selection of tires available for most cars. Anything not on their website can be specially ordered with a telephone call or in person. Price matching continues to be a good selling point even with online advertised pricing. Just be aware that they will help you calculate shipping and taxes for any price match inquiry. Their technicians and staff continue to do good work with an occasional lack of attention to some details, but often times they are trying to crank out as many jobs/orders as possible. Do communicate with your advisor the expectations you wish to draw attention to, thus they can pay a bit more attention to difficult wheels. Setting an appointment ahead of a visit is advisable. In addition, Auto Club members continue to receive some additional discounts if mentioned before a purchase. read more

We heard they were doing free tire rotation service so we went there since our rotations were due. We weren't expecting a hundred percent full free service. We knew there was a catch and had in mind there would still be a small charge fee, but not something outrageous. Service guy Al inspected and told me its beyond rotations, and I would need new tires. I just purchased my Tesla last year and there hasn't been much mileage on it. He was gonna charge me a whopping $750... For two tires only. We went to Discount Tires and they told us everything is fine, all we need is rotations for $30 and offered us a deal for $120 balancing that includes rotating, and free balance for the life of tire. I can understand Al at America's Tire if it was a little few $ for him to haggle us on the pricing, but for $750 and lying to us about new tires is unconscionable. read more

Scheduled an appointment for new tires. The process was easy and painless. I found them on sale at a different retailer, but America's Tire's was able to price match them. Their customer service was professional and top notch. What sold me was the lifetime tire rotation and balancing. There's also free tire pressure check on the side of the building. They will check this for everyone, regardless if you purchased your tires with them. I was in and about in about 45 minutes. They are busy and prefer appointments over walk-ins. I did have an issue with one of the valves on the tire and had to return a few hours later as it was leaking air. They checked it out and fixed the issue right away. read more

Hands down this is my family's go-to tire shop! Every time we need new tires, we call ahead to make sure they have exactly what we're looking for in stock. It'll save you a visit. Because obvi, if they carry what you need but isn't in the shop at that time, you'll have to wait a couple of days. Just makes sense. Today, my husband called in the morning to make an appointment for a future date/time. Luckily, they were able to squeeze us in for a same-day service! Everyone was knowledgeable and honestly, they're super reliable. I love that they were on time with the scheduled pick up time too! The entire service only took 2hrs max. That really put our minds at ease so we were able to plan accordingly. We waited across the street at a cafe and before we know it, the car was ready! There's plenty of places to go and kill time. There's the mall, target, ikea and tons of eating spots. Lots to do. Price is definitely affordable for the great quality and longevity of the tires! Highly recommend getting Michelin every time. America's Tires is a great business for people that have tire eaters like my Tesla 3 Performance. I love my car, but hate that my Tesla AWD eats through tires. On August 29, 2024, I picked up a nail on the inside wall of my low profile $450 Michellan tire. My easy tire repair went to a replacement of all 4 tires. I refused to go back to Michellan and decided to go with Nittos, which I've used before and really liked. Unfortunately, not in stock and would need to risk waiting all day for an order. I was getting ready to tow my car home, over 60 miles away, when an option for Falkens was offered. At a fraction of the cost of Michellan's, and with the promise that they would arrive from another shop within 2 hours, I rolled the dice and went with Falkens. As promised, the tires arrived and install was completed. Grateful to Alan and Ken for really coming through and getting my car on the road again. I just got all 4 of my tires replaced here and when my vehicle was almost done, the service rep called me saying that "whoever changed your tires last time, striped one of the bolts and half the bolt was stuck in one of the lug nuts on the driver rear". This didn't make sense as I feel they should've called me at the beginning if it really was done from a previous tire installation. And the lug nut would've fallen off over time if it really was from before. They tried to recommend a different place to fix the bolt as they said "we weren't able to fix the issue" at their shop even though they are also a "wheel & rim repair" shop. They wouldn't admit fault for stripping the bolt and tried to blame it on the previous installation (which I got done years ago at Toyota). I got a second opinion at Just Tires across the street and Just Tires said it wouldn't have been possible for this issue to happen during a previous tire installation as the lug nut would've fallen off driving over time. Just Tires was able to repair the bolt the same day, but I had to waste money fixing America's Tires fault. Will not be returning here in the future. read more

Outstanding service way above and beyond. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Since the 90s I've lived in Colorado, Texas and now California I've been going to Discount Tires/America's Tires and have always had good service no matter which location I've gone to. A couple of days ago when I was getting off work I noticed I had 2 damaged tires, one completely flat and the other slowly going flat. By the time AAA changed the completely flat tire with my spare, it was after 6pm and of course America's Tire closes at 6pm. I live 25 miles from where I work so I really needed to find a place to get my tires fixed. Just around the corner from this America's Tire location is a Pep Boys shop. That turned out to be the biggest nightmare imaginable. They told me that my tires were not repairable and I needed 2 new tires. I believed them because I'm not a tire expert... cost $450.22. The next day, one of my coworkers suggested I go to an America's Tire, since those damaged tires were under warranty, maybe they would reimburse me for what I spent at Pep Boys. I wasn't expecting much, but thought why not? Couldn't hurt to ask. I talked to the manager, Bo, who said if I brought the other tires in he'd reimburse me. I went to the Pep Boys and got the tires. Bo was stunned that they charged me for new tires when my damaged tires were repairable. That's the moment I realized I had been scammed by Pep Boys. I mean I really feel violated in a way and they took advantage of me with my lack of knowledge about tires. Bo suggested I go back to Pep Boys, ask for a refund, and they'd switch out the tires for me to return to Pep Boys. I'm not going to go into every little detail, but there was a lot of back and forth and whole lot of lying from the sleazy Pep Boys employees and in the end they refused to issue me a refund. Bo had told me if Pep Boys wouldn't make it right, to come back and he would... and today he did and I'm beyond grateful to him for it. He has my highest respect for his and his team's professionalism and understanding of a really weird situation. In the future I'll only be getting my tire service from America's Tire and especially this location when I'm in the area. read more

Came to get 1 tire replaced due to a blowout. I arrived at 9:45, and was told my car would be ready at the latest 11:45. We walked to Dennys and had breakfast. My car is still sitting in the same spot I left it at 9:45. I'm very Annoyed and disappointed in the service received at this location. I will never come to this Carson site again. I dread going to car/tire shops. America's Tire made my fears subside so I'm on board with them! I was having issues with one tire deflating. I decided to try and come in on a Saturday at 4:15pm since that was the only time I was available, fully anticipating that they wouldn't be able to help me since it closed at 5pm. I was greeted promptly, and they immediately let me know they would check it out. I perused around Carson Mall (which is right across the street), and they called me within 30 minutes to let me know the tire previously had a patch but that it could not be salvaged. Instead of forcing me to choose a tire to replace, they asked if that is what I wanted to do and then provided me a list of different tires that would work and their prices. I was out of there with a new tire within just about an hour. I've never experienced such quick service without an appointment! Prices are affordable for tires, although I will admit I have paid less at Costco (but Costco does take forever, haha). I will definitely frequent America's Tires from now on. read more

Last year year I had a flat tire on my 2021 SS Camaro and I took it to a competitor, they try to convince me the tire couldn't be fix and that all 4 tires had to be replaced. I left that place and came to American Tires. The tire was fixed. I ask if they can thoroughly check the tire. The associate reassured me that there was not wrong with the tire. It was an easy patch job. Even though I have an account with the competitor. American Tires will now have my loyalty. Kenneth was so helpful and explained that they'd text me when they had news about whether the tire could be fixed or if it would have be replaced. 45 minutes later, the tire was fixed after the shop removed a small nail.
