We usually take our cars here to be serviced, but have gone to other locations too. Always friendly service, always professional and they do a great job. We would recommend buying tires from here because they are good quality. We bought tires elsewhere and it wasn't as good. We've had tire rotations done,bought tires, and enjoy the convenience of being able to get air pressure checked when needed. Their staff are generally knowledgeable about the products they sell and I like they give you price quotes for their products and you can come back within a time period to buy the product. I really love America's Tire. I popped in yesterday and was taken care of by Andy. Andy is my long-time fave. I met him back when he worked at the Menifee store (which he may still work at) and he always took such good care of me. I had to get three brand new tires for my Buick. For three tires out the door with certificates (which cover replacements, repairs, and (I believe) rotations and balances), I'm only paying $470ish. That's for tires at the "better" level. Anyway, this place is always great. They match prices and have the best customer service in the business. They're super ethical and won't charge you an arm, a leg, and an internal organ for a crappy tire - unlike their neighbors a few doors down (*cough* Express Tire *cough*). I absolutely recommend always making an appointment beforehand, however, because wait times and lines can be insane. read more

My first time at this location, set up appointment and purchased tires online, everything went smoothly until truck was returned to me as I was driving away the tire pressure alert came on, so I had to drive back and wait in line at the air check station which was another 20 minutes, found out there was no air in the rear passenger tire. Always a great buying experience. Andy has been my tire guy for years. Years ago he Suggested Good Year Duratrac for my Jeep because i needed a quieter tire and I am on my second set. Good Job! Excellent service & product choices. I changed over from the Temecula Park location and couldn't be happier. They are so professional and patient. I always feel taken care of. Highly recommended for new tires, rotations, air checks and the tire replacement program. Definitely the best place to go! I tend to just try to arrive right when they open, no appt. If I get there a little early I go get breakfast at the yellow basket and just eat it while I'm waiting for them to open. I've never had excessive waits with this plan . Bad service today. Made online appointment at 1145AM for tire rotation and balance. They advertise 30% shorter wait time. I checked in and was told I'll be out in less than 1 hour. After 1 hour and a half, I have to cancel and took my car without the completed work. Not happy. Not sure of I'm coming back at this location. I have better customer service in Menifee and other locations. This locations put a stain on my impression. read more

I got a flat and brought it here on Tuesday (3 August) afternoon @12:55pm to get it fixed because in the past I have had great service from other branches (mostly Discount Tire locations in Oceanside, Ca). I was promptly greeted and helped when I walked in and that was great. I was quoted an hour and half which I was okay with too. I updated my information with Trevor (address and phone#) and I told him I would wait for it. I noticed the technicians coming and calling out names when the vehicles were ready to go. It was fixed after an hour but the problem was that I not was notified by either a person or a text message in which as indicated that I already updated my info. When an hour an a half came around I asked and Trevor said it had been done and is parked on the side of the building. I drove home and parked it. I drove the next day (Wednesday) then when I was driving on the freeway the vehicle started to shimmy and shake at certain speeds and when I accelerated it. I called America's tire to let them know and it was recommended that it could be the balance is off and possibly needs weights. I was told that it would be better to have an appointment rather than walking in. I set up an appointment for Monday (9 August) morning at 9:30. Today, Monday 9 August, I arrived and checked in at approximately 9:28 AM via their QR code. I was the first one in line in the queue. I watched approximately 8 people walk in and get help before I was even called up to get assistance (approximately 10:05am) and I was there 30 minutes before they were! Once I was checked in, I felt as if things were going to get taken care of. Again, watching vehicles being pulled in and out before my car was even considered. Now it's 10:50 AM and I have to ask the desk clerk to look into why my car hasn't even been pulled into the bay yet. He had to look for my documentation envelope with my keys and had to pull my vehicle into a bay. So now at 11:22 AM my vehicle finally was finished (32min turnaround time). Then I was told that I could pull it out myself, Shouldn't that be the technician's job to do? Keep in mind I had one tire to fix that was not fixed correctly by this location the first time and I had to wait almost 2 hours to get their mistake fixed while watching other people come and go after me. This location definitely needs an operations manager that is not a technician and can run the minute to minute operations, so that all customers are treated equally. read more

I was helped by Charles today 6/22/22. Although it was extremely busy and there was a wait, he has excellent communication from the phone to in person. He really saved my day since I needed all tires replaced. I recommend calling ahead and having an appointment though and bring a book to read because you may have to wait a few hours or pick up the car later. Everyone had great customer service. read more

I told him I purchased a couple new tires in San Diego a month ago and I asked him how much for two new tires, he quoted me $50 more than what I paid elsewhere He said if I came in with my receipt he would match it. Was not happy with the customer service here today I was just there 15mins ago. Came there to get my tires checked because my tire pressure light was on. Waited 15mins and no one came to my car and acknowledged letting me know someone should be right with me instead the workers there just looked at me with no acknowledgment. I get it there doing their job but a simple customer service acknowledgment training would be appreciated. This review only applies to the one on 40885 Winchester rd. So I had an original appointment at 1030 but was able to come in earlier for balance and rotation. I expected that I may be able to save some time since they checked me in at 9:03. Hmmm, can't really expect anything more than this store giving me a little consideration to squeeze me in between customers who were already waiting. None really except a couple. Sure enough they pulled my car in at 1046. That's 16 minutes over my original appointment. But think about this: at least 10 air checks came in and 10 new car tires installed and 4 more rotations (perhaps all of them had appointments). Make you wonder, is it really just about the revenue from selling the tire? They did get that from me on all four cars I own. I definitely would try another store from this experience. read more

So, a while back I came in for a tire warranty claim. They cross threaded a lug on my truck and tried to tell me it was because the truck was 15 years old and they recommended replacing them all because they were "old." The first problem is that the only one of the wheel studs /lug nut that was messed up is the one that got cross threaded - all the others were fine. Secondly, wheel studs don't generally go bad unless there is operator error. To make my experience even worse, I ended up having to go back and order another tire because they only replaced one of the two bad tires. Now they are refusing to sell me a wheel and tire package for a different vehicle because it's not listed in their computer for my vehicle. I could see if they advised against it or something like that, but refusing to sell me the product??? Got two flat tires while driving to work last week. My car was towed to this location as recommended by AAA. They were able to complete the work same day. What they didn't tell me is that the two tires they replaced were on two bent rims. Would have been nice to know at the time of the repairs instead of finding out a week later when I was having my breaks done at another shop.
