I purchased a Groupon for Fill Gel Set TWO TIMES. The first time I went with my Groupon I noticed…read morethat wasn't the way Gel nail set is made. My nail technician was an older gentleman, so I Thought it was a genuine mistake But it was not.I am 32. I started doing my nails when I was 15. I know exactly how it works. The second time I asked because I had the same technician And he proceeded to do my nails, the same exact way But this time around, I asked him make sure am I getting the gel set? He said yes yes it is a gel set. That's what I knew they just assume people that get a Groupon don't know what they're doing and they can use cheaper product c and save some money. I Contacted Groupon already And today I called them. Did I mention the first one nail broke and the day after another nail broke? I can't help but think that if they gave me the right set that they would last. I called them first sight. First thing I did was ask him how the gel set is made. Are they using a UVLED lamp? The girl that answered the phone said yes, of course. So I asked her then why was I given acrylic when I paid for full gel set of off Groupon. So she decided to tell me oh no, this is just like a powder we used for gel in different. It's a see-through clear gel. I don't wanna argue. I had to do my research first. I called my friend who is a nail technician. She owns her own salon and I asked her and she laughed and said no they gave you acrylic. There Is no gel set like that. I called them back. I explained the situation I said I was lied to twice while I was doing the nails and then I was like on the phone when I called about it I told them I want a refund because this is not a product I paid for this is not what I want and they lied to me and scammed me on purpose. The girl on the phone technically told me no too bad too sad she said oh well, it happened not even an apology, nothings. Time to go to them I doubt they ever give you the actual product you paid for it seems like they just care about saving a buck and Not their clientele. What are the disappointing and infuriating experience. Maybe if you pay the actual price they'll give you what you asked for because they steal from you when it's a Groupon. I feel disrespected and very taken advantage of.

I got a no chip fill in and she skips steps of the process, doesn't have you wash your hands after using the electric file so there is debit under the polish on almost all of my fingers. There's left over acrylic and no polish on each of my fingers. The shape is boxy and inconsistent. This place is in walking distance to my home so it's convenient but next time if they assign me to the same tech I'm going to have to say no thanks. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings so I didn't say anything today even though I should have but it's far too expensive to leave with crappy looking nails each time.

During my dip manicure, the nail tech repeatedly dug her short nail into the sides of my fingers. I asked her to stop, but it continued, and I found myself flinching away at least 20 times over the two hours it took to complete the service. It was uncomfortable and honestly stressful. There was also an awkward seating issue -- the nail tech's legs were positioned under my chair, making it unclear where I was supposed to place my own legs. I've never experienced that before, and combined with the discomfort during the service, it added to an already unpleasant experience. The nails were cut extremely short and filed very rounded, more like a child's nail shape than a modern dip manicure. The color selection also feels outdated and doesn't reflect current trends. Pedicures here are just okay, but overall I've found that consistency and technique vary significantly between nail techs. I truly wanted to support a local business that's close by, but after multiple attempts, I won't be returning.

I was a walk in appointment, and they told me to come back in 40 minutes. Totally understandable, so I did. When I returned, I checked in and then I sat there waiting for another 10 minutes before another woman walked in and said she also had a 6:00 appointment. The staff then told a client whose nails they were already working on that they couldn't continue her design because the woman who had just arrived had an appointment. After hearing that conversation...and knowing I had already been waiting over 20 minutes myself...I spoke up and said that I also had a 6:00 appointment. The other woman left because she was understandably frustrated, and then the staff proceeded to ignore me. I get it if they are busy, but the fact that there was no communication between any one of their employees or me was ridiculous. I finally asked how much longer they think it would be. They said they were finishing a design. (Even though they were about to stop the design to work on the nails of the woman that came in 10 minutes after me) I asked again, and they told me about 20 more minutes. So I was told to wait 40 minutes before coming back, then waited another 20 minutes after I arrived, only to be told to wait an additional 20 minutes.
