I chose this location over a one closer to my house, and another i was considering. And i'm glad I did. This location overall was awesome, especially Maggie, she was able to help me find a set of nitto ridge grapplers (which can be pretty hard to find in covid times). She told me that they would be able to get them in by the next day, but were actually able to get them in and install the same day. Cant beat that. Also when i came back another associate was helping me out (also very polite and helpful), Maggie actually came outside to find me as my truck was going up on the lift to double check with me to make sure that the tires were going to be installed with the correct sidewall pattern that I preferred. (The NRG tires come with asymmetrical sidewall patterns so you can choose what you like better). That was really awesome of her because it had honestly slipped my mind. They had a lot of staff there working hard and even though they seemed a little busy they were getting cars in and out fast. I got a warning in my car that my tire was low. I went to 3 gas stations and air machine was either missing the handle missing the gauge or just in a dark horrible area. I put air at the last gas station and the next day my boss told me that America's Tires will help you NO CHARGE. I was not entirely convinced but they employees were so helpful and put me at ease. They had a nice set up to check my tire pressure and put air. They didnt try to force me to buy tires and showed me which tire was super low and the screw that was stuck in my tire. He put air in all my tires and told me when I was ready that they would be happy to help. A week later the tire was low and needed a patch. Called America's tires and they said they would patch it for FREE!! They fixed my tire and didnt try to force me to buy new tires. I was so completely satisfied and impressed by the employees. I took our Fiat to America's Tire on Merrill yesterday for a slow leak. I had an 8:30am appt, got there just a bit earlier. Was promptly checked in, and by 8:30 my vehicle was being worked on by a very efficient, quick and focused tech, Robert. He did a very quick and through job, reviewed with me what he did, what found and how he repaired the tire. They also replaced the valve stem, a service they do whenever servicing a wheel/tire. I told the gentleman that helped me check in that I did not buy the tires from them, he said, no worries, we'll get it fixed for you. I was on my way by 9am! In this episode of "play my wife for a fool", the guys at America's tire told her her tire was not repairable. The next day she went to Sears and they patched it right up good as new. Poor customer service here today. I've been here many times for a reason because customer has always been superb and they are fast service. Unfortunately, When I came in Tanner who was working behind the desk had a pretty negative attitude. Looked pissed off from the start. Greeting the customer in a friendly way comes a long way in any business. I understand it gets busy but every customer should be treated equally. When he looked at my tire, he stated 'why did you purchase the cheapest tire' well because it was my budget at the time. I understand it's a business and there is a script to upsell customers to premium tires to spend more. But please do not make me sound stupid by telling me what I need. They won't fix tires for free unless tire is brand new and purchased from them. They will also not rotate tires if there is less than 60% teed life left. So make sure u get the ur tires rotated early if ur tires life. read more

Went in on March 1st and got brand new tires. Bought 4 Cooper HTP tires and that really wasn't the issue. The issue was that the wheels were tightened with air tools and several wheel studs were stripped in the process. Went back to America's Tire to have it fixed. They did cover it. I was referred to another store (Brake Masters) as they do not do this type of work in house. Went to the other store and spent 3 hours down there having 3-4 studs replaced. That store also used air tools and stripped another stud. I'll replace the thing myself but not going back to either of the stores. I'll just fix it myself and be done with it. read more

don't trust these guys, I went in today to have a screw removed from my tire and the guy told me I was going to need a new tire I asked what else could I do it's a new tire, he said nothing you have to buy a new tire it just didn't sound right to me so I checked with Ramona tire they pulled the screw out and told me there wasn't even a leak the screw was so small (no charge) from now on I'll take my business to Ramona tire.... Under new management recently. The customer service at this location just doesn't seem as good as it used to be. The other America's Tire location on Magnolia/Tyler near the Galleria rolls out the red carpet for you, I've never had a bad experience at that location. Also the techs at the Tyler location seem more professional and may be more experienced. Can't go wrong at any America's Tire/Discount Tire, but some stores just have better/friendlier managers and workers. I prefer the Tyler/Magnolia location for their customer service and shorter wait time. Just my .02 read more

I rolled in with a hole in my tire 10 minutes before closing. After being turned away by Sears in Moreno Valley (where I purchased the tires and had a warranty ) because it was 30 minutes before closing and they didn't want to start a new project, I was skeptical that anyone would help me. At America's Tire on Merrill in Riverside, I was greeted by Ryan with a big smile. I told him my problem and apologized because it was so close to closing. He just responded with, "Don't worry, we got this! " Immediately 4 techs surrounded my car not only checking the bad tire but doing a visual inspection of all my tires. During the process I stopped the Asst. Manager, Dan to compliment his staff. He said he would never turn away someone with a damaged tire adding, "We wouldn't want that to happen to our family, so we won't let it happen to you. " Wow! We came to this store with a fairly rare damaged BMW tire while we were traveling through Riverside. It was 5pm on a Friday---disaster! The store didn't have our tire in stock, and neither did the local dealership, so triple disaster! However, the assistant manager, just as a favor and to help desperate people, called around the county to find a BMW dealership with the right tire in stock. He took loads of time with us even though it was possible that America's Tire Store wasn't going to make any money on the deal. If not for the kindness of this man and his staff, our trip would have ended in disaster but thanks to them, the day was saved and turned into a minor inconvenience. It was just an amazing experience to encounter such helpful and courteous people! If I lived in Riverside, I would go nowhere else. Highly recommend!! read more

All the crew were in very good mood. From the higher up to the techs. They were all attentive. Had a real nice experience. Oh, did I mention that they fixed my flat, FOR FREE!!!!???? No charge! Came in today to have a tire remounted onto a new rim and was warmly greeted by Paul. My wheel was ready after eating a quick lunch. However, due to a miscommunication, my tire pressure sensor was not transferred over to the new rim and my TPSM light came on. I went back, and they put the sensor back in for only the price of the rubber inserts. They did not charge me again for unmounting and mounting the tire. Anthony even reprogrammed my TPMS sensors to my on-board computer, saving me a visit to the dreaded dealer. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. read more

I've been coming to this place since I was a little kid with my parents. They've always had great attitudes and energy. It's completely different now. There's no energy, no great welcoming anymore, and they were no help on making sure I get good tires. One of the managers, named Josh, was terrible. He made me feel so unwelcome and was no help at all. It just felt like he was there to get a check and get out, without caring about the customers. So i came here after work because I had to change my spare tire out soon after I got a flat tire a couple days ago. The staff is very friendly and respectful to their customers. They provide information that I wouldn't have known prior to going to an auto shop for a replacement tire. I forgot the guy who had helped me out but he was very kind and helpful for what I was looking for. However, one thing that did disappoint me was the lack of used replacement tires they had in stock for sale. Called both locations to see if they had the exact tire I needed, but both locations (Riverside & Moreno Valley) did not have it.
