This is the way businesses should be run! I'm very picky about where I get my vehicles serviced -- especially pricey items like tires. I used to frequent Costco, Tire Rack, and Ramona Tire but when my wife was in a bind, she took her car to this shop. Not only was the service fast and friendly (a welcome relief) but when I mentioned that my car was having wheel balance issues, they asked if they could take a look at it. So they did, and they corrected the problem -- FOR FREE. They really wanted my business, and they got it. Last week I placed an order for 4 tires online. The next day the shop called me to confirm my order and said they would have the tires within a few days. That weekend I had them install the tires on some new wheels that I had supplied. Again, fast and friendly service! They were done in about 90 minutes (which is amazing considering how busy they are). They even put the old tires/wheels into special, large plastic bags so that they would not mar my interior. Nice touch. If you think that Costco and online tire stores have the best prices, think again. Contact these buys before buying elsewhere. They can probably match or beat their competitors price. Plus with a highly professional staff -- well, you simply can't put a price on that! I'm definitely using these guys for all my future tire and wheel needs. read more

I had gone in to have a slow leak checked out and sure enough, a nail was found. They made the repair, inflated all the tires to their proper pressure and charged me ZERO! I have been going to America's Tire since it was Discount and have always had a beyond better experience than I have at any other tire store. They are always willing to help and trust them completely. I went to the 79 location in Temecula today and Emmill helped me. I had just gotten out of the hospital the day before and assured me they would take care of me. I needed a patch until I could get new tires next week. He checked out tire and sad unfortunately they could not fix it because it was punctured in 2 places, so he said that he found a used tire to get me through until I could get it fixed and saved the day!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in my family or friends. Come in here all the time for the free air pressure checks, purchase of tires, and had a great experience buying rims here! Came in today because my dad is a new diesel truck owner, first time with a diesel and such a big vehicle. We went in to make sure the tire pressure was okay and Mac was so helpful and great the whole time! Wasn't condescending or degrading like some car mechanics can be when you're trying to learn about your new vehicle, and was just so attentive and answered all the questions he was able to. Haven't had a bad experience here ever, everyone always seems to be in a good mood. The general manager, Dan and his staff are the most knowledgeable respectful and professional tire company I have ever dealt with. I grew up in a family of mechanics and married into another family of mechanics and know generally speaking they have a bad reputation. I couldn't be happier with the service here. I had an emergency (nail in tire) and a very short timeline in which to take care of this. Charlie aka "James Bond" (I loved the suspenders and bow tie) estimated it would take an hour to fix but it took about 15 minutes and I was on my merry way. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful and afterwards I felt safe to go on the long drive I was headed for. I have been a lifelong Costco tire customer but a couple of years ago I noticed a sign in front of a new America's tire on Temecula Parkway in Temecula that indicated they matched Costco prices. I decided to give them a try and will never go back to Costco. Costco never has and never will provide the level of customer service that I get at Temecula's American tire. Dan the manger seems to treat every customer's car as it was his own and has gone above and beyond what I would have expected when any issues occurred. No hassle or hesitation, they just fix the issue and make you feel good. On a rating scale 5 is not enough as they are off the charts. I really appreciate their service and support. read more

My tire pressure sensor light kept turning on while driving back from San Diego, stopped here to check my tires. Employee greeted me and directed me to the tire check area. While checking he noticed a nail. I asked if my tires were under warranty, he said the checking was always free anyway. Wow! It was like watching one of those 50s movies during the golden age of customer service. I dropped my keys, went to the Mexican restaurant next door, came back, tire was fixed and ready to go, no questions asked, got my keys and zoomed back to the desert. I was late for class and didn't want to drive to San Diego on a donut. I called and Mike said he would get my car taken care of. I was doubtful on my way and figured I would probably be late for class. I got there and Mike asked if I was the one that just called him. I told him yes and he quickly wrote me up and took care of the puncture wound my tire sustained. I was in and out in 20 minutes and didn't have to pay a dime. Bought my tires online and had an appointment for Monday, Jan. 31. Received a call from CJ the Friday prior informing me that they had the tires in stock and if I could get in they could take care of me that day. I arrived at the store around 3 pm and was greeted almost immediately. I was in and out in just over an hour. I've been coming to this location for years now and the waiting times vary but the service has always been top notch. And the prices are always competitive if not usually the lowest. The thing to remember is that Americas/Discount tire has locations all over the US so getting service or warranty work on tires is usually not a problem. That's something to consider when you buy tires. I'll always check with these guys first when I buy my tires. read more

They were out of stock at the HWY 79 location in Temecula so I ordered them in and set an installation appointment all just as easy as a couple of clicks. I have taken past cars here, so when I needed to get my current tires rotated and balanced, I knew if be going back to these guys. For some reason, my situation is never an easy one. ;) However, Brett made certain I had a terrific experience. I showed up right before they closed last night and was offered to have my car done in 45 minutes. Let them know I'd be back in the morning. My car now has run flats and I was experiencing a leak in one of them. Brett was very knowledgable and advised that though they are not able to repair all brands, the tires I have they could fix. Long story short I had more than one tire with a leak and didn't know it. They repaired both tires, rotated and balanced. Competitive pricing and stellar service. There are a lot of places to go for tires in town but only one I'd recommend! The staff is consistent as you can tell that a high level of customer service is their standard simply the expectation and culture of this location. First I would like to share that my family and I have been loyal to america's tire for years now and have been satisfied since. I was informed from my last tire rotation a couple weeks ago that I needed new tires after just 1 year of having them, and about 30,000 miles later (90,000 m warranty). I called today to see what my options were and was mistreated as a loyal customer, I won't say names but he rudely asked me "so what are you trying to do here, you want me to pull up your file?" I said "Um, wow, yes actually that would be great, thank you" in complete shock and disappointment with how he handle the conversation, like he was annoyed. He placed me on hold for about a minute and got some information from me and said to bring my car in and that they would take care of me. I bring my car in Damian was awesome, very helpful. I saw the gentlemen who helped me on the phone tell him to take care of me and walk out to clock out for his break. Didn't bother me cuz I'd rather deal with someone that made me feel comfortable. Everything went well, picked up my car with my new tires but then found my tires and wheels really dirty, white residue everywhere, after I just got my car washed. I think that's something as a team the company should be aware of and not ever let happen. I called over a gentleman named Joe that was very kind and helpful. He took care of my dirty tires and apologized for the inconvenience and unacceptable customer service I received earlier. I recommend this tire company, absolutely. Having to wait a few minutes for a free air check, when the store is extremely busy, is not uncommon in any facility, I've waited 20mins.at different company. I would like to thank America's Tire for treating my wife with such great service. She came to their store with a flat tire. It was her spare tire she was using. They told her it's not safe to use the spare on a daily basis. She told them that we don't have much money right now and they set her up with a new tire at a low cost rate. I needed new tires and most importantly I wanted to get new wheels for my Tahoe. I found these specific wheels and they were able to get them for me and with new tires I probably saved close to $1000 from where I was going to go. That is partly because they don't charge some of the fees a competitor did. Luckily someone wasn't killed. I bought new tires and had them put on at this location. Less than 1,000 miles later, I was on my way home from a night class when my truck started wobbling. I pulled into the nearest parking lot and good thing because as I was pulling into the spot my entire wheel fell off! Had to pay out of pocket for all the replacement parts, and when we brought the truck back in, they said they wouldn't remount the tire, and it would be almost a 2 hour wait for it to be balanced. So I guess my advice would be, if you'd like your wheels to stay on your vehicle while driving down the road, steer clear of America's Tire on Temecula Parkway! read more
