Steve celebrated his 71st birthday!

We enjoyed a great birthday celebration there last night. Our waiter was kind and polite. The food was delicious! They put a sombrero on my husband and four staff members gathered around to sing both the Spanish and English versions of Happy Birthday. Then they gave him a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and a HUGE fireball candle. We laughed so much at his expressions. Thank you Amigos!!

Left over taco. (Didn't order hard shell but that's what we got) that beef definitely has some pink still in it.

How do I start this... We will never be back. My family and I ordered to go. All 9 of us ordered beef tacos and all 9 of us are living in the bathroom. Simple answer.. never eat here.

Tamal de puerco

We ordered 15 pork tamales at $4 each, which is pretty pricy. Sadly, these were the worse tamales that we've ever had. The meat was ground and resembled the taco bell taco meat. I would not recommend these tamales, especially for this price. Will not be going back.

Given we are under the Covid 19 guidelines I was happy to see this place doing carry out. I was getting tired of fast food since all the other places were closed. Got a couple tacos to go and the service was fast and extremely appreciative of visiting them amongst the whole virus thing. Stay safe, social distance and stay home.... we need all our restaurants back but I will continue to support local businesses trying to make it. Good job guys and the tacos we fantastic

The coupon I just got yesterday, but when I go to redeem it it says it was used in February....

They send us a coupon through email for 10% off every month or so. We used it successfully in February, but keep getting emails saying there's a new coupon and it says redeemed in February.... So why are you sending me emails saying it's a new coupon 10 months later?? Every time I try to redeem the "new" coupon, it says it was redeemed in February. When I come to pickup orders I always have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes because it's never ready within the time they say it will be, doesn't matter how busy they are. Also every time I try to call to make an order no one answers.... Food is meh.

Lime margarita

My husband and I needed a quick dinner before catching a movie at the AMC down the street. I was craving some cheese dip and a margarita so we found Amigos close by! We got there at the beginning of the dinner rush, so we got our table right away. Our server then proceeded to get triple sat and we felt so bad! Despite having so many tables at once, he was constantly checking on us and the service was super fast! I got a lime margarita on the rocks. It was a little too sour for my taste. My husband got a strawberry margarita and he said it was delicious! Their salsa was fantastic! It was a little spicer than a normal restaurant style, which I loved. We also ordered the cheese dip. This is probably my new favorite cheese dip! It had a little kick to it and lots of flavor! I'm pretty simple when it come to Mexican food, so I just got a cheese quesadilla and a chicken taco. Both were great! We will definitely be back!

Pollo con chorizo

Very busy but still got a seat as soon as we arrived. Our server was on it the whole time with drinks and food. Checked in frequently to ensure we were good. Ordered the Pollo con Chorizo. It's 2 flattened grilled chicken breasts with chorizo sausage and onions. Comes with a side of rice and beans. The star of the dish was clearly the chicken; which was moist and covered in crumbled chorizo and onions with a white cheese sauce. Couldn't finish it all so I took the rest home for a late night snack. I also ordered a piña colada daiquiri to go. Not overly sweet and barely can taste the alcohol but gave me a little buzz. My friend preferred the steak fajitas that come in a hot skillet. Whatever seasoning they put on it, it's amazing. I had a bite and I want to say I tasted a slight cumin flavor, which I love. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely return.

Good food, great prices, gracious waitstaff. Getting your food is fast at lunch and terrible at dinner. Very loud environment.

One of my favorite dishes is the pollo feliz, but the chicken fajitas, burritos, quesadillas and enchiladas are tasty as well.

Delicious mexican food and service. Lots of wonderful choices…read more Clean inside and on the patio. We always have a good time with the live music on Fridays

This is a very nice Mexican restaurant. Very clean and well appointed. The service was quite good…read more What I was not impressed with was the food. I had their Especial fajitas. I'm pretty sure that they pre cook all the meat for those fajitas with the possible exception of the chorizo which seemed to be cooked with the veggies. The chicken and the very thin slice of steak was both dry and cold. The shrimp is served on a skewer. Half was warm and the rest cold. We shared a chili relleno and i liked the preparation of that. Very thin sheet of egg batter draped over the cheese filled pepper. The pepper was a bit under done but was pretty good. I'm giving 3 stars and not less because my wife had the new chicken dish in mushroom cream sauce. it was very tasty and because the chicken was heated in the sauce it wasn't dry and was hot. She really liked it. I was also not impressed with their salsa. Bland with little flavor and no spice. I asked if they had any hotter and they brought both a jalapeño and a habanero sauce. Both were very good alone and mixed with the normal red. This is a pretty popular place and we were a little early. only a couple of other people there when we arrived but was pretty full by the time we left. I think the food would have been quite good had it been hot. I'm going to assume that my dishes were an anomaly and we might try them again sometime. Won't be my first choice though.
