First of all I would like to say I been to almost alll the pizzerias in Clifton and this one is far most the BEST !!! The customer service was phenomenal. The girl that answered the phone was so pleasant and so sweet and when I went to pick up the food it wasn't ready and it was hot inside so she said she will bring it to my car .. what a doll face ! The food Wow the man who makes the pizza knows what he is doing. Amazing amazing amazing I also got the stuffed crab mushrooms. I was licking my fingers !! Soooooo good. They make a great fried flounder sammich, deliciously soft Nutella Zeppoles, and wonderfully tender strombolis. Oh, and they've got fried raviolis that are the BEE's KNEES! OMFG, they are so LIT. I'm done with this place. They constantly deliver wrong orders, or have missing items. When you try to call them on the phone they couldn't possibly be any more indifferent and lackadaisical. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and thought it was pretty good - I enjoyed the sauce! I also ordered the Sicilian and I thought it was decent, but I'm not a huge Sicilian fan to begin with. Definitely not a bad pizza place, but not the best. Went here another time and decided to get something a little different...grilled salmon sandwich. Really awful! The teriyaki sauce was whack and the bread was bad. I will go here again to try another dish because granted maybe a salmon sandwich wasn't the best thing to order from a pizza joint. read more

Came in after 2pm to give the .99 slices a try. I ordered 3 slices and a drink and my tab was $6.14. Was the soda I chose $3.00? Nope it was the 3rd slice I ordered that made my tab higher. I was told only the first 2 slices were .99 and anything after that was regular price. There's no signs inside or outside that say that or I would have just had 2 slices and been done. Also the slices really had no taste at all but their other pies with toppings have been decent. Advertising.99 slices. Doesn't say how many. Was in the mood for a good sandwich and was in the area and Ameti's popped up- I looked at the reviews and I said to myself why not??? Ameti's is located among other shops and restaurants -so it's a tight parking lot with a few parking spaces .... I even witnessed a fight over a parking .... Glad it wasn't me ... So I called in my order: A turkey BLT with everything on it oil and vinegar on the side please and thank you ! I was told it will be a 25 minute wait and it was more like 10 minutes - talk about quick service.... Went here tonight after graduate class on my way to my girlfriend's for a quick bite to eat. The lot this establishment is in is very small so parking can be a bit of a squeeze. When you walk it, it has the typical pizzeria look. There's about four tables in this place so it's good to come with one or two other friends but I wouldn't go with a big party. When I walked up to the counter I was greeted with a hello & was given a menu. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad. I didn't have to wait long for it (under 10 minutes) & when it came out it was huge. There was a ton of chicken on it & they were very well coated in hot sauce, which I like. The salad also had onions, black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, & blu cheese chunks in it. Safe to say, I devoured it. While eating I also noticed by the pizza a sign that states, "Best pizza in Clifton". I didn't get a slice, but from the looks of it, they pies looked delicious. In all, I was very pleased with my first visit. Being that my girlfriend lives nearby, I will definitely be returning to this spot. read more

The garlic knots were amazing too. I liked that the marinara sauce came in a container that actually had enough marinara to go along with the order of knots. Cant wait to order again! Delivery was great and delivery person was super nice. This might be the best pizza around so give it a try. UPDATE: I ordered 2 large pies today along with two orders of garlic knots. They delivered the food, no plates and no marinara. The marinara was supposed to come with the garlic knots like it always does. I had already tipped the driver and he left by the time I looked at the food. I shouldn't have to pay for my food and then supervise the shop to make sure they are including the sauce with the garlic knots. I cant even eat the garlic knots without the marinara. This place was recommended by a good friend of mine who lives near by. We ordered right on Yelp, which was super fast and efficient. Delivery estimate was approximately 45-60 mins, we got our food in about 35 mins, however our house was only 5 mins away. We decided to go with the drunken chicken parm sandwich (with vodka sauce), and a 12 inch margarita pizza. The drunken chicken was literally LIFE giving. The bread was toasty, the chicken cutlet perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and on top of that, the vodka sauce was so amazing, so creamy. However, the pizza on the other hand was a different story. The sauce, and toppings were delicious, but the crust was extremely doughy. I'm hoping it was just a one time fluky, cause I plan on coming back for that sandwich and a buffalo chicken pie soon. I am so disappointed. I usually order from Clifton Village Pizza but I decided to try a new place because the rice balls looked good. However, I will never deviate again. The sausage-stuffed mushrooms were terrible; nary a sausage could be detected. It was over-breaded and pasty. The fried sampler was unappetizing. The parmigiana roll was burnt on one side and the other half didn't even have dough underneath making it difficult to hold any of the chicken together. The Chicken Marsala was tasteless and swimming in the sauce. The only thing that was remotely enjoyable was the gluten-free pasta with "my" freshly ground parmigiano reggiano cheese. We ordered from here for the first time and were given a delivery estimate of about 45 minutes. After about an hour and a half passes my husband gets a notification from the slice App that the pizza was delivered. We live in an apartment complex and no one was at the door, and there was nothing outside our door. But my husband goes outside and the pizza box was on the ground next to the main entrance to our building in the parking lot! The pizza was stone cold and had probably been there for close to an hour. We never got a call from the delivery driver so we have no idea how long it was out there. There's 16 other apartments in our building so countless people, animals, and bugs would have had access to our food. I've never seen food be left on the ground in a parking lot and not even notifying the customer. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. read more

Second time ordering here and they did not disappoint. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, their appetizer sampler (fries, wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken tender and jalapeño poppers) and some zeppolis. Food was fresh, pizza and fries crispy. The sampler was a nice way to try out a little bit of everything. They came in a half an hour and the delivery guy was super nice. This was the best pizza I've had in a while! There's limited seating (just a few tables) but it's the perfect to stop for a quick slice. My mom and I got the margarita slice, a vegetable slice, a vodka slider, and a meatball slider! The guy behind the counter was so nice and recommended the delicious sliders (definitely so worth picking on up for the extra dollar!) and the girl behind the counter was so friendly and polite. Excellent service. The pizza was warmed hot but not burnt! It was perfect. The sauce had great taste and this was the best crust I ever had - not too hard, not too soft. It was a lot of food, as there were about 6 of us, so below is a summary: Pizza - It was fresh, delicious and perfectly cooked! Very tasty and highly recommended! Buffalo Wings - Excellent, crispy and served with plenty of bleu cheese. Fried Calamari - Fresh, crispy and tasty. Can't really go wrong with this. Fresh Mozzarella Appetizer - This was a very nice appetizer. Plentiful and delicious. Goes well with your favorite type of wine. Disco Fries - Not bad. A perfect combination of gravy and cheese. Never again! I've ordered from here plenty of times because I like the menu and was attracted to the so called "Free Delivery" which is NOT free. The delivery person always comes to the wrong door, and forgets utensils, but it didn't bother me much, I just figured next time I won't leave a tip (since it's included in the "free" delivery fee) and I like to give chances. Today, the delivery guy brings me my food and then asks me, "where's my tip" & tells me to give him the food back and then wouldn't leave and kept knocking on my door (crazy). You lost your rabbit ass mind. No! You don't deserve a tip and just for that, I'm not tipping nor ever ordering from this place again. I've worked in fast food/restaurants and that is not how you treat a customer. Learn customer service skills or quit if you won't perform your job well, and have some respect for a paying customer. In addition, he came unprepared with no pen for me to sign the receipt (which I've never had to sign). So I had to go back in my house to find a pen and sign.
