Really bad costumer service. Joseph left me a voicemail regarding my special order and to come in as soon as I'm available. I left work early to get there before 2:30 and he told me to come back tomorrow to get in the list. He could've mentioned that in his voicemail. He also tried denying that he called me before telling him that I still have the voicemail. I won't be coming back to any Ammobrothers location and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. read more

Went with my pops to get ammo. 2 hours later at 3:34pm the manager comes out with an explanation. "We are waiting for people from the morning list to get here still so it kinda screws you guys that are here over because they don't get here. You can come back in the morning." We'll if you're really holding spots for hours for people from the morning, management needs to look at this. If your on the list there should be some sort of time period before you are passed up. This will be the only place I buy guns from going forward. With all the chaos going on, the staff was welcoming and efficient throughout the whole process. The wait times are unreal. 2hrs plus just to get inside. No ammo is ever in stock. No appointments, they give you no info regarding wait times. Even if you spend good money here they make it next to impossible to pick up purchases. Just all around poorly ran business. With all this craziness happing with Covid-19. This place's customer service is the best BY A MILE! I walked in to ask about a pump action shotgun, which they didn't have in stock. They politely advised me of the protocol and when is the best day to come in when their inventory comes in. Unlike the A-Holes at turners!! They wanted me to stand in line for 2hrs just to see if they have any stock... when I asked if they can just let me know rather then waiting 2hrs, his replay "I don't know what we have. It's a big place, carry quite a bit of stuff (appreciate that they have Safariland duty gear so I'll eventually acquire more gear and forego Galls since their selection is so limited). Been looking at a retention holster for my Glock but was out of stock (they did have their $35 nylon holster though). Handguns, rifles, shotguns as well as off-roster stuff for you LEOs. Hogue has them listed as a distributor and they do have Hogue products, just not their stock for a Ruger 10/22 takedown and confirmed with an employee. Also annoying was that they're listed as a stockist for Tactical Solutions, but again, they don't carry any (they make awesome barrels). They take security seriously and you will be buzzed in/out. read more

Awful. Took an hour to pick up firearm from PPT. They are very disorganized. I dealt with four different employees to just pick up my firearm. Employees just wander off. Delivery of a PPT firearm should only take 10 minutes... but somehow here, they will waste your day away. I was going to purchase a new firearm... but thank God that I didnt!!! Real quick, only reason for 1 less star is that competitors typically beat their pricing right off the bat. Being a middle class man, gotta stick with deals online or offline. HOWEVER, this staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help answer any questions or offer any helpful advice. Wide selection of accessories, gear, targets, ammo, firearms, and so much more. Went today Sunday April 5th with my boyfriend to pick up his purchase and for me to apply for my permit. Waited since 6 a.m. because we wanted to beat the line. He had his paper work telling him to come on the 5th. Waited till 11:15 a.m. and no one opened the store nor was there anything stating they were closed. They still had signs posted that stated sundays it was from 10 to 4. So disappointed. Unfortunately he already paid. If your going to close then have the decency to post and call the people who were due for that day to pick up their purchase, ESPECIALLY if your the ones who gave that date to them. FYI: they are explicit about the restocking fee for declined applications, so don't cry and pout about a restocking fee. This store has gone so downhill. I can't believe it. Customer service is terrible. I actually heard one of the workers tell a customer that he marks up the price of handguns $1,000 because they are so hard to get in California. I believe that is actually illegal. Speaking of illegal, we went in for ammo that was on the sale flyer. Surprise! That ammo wasn't available, but a more expensive ammo was available of course. Bait and switch. Then the cashiers couldn't be bothered to help the waiting customers. When she finally finished her personal conversation, she was barely able to deal with the checkout process.
