Today had a flat while my wife needed to get to work and I needed to get the kids to/from school. Not a great way to start the day! The Customer service at this location needs to be addressed. I pulled in to the Air check station, sat there for 25 minutes without any employee even walking up to my vehicle. Plenty walked right by me. I watched them promptly assist every vehicle prior to me reaching the front. Numerous others came and went. I finally got out and then a technician says, we'll get to you when we can. We are backed up, with a very condescending attitude and tone. Came in for a simple flat tire repair that ended up a total tire replacement due to extent of damage beyond repair. Senior Assistant Manager Andy Parkerson took care of me and what was suppose to be an easy tire change ended up with a slight hiccup. The tech who changed my tire did not lift the car properly resulting in an rear right upper control arm bent. The steering wheel compensated 35° to the left and it was a mess from there. Brought the car back immediately and this is where Andy took control. Immediately recognized to problem and offered a repair at any shop I choose. Of all the America's Tire I've been to, this location is the WORST. The bald headed black guy seems like he don't like working with the public at all. Every time I go put air in my tires, I pray that I don't get him because of the bad attitude he has. And if I do, I cross my fingers, hoping that he has a better attitude but Nope, he gives me these looks as if I took a dump in front of him. We usually take our cars here to be serviced, but have gone to other locations too. Always friendly service, always professional and they do a great job. We would recommend buying tires from here because they are good quality. We bought tires elsewhere and it wasn't as good. We've had tire rotations done,bought tires, and enjoy the convenience of being able to get air pressure checked when needed. Their staff are generally knowledgeable about the products they sell and I like they give you price quotes for their products and you can come back within a time period to buy the product. A couple weeks ago, I found my car had a low tire pressure light on, so I went to the dealership that day. Apparently, they just put some air without further inspection and said I was good to go. The light came right back on the next day, and when I returned there, they sent me to America's Tire saying they even go there when they have issues with their own tires. It was my first time trying this place and I have to admit that I was quite impressed by their service. Even though I had to wait for a little more than an hour since I didn't have an appointment, I was still happy because they were kind, attentive, and thorough. The waiting lounge was clean and comfortable too. After a nail was found on my tire and it was fixed, I was able to make a trip to and from San Diego safely with peace of mine. I was very pleased with them and shocked to learn it was free of charge as well. Unfortunately though, in a couple more days, that same tire got flat. (This time it got much worse during the days I neither drove my car nor paid any attention to the tire.) I didn't know if it picked up another nail on the road or there was something fundamentally wrong with my tire. Frustrated, I went back to the shop thinking I didn't mind getting a new tire since I would hate spending more time fixing it over and over. They inspected, told me there was a little hole on it for some unknown reason, and fixed it again without trying to sell anything though (even when I kind of mentioned that I was willing to buy one instead.) Honestly, I was surprised! Since they don't charge for flat tire repairs, I thought they would try to sell their tires whenever they see opportunities (just telling customers they aren't fixable or something, especially to someone like me who has no knowledge about cars/tires and would've willingly paid a few hundred bucks to just save time and annoyance). But, they did the right thing, and it felt like they cared not only about their business but also my benefit and they seemed to have pride in what they do. I waited a week or so more till I write this review to make sure my tire no longer has any issues and it has been working like new! Yay!! I now know I can trust America's Tire (because they do their job well and don't oversell.) and I know where to buy new tires when time comes in the future too!!! read more

I really love America's Tire. I popped in yesterday and was taken care of by Andy. Andy is my long-time fave. I met him back when he worked at the Menifee store (which he may still work at) and he always took such good care of me. I had to get three brand new tires for my Buick. For three tires out the door with certificates (which cover replacements, repairs, and (I believe) rotations and balances), I'm only paying $470ish. That's for tires at the "better" level. Anyway, this place is always great. They match prices and have the best customer service in the business. They're super ethical and won't charge you an arm, a leg, and an internal organ for a crappy tire - unlike their neighbors a few doors down (*cough* Express Tire *cough*). I absolutely recommend always making an appointment beforehand, however, because wait times and lines can be insane. read more
